Jacada helped us plan the most amazing and seamless honeymoon around Indonesia. I have never used a travel agent before and am usually extremely Type A when it comes to planning my own vacations but I am so thankful I let them take over the planning and scheduling so I actually got to relax on my own vacation. I was kind of nervous about this trip because my husband has never been to Asia before and this was going to be outside of his comfort zone, but Jacada really made sure we were taken care of from the beginning. The guide and drivers we had during our trip were fantastic and everything that was planned was unbelievably thoughtful and organized perfectly. I am so grateful to Charlie and the Jacada team, they made this the most amazing trip ever and I would recommend them to absolutely everyone.

Our Tanzania Safari was the second trip through Jacada. Jacada continued to live up to our expectations of personalized experience and attention to detail. Our travel designer (Jamey) and travel concierge (Betty) worked tirelessly to ensure that we had the travel experience we wanted. They took our feedback and made adjustments to the trip. During the trip, we had great communication during the transfers, and never once had a time that we felt we were in the dark over upcoming transfers or travel plans. The trip itself was magical. Personal guides throughout each of our safari experience. In particular Wilderness Usawa was everything we wanted. From romantic private delicious dinners to comfortable and luxurious accommodations (in the middle of the Serengeti!), we had an amazing 4 days stay. We are looking forward to planning our next trip with Jacada (seriously, we are actually planning our next trip with Jacada)

Jacada was helpful and responsive every step of the process. Jamey Lowis designed our amazing trip to Tanzania. He spent time figuring out what my family was interested in and created the best itinerary. Our Serengeti safari was fabulous. We stayed at the Olakira migration camp, where everyone was wonderful. Our guide, Daniel, was top notch and went out of his way to make sure our game drives were spectacular. We saw lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffalo, zebras, giraffes, hippos, wildebeests, and a host of other animals. The Olakira team was super accommodating and the food was great. The Manor at Ngorongoro Crater was also wonderful. It was a beautiful lodge with luxury accommodations and amazing food! Altus, the manager, and his team were very inviting and helpful. Overall, Jacada made sure that every detail was taken care of—once we landed in Tanzania, we didn’t have to worry about anything. I would definitely recommend Jacada to family and friends!
Hello. The connection made with our tour representative (Meg Simpson) was established very quickly and I felt comfortable and trusted her advice and her manner of representing her company. She quickly helped me get some great ideas for our trip and put together an itinerary that we were able to fine tune, make some adjustments and move forward. She kept us informed on a timely basis and was so very kind and helpful. Our consiege Ana White Vilardell was equally as proficient, knowledgeable and kind.

We had a family trip to Brazil with Jacada Travel and what a wonderful time we had. Our travel designer Delfina put together an exciting itinerary that was suited to our needs and travel concierge Flavia worked with us booking travels in Brazil.
We met with local guides in each place we visited. Their expertise, enthusiasm and passion for each city truly made our experience unforgettable. I felt safe and relaxed in a foreign country, able to enjoy the joy of travel while they take care of the logistics. Private transport was comfortable and drivers very professional.
Jacada delivered a fully customized Japan vacation for my wife and I that was outstanding in every respect. The itinerary was developed in close coordination with our specific interests and needs. On the ground support for guides, transfers and restaurant reservations was top notch.

Extremely professional and everything was exceptional
The trips was an amazing overview of Australia! We traveled to Sydney, Uluru, the Daintree Rainforest and Lizard Island. Each place had uniqueness that made it memorable. We especially loved the glamping in Uluru and the “private jet” to Lizard Island. The accommodations were fantastic and the care that Jacada offered made this trip quite special.
The details are what always matter, and it’s the details where Jacada’s people excel – they were available throughout the trip to make sure even the little things click and our questions about logistics answered. It’s why we keep coming back and, each time we wonder if we should try to arrange things on our own, we realize they’re worth every penny. (And a special shout out of thanks to Rosanna & Cathy for their help in Malaysia!)
Me and my family recent returned from a 2 week family trip in Greece– my wife and i and out 2 early 20s daughters. Throughout the planning process Jacada was great– as we brought up ideas of what we wanted to do they came up with suggestions- in the end we had a great tripped planned. Hotels were amazing, activities were as well- we did some biking in Crete, some hiking in Crete and Santorini, we even had a few private yoga classes which we wanted. All but one of our guides were fantastic. We were also surprised when Jacada footed the bill for an amazing 9 course very special dinner on Santorini to help my wife and i celebrate both our birthdays which happened to fall during the trip. We took home memories we will all never forget as well as great pictures and a few great souvenirs including some wonderful pottery. I would definitely do another trip with Jacada– it was not cheap, but for a high end trip i think well worth it.
Ellie has done a fabulous job listening to our interests, needs, wants and desires in customizing our Australia/Tasmania/New Zealand itinerary. She has put together a spectacular trip for us.

