Jacada prepared a private tour of one week in Australia and two weeks in New Zealand in May 2026. Jacada booked our accommodation in 5 * lodges and hotels, and we had asked for drivers to get us around rather than driving ourselves. The experience was magical - all the arrangements worked perfectly and Jacada and their agents provided us with excellent support and service. The accommodations were wonderful, well chosen, and in great locations - (Capella Hotel in Sydney, Silky Oaks in Queensland, Britomart on Auckland, Huka Lodge near Lake Taupo, NZ North island, Roki Collection in Queenstown NZ, Lakestone Lodge in the NZ Alps, and Otahuna Lodge in Christchurch). Expert guides provided us with engaging accounts of the various locations we had chosen (Blue Mountains to the West of Sydney, Daintree Rainforest and Great Barrier Reef in Queensland, Lake Taupo, Southern Alps and Milford Sound, the Southern Alps and Christchurch in New Zealand. For a comfortable and stress free tour of great locations in wonderful accommodations then we could not have asked for more!

Everything was planned and executed exactly as we expected. The total travel experience was seamless and worry free! Lucy and Sandy were so wonderful to work with from the beginning right up to the end. All of our guides in each city were amazing at showing us all the things that we wanted to experience. A few were fun to be with and we were sorry to say goodbye!

David designed the best itinerary for us, with so many incredible moments. The highlights were the day snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef, and the helicopter ride to the glaciers in Mt Cook.
Everything was so well thought out and organized, we had 0 problems. Even when our baggage was sent to the wrong city in one of our flights, the local team helped us get the baggage without us having to do anything, it was truly amazing.

Rosie curated our trip to Morocco. During the planning we felt like she just "got us" when planning our excursions. From fun adventures like making tam tam drums to cooking classes, lunch with a Berber family - all of our experiences were so cool and well thought out. Everything was perfectly executed and the driver and guides were really top notch. Working with a company like Jacada and specialists like Rosie and Grace really makes a huge difference - they have the experience and local knowledge to provide travelers with amazing accommodations, unique experiences and amazing suggestions for dining experiences. We have already booked another trip with Jacada to Southeast Asia in early 2027.

The hotel Meg recommended was perfect. Its location in the Places des Voges was wonderful. Our private tour of Notre Dame with one of the master sculptors is something we will never forget.
My husband had them plan our 25th anniversary trip to Scandinavia and BOY did it deliver. We have traveled extensively over our years together and this was easily one of our top trips of all times. Many of the excursions we did were private and we enjoyed how on each and every one we were taken care of to the fullest! Hotel accommodations were lovely, restaurants recommended were on point and they pay special attention to what your goals are with where you are traveling while also finding ways to educate you about the area. You also get a very detailed itinerary which makes it so easy to see what is coming up next. We will definitely use them again.

My two week trip to Egypt was executed flawlessly. Grace took my outline of what I wanted to do and prepared an itinerary that was efficient but not hectic. My three guides during the trip were all exceptional. Knowledgeable, personable, and caring every day. They knew the schedules of tour bus and river cruise groups at all the sites and adjusted our daily schedule to avoid waiting in lines. The on- site coordinator whisked me through immigration, emigration and customs faster than I ever have experienced in over 50 countries. My one hour talk with an Egyptologist evolved into a two and a half hour dialog as he appreciated my interest in the subject.
When I entered my hotel rooms after checkin, there was always a personal note from Rosie and Grace to welcome me to the new location and to remind me they are available if needed.
I challenged Grace, my concierge, with a special request for an experience with some historical context. In country, the local coordinator told me when he learned of it he wondered if it could be done as it had never been requested before. Grace made it happen to my utter surprise and it also seemed to delight all the local participants. Another example of how far Jacada is willing to go to make a trip special.

When I began my search to go on Safari, I knew I wouldn't be able to plan my trip as usual and would need to use an expert travel-planning company. I came across Jacada, and man, am I glad I did. From the expertise and information for planning to the recommendations for lodges, I felt at ease about the whole process. This team knows their stuff and, more importantly, was available to answer any questions from start to finish. If you are planning any safari trip, definitely use this team!! It made our holiday seamless and smooth. Even when I got a stomach bug on the trip, they had a medical doctor available to give me medicine and help diagnose me. Their on-call 24/7 team was truly available to help 24/7.

Our Jacada travel designer, Chloe Ainscow, listened to our interests and tailored a once in a life time trip to southern Africa that more than met our expectations. The accommodations, food and pacing of the trip were excellent. But more than anything it was the caring and knowledgeable Wilderness guides, Randall at Cape Town, Ben at Linkwasha, Faidon at Ruckomechi and Willard at Toka Leya that made the trip exceptionable.
Jacada arranged a fabulous trip to Scotland for me and my family, including my 8 year old grandson. They tailored the journey precisely to our interests and hobbies, finding unique and out of the way experiences for us, such as learning to weave, visiting a working sheep farm, a bagpipe lesson, an afternoon with a local storyteller. Their guide/driver was fantastic; she really "made" the trip.
I know Jacada trips are expensive, but they are entirely worth it. I was relieved of my usual role as travel organizer. They arranged far more interesting activities than I would have known about. The hotels were gorgeous. All in all, I highly recommend Jacada.
Jacada has planned 2 of our trips to central and South America. We were so impressed with James and Carlos on our first trip to Mexico and Guatemala that it was a no brainer to have them plan our trip to Peru. They get the big and the little details right every time. Their relationship with the “on the ground” tour companies are superb. The planning phase was orchestrated by James. He determined our interests and got us to reveal the goals and types of experiences we were looking for. Carlos executes the plan with our bookings, hotels, airport assistance, tours and restaurant reservations. Our experience was flawless. We had a very wonderful 2-week family trip in New Zealand designed by Charlie and Rahma. Traveling with two toddlers is never an easy thing, but Charlie and Raham organized everything smoothly. Kids, my husband and I had a great time without too much stress. Private guided tours during the trip defintly is the highlight.
We were floored by the beauty and splendor of Scotland, but the highlights of our trip were the friendly and knowledgeable Jacada guides who shuttled and showed us around the cities and countrysides, making the most of our time there and explaining what we were seeing and experiencing.

