The whole process was excellent. Meg and Rita were amazing and put together a great itinerary for our trip to Italy. We wanted to highlight all the culinary traditions Italy had to offer, and they delivered. All our hotels were beautiful and in great locations. Would recommend them to anyone looking to travel.

Great Experience with Jacada! I used them for a trip to Rwanda and South Africa for primate trekking and safari. The team (Ellie and Lauren) were great at communicating with me before, during, and after the trip. I had a few things go wrong along the way (not the fault of Jacada) and they were proactive in helping to resolve the issues. In fact, they went above and beyond my expectations. I felt completely supported while in Africa. I would use them again and recommend their services to anyone.

An amazing, perfectly planned adventure. For us, the airport and flight assistance are high value. We could never create the same stress free experience on our own. The lodging is always incredible and exactly what’s needed during any portion of the trip.
This was my second time working with Luisa and Sabina. Both trips were fabulous, in particular our most recent trip to Greece. During the planning stage, my husband and I were fairly undecided on where to travel, but Luisa provided fantastic guidance on locations based on our interests. I loved the combination of locations - Paros, Santorini, Crete, and Athens - as each place offered a unique experience. The attention to detail with planning our itinerary was outstanding - it was the perfect balance of planned activities and downtime, every outing felt very personalized, and the local guides were great. Importantly, I also felt like I could completely de-stress as I didn't have to think about any logistics once we arrived, as these were already fully set up and seamless. I also appreciated that they respected our budget, which is not an experience I've had with other luxury travel agencies.
I will definitely work with Jacada again for my next big trip, and have recommended them to friends and family.

Great planning, excellent guide and driver, lovely hotel. It had been 50 years since I'd last come to Istanbul and while it's notably more crowded, it's also as vibrant a city as I remembered. The pre-planning and post-trip followup were very thorough - all our wishes were addressed. Melania was very helpful in laying out the details of our visit

Sara and Robynne expertly crafted a trip that met all of our needs. The selection of hotels and lodging were amazing as they were exactly what we loved - high attention to detail, incredible service and beautiful surroundings. The choice of guides along our routes were wonderful as they were so personable and helpful and had incredible information to share with us along our journey. And, the experiences we had left us with the desire to go back and do it again! This was the second trip with Jacada and we look forward to many more. We highly recommend them.
The hotels we stayed at were all wonderful. The transportation between locations was spot on always on time always courteous and always comfortable. Just the right amount of leisure time versus touring. For the most part, the guides were all knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
Didn’t love the grand Hotel Tremezzo in Lake Como. The rooms were super super small - could barely fit all of our suitcases for a two week trip. We had a few big suitcases. I would’ve paid more for a larger room.
The team at Jacada was awesome! Alice and James planned a spectacular trip for us to Scotland…..and they exceeded all our expectations. Our guides John Hamilton and Michael Crawford made it even more special and are true professionals. We will definitely use Jacada again in the future.
Our family had an amazing trip to the Faroe Islands. We really feel like we saw all of the top attractions across the islands. We were booked with very friendly and knowledgeable guides and a few last-minute changes we wanted to make to the itinerary were made no problem.

A very special mention has to go to Keith and Sandy. Somehow, even though they were not physically travelling with us, we felt as though they were right there with us at every destination. At every hotel check-in, we would find thoughtful little notes from them waiting for us, which became such a lovely and personal touch throughout the trip. It made us feel genuinely cared for rather than simply being clients following an itinerary.
They were always available and ready to help with anything we might need, although, truthfully, we hardly needed to ask for anything because everything had been organized so exceptionally well in advance. Every transfer, hotel, experience and little detail seemed to flow effortlessly, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy the journey.
The local team was equally wonderful. Our guide Jim was simply fantastic! Knowledgeable, respectful, attentive and genuinely passionate about sharing the culture with us. He went above and beyond throughout the trip, and together with our wonderful driver Surya, contributed enormously to making our experience so memorable.
What impressed us most about Jacada was that the service never felt impersonal or transactional. There was a genuine sense that the team cared about our experience, not simply about executing an itinerary. That combination of impeccable organization, wonderful people and very personal attention is what, for us, sets Jacada apart.

