Luxury adventures rich in Europe’s culture and history
Europe is a remarkable destination. Feel connected to ancient and intricate history in Rome and Athens, and reconnect with yourself amidst pristine nature across the Alps, Sweden, and Scotland. On the golden beaches of Sardinia and the elegant Mediterranean enclaves in France and Italy, relaxation and luxury combine on private yachts and with sought after reservations at the most exclusive restaurants.
At Jacada, we approach luxury travel in Europe with creativity and expertise. We’ll explain seasonality, suggesting peaceful alternatives to over-visited places. Let tranquillity wash over you as you gaze across glass-like lakes while hiking the Dolomites in August. And, during Croatia’s spring, your guide can usher you into quiet corners of Diocletian’s Palace in Split, where only your voice will echo.
You will experience unrivalled access to Europe’s culinary and wine culture, allowing for deeper and more meaningful appreciation. Private wine cellar tours in Portugal’s rural Alentejo region, led by a passionate vintner often transform into impromptu tastings paired with cheese and porco preto. On mainland Greece, connect directly to generational traditions by spending time with a farming family: cook together, harvest fresh produce and dine on delectable farm-to-table cuisine.
With an entire continent of life-changing experiences to discover, contact our Europe travel designers for their first-hand experience and advice. When to visit Europe
The best time to visit Europe is during the shoulder seasons of spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November). These months generally mean you can experience comfortable weather conditions that aren’t too hot and skip the busy summer crowds. Winter (December to March) is a great time to visit Christmas markets and witness the northern lights in Iceland, Finland and Norway. During summer (June to August) we suggest combining the coast with hiking and biking in cooler, quieter mountainous regions of Sicily, France and Austria.
