Just can’t say enough great things about Charles at Jacada. He put together an incredible itinerary for a visit to Argentina and the surrounding areas. He stayed on top of and was able to reserve some incredible villas and worked hard to secure them. We ended up not being able to take the trip after all, but he was full of grace and understanding.
Fully intend on using Charles and Jacada in the future for Travel needs. They made everything so easy with unique offering tour guides and experiences that I could’ve never put together by myself.

The diversity of destinations that we were taken to gave us insight into where the Peruvian people came from and what their life looks like today. From the many natural sites that we got to explore, the story of their history seen at the archaeological sites, observation of the activities that guide their daily life and of course the culinary adventures that we had, we came away from this trip with an insight into a culture that we previously knew very little about. Jacada orchestrated all of this down to the smallest detail. We were always provided with every convenience available and were secure in all of the arrangements as well as all of our guides knowledge and expertise. Any questions or issues were addressed quickly. While our time in Peru was very busy, we were always relaxed knowing that we were being well taken care of.

My experience with Jacada Travel was wonderful from booking, to the end and after. My travel concierges, Charles and Flavia, did an excellent job putting my dream adventure together. In hindsight, I would have spent less time in Sao Paulo because the 3 places I stayed in the Pantanal and Iguazu were exceptional. But, that's what travel is about, ALL the experiences.
I saw so much wildlife during my stay and ate excellent food, especially at Barra Mansa Lodge in the Pantanal.

We had used Jacada for a previous trip to Iceland and could not have been more satisfied. So, we decided to use them to plan our safari trip to South Africa.
Jacada did an amazing job listening to our desires and planning a trip around them. Jody and Betty at Jacada listened closely to what we were looking for and as always Jacada was with us every step of the way making sure our trip was perfect.
Since we had never been to Africa and likely will not go again we wanted to make sure we had an experience that gave us as much variation as possible. Jacada did a perfect job planning the accommodations and safaris in two completely different areas of South Africa. We stayed several days in the Ngala private reserve and then a few more in Phinda, with much different foliage, geography, and geology.
We couldn’t have been more pleased with the staff at the camps or the drivers and trackers. Yusi and Andzani at Ngala and Matt and Sofiso at Phinda were extremely knowledgeable and certainly knew how to find the animals! We could not believe the quantity and types of wildlife we saw nor how close we were able to get to them in our safari vehicle.
Our accommodations were upscale, the food and wine were excellent, and the safari drives and camps were beyond what we imagined. It was truly a trip of a lifetime.
James and Flavia did a super job organizing my South America itinerary, answering all my questions and ensuring I had a trip tailored to what I like to do. It ran very smoothly and the personal touches through notes at each hotel made it special.
The best part of the experience was how seamless it was. We had about three months in South and Central America, much of it planned by Jacada. We expected at least a few problems or inconveniences, but Jacada made getting from point A to point B..C..D very easy. We didn’t have to worry about anything. When we did have questions, Carlos was available to answer them. He hooked us up with great reservations for dinner in a number of different cities. He even met us in Santiago for a drink and showed us a bit of the city. I thought this was very nice of him and beyond what we could have reasonably expected from the team. As far as the experiences, I cannot think of a single guide who wasn’t excellent. While a few always stand out, everyone was timely, professional, and very enjoyable to be around. They made every experience fun and educational. Additionally, every accommodation selected by Em was awesome. Even in some of the more “rustic” areas, our hotels/accommodation had everything we needed. The whole trip exceeded our expectations, and I will be telling anyone planning a trip that Jacada is the way to go!
We used Jacada for my 40th birthday trip to Switzerland and Italy last month. Let me tell you, they knocked it out of the park!!! My husband, and I had looked at other travel companies who made itineraries for us with our exact requests. I wasn’t happy with any of them for the amount of money we planned to spend, so reached out to Jacada. They listened to our interests, what we wanted to get out of the trip, and were truly invested in the type of people my husband and I were so that they could fully create a personalized itinerary. Kirsty, Georgia, and Alice helped us through the whole process of planning, as well as answered any questions we may have had, no matter how small or stupid. We planned our trip a year ahead of time and they made sure to keep in constant communication with us during that time. The hotels, the transportation, and all the people that they used for their extra trips and experiences were absolutely fabulous! For example, they knew that I am a veterinarian, so they made sure to set up a hike and Bern, Switzerland with St. Bernard dogs!!!! It was so unique and so fun, and experience that will never forget!!! They even helped us find restaurants in the areas that we would be in and offered to make reservations if needed. All of the experiences were private tours, so no large groups of people. The company also uses smaller businesses for their unique experiences, which I found to be incredible! No tourist traps here!I was also thoroughly impressed at the fact that even when we returned from our dreamy vacation, Georgia set up a phone call to talk about the trip….the company truly wanted to know how we felt about our experience and was genuinely interested in our feedback. Yes, it is pricey, but I will guarantee you that it is money well spent! It was worth every penny! Can’t take it with you, right?!? Might as well enjoy it!! I would recommend people use Jacada 1000 times over and can’t wait to use them again for our future trips!!!
We booked our luxury travel to Turkey through Jacada. Meg and Rita were exceptional travel designers, considering our specific interests, physical limitations, and variety of active and restful activities to craft the perfect trip for us. All the little details were considered so that when we arrived, we could fully decompress and let the trip unfold. We were given excellent care from beginning to end, and were delighted by nice touches and upgrades along the way. We are so grateful and will highly recommend Jacada to friends and family.
David and Rahma did an amazing job of curating and managing our trip to Bhutan. We did run into some logistical challenges on the trip due to some serious weather and the team seamlessly adjusted to ensure we didn't feel the interruption really at all.

