Immerse yourself in a luxury health and wellness retreat in Thailand, on a journey designed just for you

Wellness retreats in Thailand with holistic healing and exceptional hospitality

Most trips to Thailand begin and end in the capital, Bangkok, where we can arrange a gentle introduction at one of the city’s premier hotels, perhaps indulging in a bamboo massage or a Din Sor Pong (Thai herbal white clay) body scrub.

Heading north, the cities of Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai are rich in culture, with temples, palaces and fragrant food markets to explore; in Chiang Mai you could stay on the riverside, cocooned in a sumptuous spa. Near Chiang Rai there are several oases of tranquility hidden in the forested jungle of the mountainous Golden Triangle region. Here, you can rest and rejuvenate with views of the Mekong River and scenic rice fields, or explore the stunning landscape on foot or by traditional longtail boat.

Then, take your pick of Thailand’s pristine islands for idyllic tropical retreats. The golden bays and jewel blue waters of Koh Samui, Koh Yao Noi and Koh Lanta are perfect for swimming, snorkelling and diving – or we can charter you a boat for a sunset island cruise. Though perhaps you’d prefer to hide away in a secluded spa, detoxing with holistic remedies or enjoying time in the sauna or salt room.

Whether you’d like to explore just one Thai region or all of Southeast Asia, our expert travel designers will organise a seamless multi-destination trip tailored to your needs with exclusive wellness experiences designed just for you.

    When to visit

The best time to visit Thailand is during its dry season. For most parts of the country, this would be between November and March, extending into April and May for some regions.

Thailand is characterised by the rainy, hot and cool seasons. The north is less humid and experiences the greatest range of temperatures with cold nights during the cool season. The temperatures are more consistent in southern Thailand but the Andaman coast (the west of the peninsula) is hit hardest during the rainy season (July–October). The east coast is generally sunnier and has less rain than the west coast between May and October, but is more susceptible to rain all year round, giving rise to beautiful, lush green countryside.
