For any new bookings for travel before Dec 2021, should your plans be impacted by COVID-19 then we will allow you to change your reservation or cancel your booking for a full credit towards future travel.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation. For new bookings made between August 1 and December 31, 2020 with departure dates prior to December 31, 2021, you may cancel your booking up to 60 days prior to departure in the event of a COVID-19-related reason at home or in your travel destination if the quotation and confirmation documents confirm the Flexible Booking Policy. If you cancel, you will receive a credit toward future travel valid through December 31, 2022; that credit is non-transferable and non-refundable and will be applied as an offset to the new booking cost. All other standard terms and conditions apply to the booking. If your departure date is postponed until after December 31, 2021 or a replacement trip is booked, normal cancellation terms will then apply. Where suppliers do not allow postponement or a refund, we will only pass on charges where they are applied. Certain flights have to be paid for at the time of booking and will be non-refundable, in which case we will mirror the applicable policy of the airline.
Your balance remains payable at 90 days prior to departure. Failure to pay the balance without giving notice of the intention to cancel on the basis of travel being prevented by Covid-19 restrictions will mean that normal cancellation terms are applied. Within 60 days of travel, our normal Terms and Conditions apply.
