Christmas Magic in London

There is so much going on in the capital all year round, but in December there is a little bit of added magic thanks to the Christmas lights. London‘s main shopping streets such as Oxford Street and Regent Street are famous for their displays and the shops go all out with their window displays. In addition, some of the city’s most famous markets, including Borough Market, extend their hours and stay open throughout out the week and there’s no shortage of amazing show on. December is truly a magical time in London – you can feel the end of year excitement all around you.

New Year’s Eve in Sydney is a real spectacle with an incredible fireworks display that lights up the harbour. People flock to Sydney from all over  to be among the first in the world to celebrate the turning of the year. It is a popular time of year, so be sure to book early. And don’t forget, this is the middle of summer in Australia – so be sure to pack accordingly!
