We worked with a Travel Planner from Jacada, Jamey Lowis, to design a trip around our desire to see the Okavango delta area of Botswana as well as a camp in the Kruger National Park area of South Africa. We requested an opportunity to see animals and birds up close in their natural environments without the presence of large crowds or the need to hurriedly move along so other clients could see the animals as well. In short, we wanted an up close experience with the wildlife as we might have found on a walking tour. Our experience was exceptional. We stayed three days each at the Vumbura Plains and Chitabe camps on the delta and the Mala Mala Sable camp near Kruger. The accommodations were just unbelievable. The food and service was excellent and our guides could not have been more informative and accommodating to make our experience unforgettable. On our way out of Africa it was suggested we spend three days in Cape Town at the Cape Cadogan Boutique Hotel and we did so. It gave us time to experience the food of Cape Town and the magnificent vistas of the peninsula where Cape Town is located. We were scheduled to spend the first three days of our adventure at the Leeu Wine Estate on our arrival in Africa, however a medical emergency interfered with that plan. The staff at Jacada quickly and efficiently assisted us in rearranging our plans on a one days notice to keep us on our original schedule to arrive in the Okavango delta on time and in accordance with our original schedule. Their efficiency and attention allowed our trip to stay on schedule without missing any planned activity other than missing the days at Leeu. Their capabilities were quit remarkable. During our trip we were met at every transition point by representatives of the travel team to guide us through airports, passport checks, customs, and baggage check-in, and hotel check-in and check out. Any questions we had were instantly answered at any time of day including nights and weekends. The attention we were provided was just exceptional. I travelled the world in a corporate career and had great assistance during those many years of global travel, but the level of support provided by Jacada, its staff, and partners was unparalleled. I obviously would recommend Jacada as a trip planner for anyone seeking top level professional service.
We just returned from our trip to Kenya, and I can’t say enough about how incredible Emily (and Jacada Travel) was in making it all happen. Jacada's team is top notch. Melania & Alice helped plan an amazing 5-star vacation for our family of 5 that spanned 8 cities over the course of 30 days. The itinerary was spot on, the hotels were amazing, the tours were great for our family, and the transfers by car, train, boat etc were all seamless. When anything came up, I was able to contact their emergency line for backup assistance and they were always there for us. Jacada Travel planned the perfect 10 year anniversary trip for my husband and I to Peru! The whole planning process was seamless and very prompt. The team listened to our wants/likes and curated an amazing trip. The teams they used on the ground in Peru (Enigma) were exceptional and full of wealth/knowledge and every little detail was taken care for us. If we needed to make a change or pivot once there, the team handled it for us. Even the little detail like helping us at the airport made them really stand out! Thanks to Leanne, Cathy and Lucy for designing and helping us through this amazing adventure for my wife's 60th birthday. We started in Siem Reap at the Zannier Hotel which was the perfect place to relax after long days touring. We visited Tonle Sap lake, cycled through the forest to hidden temples, saw the sunrise over Angkor Wat and had a personal guide (Mr Thai) give us a tour through Angkor Thom. Our guide and driver every day were fantastic and knew the way to get us into and out of places quickly. A birthday dinner at The Embassy restaurant was very special. From there, we flew to Bangkok where we stayed at the Capella Hotel which was right in the middle of everything and somehow still quiet. We visited "China Town", the railway and floating markets. A highlight was definitely the dinner cruise on the Manohra boat. It was a great way to see the city from a different point of view. Jacada also set up an amazing dinner at Sra Bua restaurant (another birthday dinner!). We ended our trip on Koh Yao Noi at the Six Senses. A perfect ending to a perfect trip. Thanks again Jacada!
Jacada helped plan and execute in a short amount of time (3 months) my family’s first trip to London & Paris. We wanted a boutique 5 star hotel in each city, privately guided tours of museums and local sites, as well as dinner reservations, tickets to West End theater show, and recommendations for great shopping. Jacada was able to provide all of this. We were also in the midst of moving and I didn’t have a ton of time to research activities. James, our planner, came up with fabulous ideas for our family of 4 (which includes two boys ages 12 & 14). Symmone, our concierge, was in contact with me to schedule dinners, provide info on places to shop, and parks to take our bird loving son to bird watch. James and Symmone were fantastic. We had a wonderful trip and utilized the on the ground concierge in both cities when we needed assistance. We enjoyed the experience so much that we are going to use Jacada for our summer 2026 vacation to Italy.

