When to visit Argentina and Chile
The best time to visit Argentina and Chile is during the southern hemisphere’s summer months, between November and March. This is when you’ll experience the most reliable weather and longest daylight hours for trekking through Patagonia, taking fjordside cruises and soaking up the energy of Buenos Aires and Santiago. If you are looking to trade the peak-season crowds for a more tranquil atmosphere, the shoulder months of March and April are spectacular.