Jacada was instrumental in planning VIP-access activities and organizing comfortable transport prior to the trip and provided emergency contacts if things went wrong. They also scheduled restaurants for us and when the first round of restaurants didn’t meet expectations (my family wanted more casual than fine dining), it was so easy to work with them on options to get the exact right experience.

We contracted with Jacada Travel on short notice (6 weeks advance) to plan a 9/10 day Food & Wine tour of Portugal. Leanne and Gilda planned a fantastic trip to Thailand and Cambodia for my family. Everything was well thought out and tailored to us. All the guides, tours, and drivers were amazing and there wasn’t a single hiccup. The accommodations were beautiful and we felt pampered the entire time.
I will never travel internationally without Jacada again! I’ve never used a travel agent before, but booking 8 days on safari in South Africa was intimidating. I did weeks of research on my own, and I’m an experienced and confident traveler, but I really wanted help and guidance for this one. I reached out to Jacada after seeing an article on their website in my research. In my initial call with James, I immediately knew I was in the right hands. He offered me tips and advice I never would have figured out on my own, and we made several decisions on the spot that I’d been agonizing over for weeks. In subsequent calls and emails, I laid out exactly what we were hoping for, and the kinds of experiences we wanted for my 11-year-old son. James put together the perfect itinerary at two different lodges, both of which exceeded every expectation. The level of detail his team provided before our trip–everything from packing advice to luggage limitations to tipping practices–was extraordinary. It was wonderful to have one dedicated person to ask all of our preliminary questions about traveling, visas, accommodations, and transportation. They also arranged all of our transports between lodges. Having a dedicated guide meet us at JBN after 24 exhausting hours of flying to walk us through customs, baggage claim, and hotel check-in was a godsend. There was nothing Jacada didn’t think of. We also had a dedicated contact while on safari to ask questions, alert us of airline changes, and arrange back-up travel arrangements when one of our flights was canceled due to weather. It would have been super stressful to try to figure all of that out on my own from South Africa. Working with James and Jacada was an absolute dream, and I’m already dreaming about where our family will go next–with Jacada’s help.

I was hesitant on using a travel service that I’ve never used before, and I am so happy that I found Jacada to plan our most memorable trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. It was a trip of a lifetime and I appreciate all of the thought-out planning that was customized for us, our 4 kids ranging from 11- 16 years of age and my 71-year-old mother. They took care of all the details and allowed me to enjoy my vacation and to be stress free the whole entire time. The Jacada team did a great job planning our Vietnam trip. They selected nice upscale hotels, the guides were experienced, informative, professional with good English language skills and the tour activities sites we visited as selected by the Jacada team were good, interesting and varied and included some non-traditional choices (such as Vespa riding in Ho Chi Minh City) that that were some of the highlights of our trip. The Jacada team added a personal touch by staying in touch during our tour, leaving notes, adding surprises such as complimentary massages at two of our stops and arranging a birthday cake to be delivered to the room for the birthday of one of our group. We plan to use Jacada to plan future trips and will be recommending Jacada to our friends.

Our experience with Jacada was an A+ every step of the way. Lily and Melanie worked with us prior to the trip in every detail of the planning. They asked great questions about our interests and what we were hoping to focus on during our time in Argentina. They arranged all of our guides and Argentina flights, restaurant reservations and accommodations.
All of our guides were informative and on time and were already aware of our interests and itineraries.
Monica, our main contact and transport guide in Buenos Aires was amazing. She escorted us through the airports from the car through the check-in process all the way to the security points making sure the luggage destinations and flights were correct. She pointed out restaurants near the hotel that turned out to be our “go to” places to eat near the hotel. Fervor, just around the corner is even a Michelin mention and well worth going to.
The number of days in each place was just right. We had enough time to learn from our guides and also have some time on our own to explore or just relax in the most beautiful lodges.
I would highly recommend a repeat of our itinerary and using Jacada for anyone who wants to get a great first experience and an overview of Argentina.