I enjoyed every part of my adventure because it was so easy. Everything was perfectly planned and the flow of activities was perfect. It was also very easy to work with Meg and Rita.
We had a fantastic trip to Sardinia planned through Jacada. James really listened to our hopes for a great itinerary and nailed with the location of our hotel, the local surroundings and activities during our stay. Our in-country contact Alice was so helpful with specific recommendations on beaches, restaurants, and actvities. It was a truly wonderful trip planned with the utmost expertise and care.
First off, they created a great itinerary for each segment of the trip. Then they were there when things got challenging, like the new Lima airport hotel opening that kept getting delayed. It was great comfort to know we had a great team behind us while we wandered about. I really value the stress reduction they provided. Gave us more time to enjoy our vacation without worrying about potential snafus.
Jacada (Meg and Symmone) worked with us extensively to refine and plan our trip, to optimize our itinerary (one week in the English countryside) and stay within a reasonable budget.
We had guides for half days in Bath and Oxford, but a driver/guide for our Cotswolds visit (3 days) in the middle; the guides provided were excellent, especially Jeremy in the Cotswolds, with his local knowledge providing for some unique experiences and visits. Additionally, given the frequent difficulty finding good parking during the busy summer season, being driven allowed us to be dropped off to start our visit to whichever village, while Jeremy found parking and then met up with us.
The drivers provided for connections (to and from the airport, and from London to Bath, via Stonehenge) were always on time and everyone was reachable.
Lunches “provided” were also positive experiences and enjoyable events; admissions to specific venues that were “included” (Stonehenge, Blenheim Palace, various museums, etc.) were problem free and expeditious, the hotels (in the requested range) were very nice four star sites, well located, and, overlooking an occasional minor annoyance, we were happy with those selections. Restaurants we visited for dinners, with guidance, were also memorable, tasty, and well located. And we even got good weather!!
We certainly will expect to work with Jacada again in the future.
From the moment we arrivedin Hanoi to our final days in Ho Chi Minh City, Jacada delivered a seamless travel experience for us. Every detail was thoughtfully planned out and our journey flowed effortlessly from one destination to the next.
Our travel guides in each area were phenomenal and all were able to expertly share their knowledge of the area in Viet Nam we were visiting. They also took into account if we wanted any changes made to our trip while they were with us. They were always very conncerned with our comfort and enjoyment.

Absolutely the best. I am a female solo travel (28yrs old) and could not be happier that I booked my trip with Jacada Travel to Uganda and Kenya. Excellent planning, service, communication and follow through! I traveled to Peru with my mom and my adult son. Jacada - especially Em and Carlos - planned an excellent adventure for us! A wonderful family holiday to Vietnam with just the right mix of fun and interesting activities, and downtime by the pool and beach. The organisation was excellent and local guides were friendly and knowledgeable, with some nice surprises along the way.
The team that organized our trip to the Galapagos and Machu Picchu were friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. They found amazing, top notch hotels; found great restaurants; took care of reservations for us, got amazing, knowledgeable, and accommodating guides; ensured a person from their local partners helped us during transfers between domestic and international flights; organized drivers for everything except to dinner spots, and put together an amazing itinerary of activities.
My elderly parents have significant mobility and breathing issues and the Jacada team made sure the hotels and guide could support our needs (e.g., made sure we stayed at hotels with oxygen available which is usually $50 USD per tank) and the activities were doable without sacrificing the core experiences we wanted from the locations which is a very difficult balance.
Based on our experience, we would easily recommend Jacada for any travel and especially if you have special health considerations and want to travel to more physically demanding locations. We knew this before contacting Jacada, but note that it specializes in a more luxurious travel experience, so be prepared to spend accordingly.

Our experience was meticulously planned. Each day of the trip felt seamless and we left Sicily having immersed ourselves in the culture, learned a lot about the history, and had a lot of fun along the way. Highlights of our trip included the cooking class in Trapani , San Corrado Di Noto hotel stay, off roading on Mount Etna, and boat tour along the coast of Taormina. Dan and Simone were wonderful to work with and we are so grateful for all their help in creating a trip that we will be looking back on fondly for years to come.

Every hotel we stayed at was stunning, comfortable, and perfectly suited to each leg of our journey. The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the safari at Simbavati River Lodge—an experience we’ll never forget. We were in awe of the wildlife we encountered, from majestic elephants to elusive leopards, all while enjoying the warm hospitality and breathtaking setting of the lodge.
Mozambique was pure paradise. Our stay at Santorini Hotel was beyond luxurious, and just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, they surprised us with a helicopter ride that left us speechless. It was the perfect romantic touch to an already magical trip.

The preparation, follow up and execution of the trip was exceptionally well organized. The professionalism of all people involved was excellent, both before the trip and on the ground. The choice of the hotels / lodges and the suggested experiences were spot-on with our preferences and contributed to make our first Africa trip absolutely memorable. Certainly Jacada is not among the cheapest option but, in this case, you certainly get (more than) what you pay for.
I will undoubtedly recommend Jacada to friends and will hopefully soon use their services again myself soon.
Jacada and both Louisa and Rita are exceptional. This was our first experience both with Italy and Jacada, so we were not sure exactly what to expect. We were absolutely blown away by the trip they planned and the experiences they set up. First and foremost, the guides they set us up with in each city were above and beyond our expectations. So knowledgeable and wonderful to be around. Furthermore, the hotels they chose at each of our for different city locations during our trip, were also incredibly unique and were in excellent locations. The visit to each place, especially the Amazon and Iguazu Falls, was thoughtfully planned. Anavilhanas Lodge and Awasi are incredible places. The settings are peaceful and luxurious and the guides are awesome.