Demi Roberts and Melanie Vieira were excellent planners for our trip. They took care of every detail and they promptly answered any emails sent.
My husband and I had never traveled with Jacada before and were a little nervous as it was all a bespoke travel experience with various drivers and guides throughout the trip. We were blown away by the efficiency of how everything worked once we arrived in Argentina. Drivers and guides were waiting and had communicated with us prior. The vehicles were all new and clean. Our guides were all super personable and very knowledgeable. The whole process was seamless.
The highlights of our trip were our stay at Estancia Cristina, what a magical place, and of course El Chalten. You can't go wrong experiencing the majesty of Cerro Torre and Fitz Roy. The stay at El Puma in El Chalten was excellent. We stayed at El Puma in one of their suites in the new annex and it was lovely. We also had the special chance to truly experience the town of Chalten as everything was walkable. I would highly recommend staying at this lodge. Besides having restaurants, bars and shopping available, the hiking trails were walkable right from the lodge.
While in Chalten, Jacada arrange a hiking guide, Julia Lubarsky, for our two day hikes. She was over the top excellent. What a lovely person to hike with. She was knowledgeable and engaging throughout both our hikes. We felt as if we were hiking with an old friend. She made our time in Chalten extra special. Not only did she guide us on our hikes but she made recommendations for restaurants, shops etc. and also gave us links to videos about the area.
This trip with Jacada was definitely top of our list in travel experiences. We would definitely travel with Jacada again.
As far as cost of the trip, we found the price to be comparable to comanies such as Abercrombie & Kent, Tauck, Butterfield & Robinson etc., however the individual experience with Jacada could not be beat and was worth every penny spent.
We couldn't be more pleased with our 20 day Moroccan adventure that immersed us into culture, people, food, religion, the countryside, villages, crafts, marketplaces, etc. Another spectacular Jacada excursion, this time orchestrated by Rosie & Grace. Rosie crafted a personalized itinerary to match our goals, while Grace added the final touches to make it unique and perfect in every aspect.

From jungle wildlife to Mayan wonders, caves, flats fishing, shark swims, reef snorkeling and beach dinners, we experienced so much in two weeks. Communication is always important and it was done well. From the beginning with Emily Wallington to Basse at Damaraland lodge. People were at airports when I arrived and was escorted through customs in a timely manner. The pilots of the small aircraft of Wilderness did a great job. Will be considering future trips back to Africa. I travel alone so I appreciate interactions with all involved.

When I searched the internet for the best private travel company with expertise in South America, I was contacted by James Sirotkin. And that was when my good fortune began. James helped me to plan the most incredible trip to Argentina, Chile and Brazil. And he also connected me with Anabel Lopez based in Quito,Ecuador. Anabel helped us with the fine tuning of each day of our trip. Not only were our accommodations the most luxurious that we had ever experienced. But each day we were connected with our own private driver and guide, each with a specific expertise in the area that we were touring. We were never with a tour group and the individual attention was unbeatable.
Our itinerary had us start in beautiful Buenos Aires. After 4 days there, we flew to El Calafate in the deep southern part of Patagonia where we saw the Perito Moreno glacier and the beautiful mountain range of Mount Fitzroy and Cerro Torre hovering over the quaint village of El Chalten. Next, we traveled across the beautiful Argentinian steppe to arrive at Explora Patagonia situated at the base of the massif of Torres Del Paine. While there, each day we hiked with private guides into the wilderness. Stunning beauty!! And finally, we flew north to end our trip with 4 days in Rio de Janeiro.
Each destination was breathtakingly beautiful. But what made this trip stand high above all the others was the personal details that were made by James and Anabel. We will never use any other travel company except Jacada for our future travel needs.

What a great experience I had working with Travel Designer Lucy and Sandy our Concierge! Lucy was exceptional in designing my itinerary while listening to my objective, wants, and needs in visiting Northern and Central Vietnam. Sandy was wonderful in communicating with our travel group of 10 while putting on the final details of our trip. Communication was always professional and any questions/concerns were answered promptly.
The arrival and transfers to our hotel was seamless and just put us all at ease while traveling to a new Country. We loved our 1st accommodations but amazingly loved all of the succeeding accommodations even more! We just returned from an awesome 15-day trip to Sri Lanka. Jim Stacy planned the perfect itinerary for us, based on a few phone conversations and email exchanges. We were blown away by how stunning Sri Lanka was, how much diversity it had (cultural sites, tea plantations, beaches, mountains etc), how kind the people were, and how delicious every meal was. We didn’t have time to plan the Sri Lanka trip ourselves, so are particularly grateful that Jim did it for us on such short notice and nailed it!
Em and Flavia did a great job of putting together our trip to Easter Island and Iguazu Falls. The hotels were perfect and their choices of drivers and guides were outstanding.