We had a wonderful trip in Georgia with diverse experiences and activities that suited us. The reasons are clear. First, we had an excellent pre-trip planning process with Jack Beckford where we were able to iterate through places and itineraries that made sense. Second, the logistics on the ground were impeccable, from our personal tour guide to our driver and vehicle. Third, the meals, accommodations, and tour spots were outstanding.
On our recent Japan journey, we had excellent guides, the logistics of travel between cities was great, and the itinerary worked out very well.
It was a 9.9 experience and the .1 had nothing to do with Jacada. Everything except 2 (just lot what we prefer)of the 3 accommodations were above and beyond expectations. Jacada and its Turkey affiliate is the GOLD STAR. Our European travel agent, Dan, from Jacada did everything right. He constantly had our likes and needs at the forefront. He pampered us with little surprises and it was pampering we didn’t even know we wanted. There were even some excursions we didn’t think we had much interest in and they turned out to be one of our favorites. Thank you Dan and Jacada. You just earned our continued traveling business. Can’t wait for our next adventure.

My son and I took the Borneo trip. This was on my "bucket list" and my son came to record the adventure for my grandchildren.
David, Carol and Rahma put together a trip that far exceeded any expectations I had. Everything was planned and coordinated to a T. Our flight to the starting point was delayed due to a tropical storm and even though it was prior to our tour start date, Jacada's people (Carol, Dennis and Jason) jumped into the fray and assisted. They also rearranged the beginning of the tour so that we did not miss anything due to our late arrival.
Everything - and I mean everything - was taken care of. Gorgeous resorts, private transportation between hotels, airports and prearranged tours, tour guides, flights for island hopping, food and just general hand holding.
I give them 8 stars out of 5 and can hardly wait for my next bucket list trip which, of course, will be organized by the wonderful people at Jacada Travel.
I have no problem planning trips to some countries or parks but I am glad I left the trip to South Africa and Zimbabwe to Emily and Jacada. The travel was seamless and the extra day excursions they suggested were amazing. The accommodations were perfect and the staff members consistently made every part of the stay enjoyable.

