I fell in love with travel when I set off on my first solo adventure at the age of 18. I haven’t stopped exploring new places since. Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to visit 52 countries and all seven continents, travelling extensively across Latin America, from Cuba to Patagonia. Captivated by the incredible landscapes, fascinating cultures and the people I met along the way, I knew I would be back.

I now visit Latin America every year, continually deepening my knowledge and understanding of this part of the world. Nature, wildlife and gastronomy are particular passions of mine. And many of my favourite travel memories centre on them. Some of these include snorkelling with penguins in Antarctica’s icy waters, hiking through the Himalayas in Nepal and tasting my first ceviche in Peru.

There are still so many destinations around the world I hope to experience. I plan to keep learning, seeking out new experiences and sharing what I uncover with others.

    Latin America, Polar Regions

    My most memorable trip

    Antarctica & South Georgia

Antarctica and South Georgia are two of the most beautiful and remote places I have ever visited. Travelling through them gave me a deeper connection to nature than I had ever experienced before. One of my favourite moments was the adventure of sailing to the end of the world.

    On my bucket list

    Raja Ampat, Indonesia

I would love to visit Raja Ampat in Indonesia for a scuba diving trip. Exploring its underwater world has long been on my wish list, as it is often regarded as one of the world’s best diving destinations. After a day beneath the surface, relaxing on one of its beautiful, secluded beaches would be the perfect way to unwind.

    My favourite trip

Grand Chile & Antarctica Luxury Explorer

My favourite trip packs many highlights into just 15 days. I love the variety throughout the journey, exploring the lush, rolling valleys of Chile’s wine regions and experiencing the stark greys, whites and blues of Antarctica. The trip ends in Torres del Paine, one of the best places in Latin America for hiking. Here, the dramatic mountain scenery makes for an unforgettable finale.

    My favourite hotel

    Awasi Patagonia

The hotel sits in a secluded location close to Torres del Paine National Park. The views are incredible, with the granite towers of the Paine Massif, Lake Sarmiento and the vast Patagonian steppe all around you. What I loved most about Awasi was the freedom to explore at my own pace with a private guide. I chose to hike lesser-known trails and experience the landscape in complete privacy.
