I was born and raised in Harare, Zimbabwe, but left in my teens and now I call the UK and South Africa home. I completed a degree in law, but it was my desire to explore that led me into the big wide world of travel.
My absolute favourite destination is Cape Town – and while I’m aiming to work through my long-list of ‘where-to-travel-next” destinations, I find myself going back to Cape Town regularly. Other than those frequent visits home, I would love to summit Mt Kili, kayak in as many locations as possible, and watch the sunset in every country. It’s not too much to ask, right?
My favourite style of travel is adventure travel – I love to explore each destination in depth and experience all there is to experience. I describe the way I prefer to travel is ‘getting lost on purpose’. My friends have told me that I “live life at 190km/p” and I like to travel the same way. Don’t get me wrong, you’ll find me just as happy admiring wildlife at at dawn as you would find me paragliding from mountains; it’s my absolute dream to do and see as much of this wonderful world as possible.
