    Wellness Trips in Costa Rica
    made for you

Immerse yourself in nature on an exclusive Costa Rica spa retreat designed just for you

Extraordinary landscapes and transformative wellness experiences

Escape to a Costa Rica spa retreat for a precious opportunity to pause, breathe deeply and immerse yourself in the natural splendour of Central America. Here, misty cloud forests transition to volcanic regions, and dry tropical woodlands transform into mangrove ecosystems and the pristine beaches of the Caribbean and Pacific coasts.

Costa Rica is known for its sustainable approach to luxury and its wellness sanctuaries are world-leading, offering expert-led yoga and meditation, sophisticated spa treatments and wonderful wildlife encounters. In the Central Cloud Forests, remote retreats provide yoga platforms suspended above verdant canopies and specialised spas that work with local botanicals. In Manuel Antonio there are infinity pools at the forest edge and mindfulness sessions on secluded beaches. In Arenal and its valleys you’ll find the majestic Arenal Volcano standing sentinel over a region renowned for its geothermal waters. And, in the Osa Peninsula and the Central Valley Highlands you’ll find solitude and extraordinary biodiversity. Beyond San Jose, exclusive wellness estates occupy former coffee farms and on the Nicoya Peninsula and the Guanacaste Coast there’s beautiful beaches perfect for sunset wellness sessions.

Whichever region you explore, our tailored wellness experiences will aim to explore Costa Rica’s sustainability, while expert practitioners provide the ultimate in holistic wellness.

The words translate to “pure life” or “simple life” and function as a greeting, farewell and life philosophy. Stay in Costa Rica for any amount of time and this relaxed, worry free attitude can't help but rub off on you.
