Start your journey in Australia’s vibrant city of Sydney, where you’ll take to the sea in Sydney’s famous harbour with a private cruise, before exploring all the incredible highlights on offer, such as the iconic Opera House.

After relaxing and exploring the beautiful surrounds of Bouddi National Park and the remote wilderness of the Blue Mountains, you’ll head to the Arkaba Conservancy where you’ll explore the ancient landscape as well as get the chance to spot kangaroos and emus on safari.

Wildlife lovers can further rejoice in New Zealand, where you will enjoy a dolphin-spotting cruise in Christchurch before jumping on horseback to explore the beautiful Ahuriri Valley during your stay at the exquisite hotel, The Lindis.

Next you’ll get your adrenaline pumping by taking to the skies over Milford Sound and Mount Tutoko before being brought back down to earth with a nerve-calming wine tour of Central Otago. After heading to Wellington you’ll get stuck into country living with a visit to a country estate sheep station.

The Barossa Valley is an internationally renowned wine region. You are invited to the winemaker’s laboratory at Penfolds to try your hand at making your own blend of Grenache, Shiraz, and Mourvedre. You will then be taken to the top of Mengler’s Hill where you'll be greeted by a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding countryside and vineyards of Barossa Valley and the greater Barossa wine region.

From here, continue to the village of Angaston and join your wine guide for casual lunch at a local cafe. If you wish, you can also visit Barossa Valley Cheese Company, where many award-winning cow and goats’ milk cheeses are made. The next cellar door visited will be the premium winery of Turkey Flat, where you can sample the traditionally made wines. Here you can also compare their own blend to Turkey Flat’s Grenache, Shiraz, and Mourvedre. To complete the day you will visit the boutique producers of Torbreck Vintners, artisans of exceptional Barossa wines.

Bordered by the Rimutaka Ranges and Pacific Ocean, this classic Kiwi Romney sheep station features all the activities that have created New Zealand’s legendary farming heritage, including sheep shearing demonstrations, sheep dogs in action and daily farm events. The tour departs the lodge at 9.30am each morning and lasts roughly 3 hours.

Take a 30-minute (approx) helicopter flight across to Omapere, where you will be met by your local Maori guide. Kupe's (New Zealand's first discoverer) descendants will take you on a guided walk of the largest kauri forest in the world and introduce you to their relationship with Mother Nature, both spiritually and culturally. A highlight of your experience will be an introduction to Tane Mahuta, God of the Forest.

From Omapere, continue to the west coast enjoying low-level views of the world-famous 90 mile beach, before landing at a private airfield near the Cape. Here you will enjoy a tour exploring the top of New Zealand, including the Cape Reinga lighthouse where the Tasman Sea meets the Pacific Ocean. You'll also explore the Te Paki sand dunes where you'll take part in some sand tobogganing fun.

From here, make your way back to the helicopter for a short flight over spectacular and remote scenery such as the white silica sands of Parengarenga Harbour and Great Exhibition Bay, landing at Henderson Bay on the east coast for a leisurely lunch near the beach. Then fly the final leg of the journey home, passing across the stunning east coast.
