Perth and Margaret River

The Richardson Hotel & Spa

Just a short walk from the Perth’s CBD, or Central Business District, The Richardson Hotel & Spa is Perth’s leading five-star boutique hotel. Simultaneously grand and conservative – both the context and function of the building have been taken into account by the architect. The 74 rooms and suites are among the most spacious in Perth, offering views towards Kings Park and Botanic Garden. Contemporary décor meets exceptional comfort. Five of the six impeccably appointed and elegant penthouses are named for the native hardwood timbers found in Western Australia. For a glamorous dining experience, take a table at Opus Restaurant. Executive Chef Todd Cheavins specialises in inventive cuisine with French origins and modern Australian fresh flavours. Opus focusses on degustation on Fridays and Saturdays – placing an emphasis on the senses and fine culinary art. An a la carte menu is available the rest of the week. Brisbane

Sofitel Noosa Pacific

This family-friendly hotel is close to Noosa Beach and Noosa National Park. Establishment Hotel

Located just a short walk from the Sydney Opera House and Circular Quay, the Establishment Hotel is a stylish city bolthole with plenty of character. There are just 31 rooms, including two penthouse suites. Décor is contemporary and chic and the exposed beams and rustic details of the suites pay homage to the building’s former life as a warehouse. You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating and drinking with some of Sydney’s top dining destinations in the building. Enjoy elegant modern Australian cuisine at Est. or travel further east at Sushi E and Mr. Wong, serving sushi and mouthwatering Cantonese cuisine.
