Purification Ritual At The Holy Water Temple, Ubud, Bali, Indonesia

    Bali Wellness Travel
    made for you

Discover yoga and wellness in Bali on a vacation curated just for you

Unique wellness experiences in Bali’s sublime spa resorts

Indonesia’s best known island is an incredible destination for immersive wellness experiences in diverse, lesser known regions, including Ubud, Manggis, Nusa Dua and Uluwatu. At Bali’s spa retreats you can work with internationally recognised surf and yoga instructors or follow specialised programmes to improve fitness and nutrition (plant based or raw food, if you wish). Or simply relax with soothing daily massages, deep exfoliation and herbal baths. Bali’s luxury spas offer epic locales for treatments – perhaps under the stars, or suspended in the rainforest canopy, or on a tranquil beach.

Wellness treatments specific to Bali include water purification ceremonies, chakra balancing and Balinese Borah wraps (using local ingredients such as clove, turmeric and nutmeg). And here, ancient traditions blend seamlessly with modern science – smart tech supports many of the wellness programmes on the island.

Nature and the lush volcanic landscape will form a big part of your restorative wellness trip in Bali. We can arrange thoughtfully curated experiences like guided walks to secluded waterfalls and hidden temples in the lesser-travelled northern and western regions, or hiking up Mount Batur for a traditional breakfast overlooking the caldera. And of course, Bali’s secluded bays and vivid coral reefs are integral to rejuvenating body and soul. We’ll charter you a yacht to spot dolphins or discover the underwater world of Pemuteran and West Bali National Park.

Our travel designers will plan a seamless experience, and your wellness trip will include handpicked spa retreats and in-depth insider knowledge.

    When to visit

If you want to go hiking, trekking through rainforests to ancient temples, or just simply soak up the rays on a beach, then go between May and October to avoid the rainy season. The landscape is at its most lush and beautiful at the end of the rainy season, in May and June (a great time to be in the treetops at a rainforest spa retreat).