We so appreciated Jody's knowledge about Africa as she helped us plan our family vacation. Once planned, Jody and Bee helped us prepare for a marvelous experience! The camps selected were lovely with friendly staff willing to share stories of their lives, guides and trackers who found an amazing amount of wildlife for us to view, the accommodations were luxurious. My family used jacada to plan a trip to Portugal and Spain. My wife and I have two young kids (6,8) and wanted them to enjoy the experience as much as we knew we would. Our planners, Dan Rhodes and Alice Cosso, were incredibly helpful in narrowing down what we could do to keep the kids engaged and suggesting activities and excursions that all of us would enjoy. They handled everything from start to finish and I couldnt be happier. The hotels they picked were spectacular, the adventures they created for our kids were magical, and their partners (guides, drivers, dinner host) were kind and generous people. Dan and Alice also set us up with little notes and gifts along the way. No detail went overlooked and the service both by jacada and their local partners (and hotels!) was outstanding. It was such an amazing trip that halfway through, my wife and I said to each other- where are we headed to next with jacada? I could not recommend them enough, as my kids would say, 6 stars out of 5!
Jordan is an incredible country with amazing sites to visit. The trip was extremely well organized and tailored to our family interests. Great hotels and restaurants but even more important, great guide and people on the ground to support the trip. Thanks for this great experience!!!
The tours and tour guides were wonderful. They were very informed and showed us the real Norway. We met and lunched with a local baker in her kitchen. We stopped at the battle site of two Viking kings and met with an expert regarding same. We met and lunched with a local vineyard owner for a wine tasting. Very personable experiences. The city guides for Oslo and Bergen were also very informative and gave us a good overview of each city. We had the right balance between touring and personal time, and city and rural experiences.
The first time we found Jacada I did some research on their agency and found lots of great reviews but some comments that they were expensive. After my first trip under their care I would greatly revise that statement to say, without Jacada and their impressive team of wrap around support our first trip across 5 countries in Africa I would not imagine doing this trip any other way! We were taken care of every step of the way from extensive support for each leg of the journey in the airports, on the ground, when things went wrong, to their amazing property selections based on a unique knowledge of both the properties and the needs of the guests. The details of our trips were extensive, more than 8 small plane flights across the continent, numerous border crossings, and a few delayed or cancelled flights. Jacada was with us every step of the way, and once we arrived at each destination our hosts already knew who we were and made sure our experience was the best they could offer.
Jacada created a spectacular itinerary for our trip to Georgia and Armenia! With a clever mixture of nature hikes, spectacular restaurants, home visits, scenic drives, and other stunning personalized experiences, such remarkable planning made this a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us! My recent trip through the Caucasus countries of Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Armenia was different from my visits to 59 other countries. In a word - intimate. Mass tourism has not reached the Caucasus yet. There are no list-topping sites to visit, so my Jacada Travel Designer Rosie crafted an itinerary that was a perfect blend of history, culture, scenery, architecture, local contact, and lifestyle. A genuine camaraderie quickly developed with my guides and drivers as we explored the surprisingly cosmopolitan capital cities on foot and roadtripped through the diverse countrysides. Memorable moments were both planned and serendipitous- lunch, laughs, and wine tasting with a local natural wine maker; witnessing a traditional baptism ceremony in a centuries-old church chanted in hauntingly beautiful Grabar (Liturgical Armenian); dinner with my guides and drivers joined by a Georgian polyphonic singers group; an impromptu visit to a local farmers market; visiting a master qvevri artisan; and some hands-on baking lessons. I found the people of the Caucasus to be unfailingly warm and hospitable. Altogether a most unforgettable travel experience.

Sarara Treehouses, Borana Lodge and Wilderness Mara were all fantastic in location, game drives and most importantly, the people.
