Luxury Travel and Private Tours to Mexico
Fascinating history, incredible food and dazzling beaches
- The non-stop cosmopolitan buzz of Latin America’s largest city.
- The tumbling hilltop colonial towns of Guanajuato and San Cristobal de las Casas.
- Seductive resorts and Caribbean coastline of the “Mayan Riviera”.
- Staggering remains of the ancient Mayan civilisation.
- Rustic Pacific beaches.
- Beautiful Baja California peninsula and all its dazzling marine wildlife.
A family vacation in Mexico will be remembered for a lifetime. Swim alongside whale sharks, jump into secret cenote pools, hike through the jungle to discover ancient Mayan sites, explore sleepy colonial towns and swing in hammocks overlooking the waters that border its coastlines. Your trip must include trying the tastiest hot chocolate in the world, which goes down well at breakfast – these really are good enough for the gods!
Our top Mexico example trips
Oaxaca and Mexico City offered great history, food, culture, people, interactions, adventure and comfort. Upfront questions could have matched my goals better, but that doesn’t overshadow the overall experience, which was terrific. Jacada handled people on the ground so we always had a contact if needed. Hotels, guides and recommendations were good and we would use Jacada again.
Our second experience with Jacada Travel, after Japan, was to Mexico..two distant locations with totally different characteristics and again it was extraordinary..every detail was fulfilled ...excellent local team in Mexico, excellent central team in UK..
Generally great in the planning process and good at resolving any issues that may come up during the trip. Prices could be cut down significantly though.
Our archeological tour of Mexico and Central America was outstanding. The hotels and the food were top notch. The few hiccups we had over the 3 weeks were swiftly put to rights by the travel staff.

When to go
Mexico is a vast country and the climate can differ greatly across the regions. The best time to visit is usually between the shoulder and summer months (November to May), when there are long sunny days, and little to no rainfall. The cooler months (December to February) are still fine to travel, however it is the wet season and rains are common.
