On my most recent trip to Thailand, I went on a mother-daughter getaway to some of my favourite beaches on the Andaman coast.
Our trip in Thailand started with a couple of nights at the Sarojin on Khao Lak.
There are some really beautiful, secluded beaches here and it feels very far apart from the often busy shores of Phuket, just south of Khao Lak. The food at the Sarojin is a highlight of staying here.
Next, we travelled up into the rainforest for two nights at a floating camp.
We went kayaking and swimming, and spotted wildlife in the jungle.
After a couple of nights there, we headed back to the beach. This time we stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Phulay Bay, which has a great spa, and the Rayavadee in Krabi.
Krabi is such a scenic part of Thailand: the beaches are flanked by giant limestone cliffs, popular with climbers. It reminds me of the type of landscapes in Jurassic Park.
Thailand is an incredibly diverse country and the beaches are just the beginning of what you can discover here. Get in touch with me if you’d like to find out more.