We worked with a Travel Planner from Jacada, Jamey Lowis, to design a trip around our desire to see the Okavango delta area of Botswana as well as a camp in the Kruger National Park area of South Africa. We requested an opportunity to see animals and birds up close in their natural environments without the presence of large crowds or the need to hurriedly move along so other clients could see the animals as well. In short, we wanted an up close experience with the wildlife as we might have found on a walking tour. Our experience was exceptional. We stayed three days each at the Vumbura Plains and Chitabe camps on the delta and the Mala Mala Sable camp near Kruger. The accommodations were just unbelievable. The food and service was excellent and our guides could not have been more informative and accommodating to make our experience unforgettable. On our way out of Africa it was suggested we spend three days in Cape Town at the Cape Cadogan Boutique Hotel and we did so. It gave us time to experience the food of Cape Town and the magnificent vistas of the peninsula where Cape Town is located. We were scheduled to spend the first three days of our adventure at the Leeu Wine Estate on our arrival in Africa, however a medical emergency interfered with that plan. The staff at Jacada quickly and efficiently assisted us in rearranging our plans on a one days notice to keep us on our original schedule to arrive in the Okavango delta on time and in accordance with our original schedule. Their efficiency and attention allowed our trip to stay on schedule without missing any planned activity other than missing the days at Leeu. Their capabilities were quit remarkable. During our trip we were met at every transition point by representatives of the travel team to guide us through airports, passport checks, customs, and baggage check-in, and hotel check-in and check out. Any questions we had were instantly answered at any time of day including nights and weekends. The attention we were provided was just exceptional. I travelled the world in a corporate career and had great assistance during those many years of global travel, but the level of support provided by Jacada, its staff, and partners was unparalleled. I obviously would recommend Jacada as a trip planner for anyone seeking top level professional service.

Jacada Travel planned the perfect 10 year anniversary trip for my husband and I to Peru! The whole planning process was seamless and very prompt. The team listened to our wants/likes and curated an amazing trip. The teams they used on the ground in Peru (Enigma) were exceptional and full of wealth/knowledge and every little detail was taken care for us. If we needed to make a change or pivot once there, the team handled it for us. Even the little detail like helping us at the airport made them really stand out! If you want to go to Latin America reach out to Lizzie and Flavia! They were great! We will be using Jacada again for our next big trip.
Thanks to Leanne, Cathy and Lucy for designing and helping us through this amazing adventure for my wife's 60th birthday. We started in Siem Reap at the Zannier Hotel which was the perfect place to relax after long days touring. We visited Tonle Sap lake, cycled through the forest to hidden temples, saw the sunrise over Angkor Wat and had a personal guide (Mr Thai) give us a tour through Angkor Thom. Our guide and driver every day were fantastic and knew the way to get us into and out of places quickly. A birthday dinner at The Embassy restaurant was very special. From there, we flew to Bangkok where we stayed at the Capella Hotel which was right in the middle of everything and somehow still quiet. We visited "China Town", the railway and floating markets. A highlight was definitely the dinner cruise on the Manohra boat. It was a great way to see the city from a different point of view. Jacada also set up an amazing dinner at Sra Bua restaurant (another birthday dinner!). We ended our trip on Koh Yao Noi at the Six Senses. A perfect ending to a perfect trip. Thanks again Jacada!
Jacada helped plan and execute in a short amount of time (3 months) my family’s first trip to London & Paris. We wanted a boutique 5 star hotel in each city, privately guided tours of museums and local sites, as well as dinner reservations, tickets to West End theater show, and recommendations for great shopping. Jacada was able to provide all of this. We were also in the midst of moving and I didn’t have a ton of time to research activities. James, our planner, came up with fabulous ideas for our family of 4 (which includes two boys ages 12 & 14). Symmone, our concierge, was in contact with me to schedule dinners, provide info on places to shop, and parks to take our bird loving son to bird watch. James and Symmone were fantastic. We had a wonderful trip and utilized the on the ground concierge in both cities when we needed assistance. We enjoyed the experience so much that we are going to use Jacada for our summer 2026 vacation to Italy.
