Our Jacada travel designer, Chloe Ainscow, listened to our interests and tailored a once in a life time trip to southern Africa that more than met our expectations. The accommodations, food and pacing of the trip were excellent. But more than anything it was the caring and knowledgeable Wilderness guides, Randall at Cape Town, Ben at Linkwasha, Faidon at Ruckomechi and Willard at Toka Leya that made the trip exceptionable.
Jacada has planned 2 of our trips to central and South America. We were so impressed with James and Carlos on our first trip to Mexico and Guatemala that it was a no brainer to have them plan our trip to Peru. They get the big and the little details right every time. Their relationship with the “on the ground” tour companies are superb. The planning phase was orchestrated by James. He determined our interests and got us to reveal the goals and types of experiences we were looking for. We were floored by the beauty and splendor of Scotland, but the highlights of our trip were the friendly and knowledgeable Jacada guides who shuttled and showed us around the cities and countrysides, making the most of our time there and explaining what we were seeing and experiencing.

Demi Roberts and Melanie Vieira were excellent planners for our trip. They took care of every detail and they promptly answered any emails sent.
My husband and I had never traveled with Jacada before and were a little nervous as it was all a bespoke travel experience with various drivers and guides throughout the trip. We were blown away by the efficiency of how everything worked once we arrived in Argentina. Drivers and guides were waiting and had communicated with us prior. The vehicles were all new and clean. Our guides were all super personable and very knowledgeable. The whole process was seamless.
The highlights of our trip were our stay at Estancia Cristina, what a magical place, and of course El Chalten. You can't go wrong experiencing the majesty of Cerro Torre and Fitz Roy. The stay at El Puma in El Chalten was excellent. We stayed at El Puma in one of their suites in the new annex and it was lovely. We also had the special chance to truly experience the town of Chalten as everything was walkable. I would highly recommend staying at this lodge. Besides having restaurants, bars and shopping available, the hiking trails were walkable right from the lodge.
While in Chalten, Jacada arrange a hiking guide, Julia Lubarsky, for our two day hikes. She was over the top excellent. What a lovely person to hike with. She was knowledgeable and engaging throughout both our hikes. We felt as if we were hiking with an old friend. She made our time in Chalten extra special. Not only did she guide us on our hikes but she made recommendations for restaurants, shops etc. and also gave us links to videos about the area.
This trip with Jacada was definitely top of our list in travel experiences. We would definitely travel with Jacada again.
As far as cost of the trip, we found the price to be comparable to comanies such as Abercrombie & Kent, Tauck, Butterfield & Robinson etc., however the individual experience with Jacada could not be beat and was worth every penny spent.
We couldn't be more pleased with our 20 day Moroccan adventure that immersed us into culture, people, food, religion, the countryside, villages, crafts, marketplaces, etc. Another spectacular Jacada excursion, this time orchestrated by Rosie & Grace. Rosie crafted a personalized itinerary to match our goals, while Grace added the final touches to make it unique and perfect in every aspect.
Our reasons for returning to Jacada over and over again are numerous: each adventures is a customized private itinerary designed to our travel goals and what we hope to receive from an excursion, the designer and concierge truly listen to us, its luxury all around, stress free, worry free, all the planning to the smallest detail is taken care of, organized, and very efficient.

Jessica and Georgina planned a truly epic and fun trip to Vietnam!! Everything was wonderful from the stellar hotels to the carefully planned and fun packed days. They were sure to include all of our special requests. The local guides were terrific and we couldn’t believe how well organized the days were to maximize our experiences. We were able to learn the history and culture, have one on one visits with the local people, and do hiking, biking and boating to explore the beautiful country. Everything we wanted and more!

When I searched the internet for the best private travel company with expertise in South America, I was contacted by James Sirotkin. And that was when my good fortune began. James helped me to plan the most incredible trip to Argentina, Chile and Brazil. And he also connected me with Anabel Lopez based in Quito,Ecuador. Anabel helped us with the fine tuning of each day of our trip. Not only were our accommodations the most luxurious that we had ever experienced. But each day we were connected with our own private driver and guide, each with a specific expertise in the area that we were touring. We were never with a tour group and the individual attention was unbeatable.
Our itinerary had us start in beautiful Buenos Aires. After 4 days there, we flew to El Calafate in the deep southern part of Patagonia where we saw the Perito Moreno glacier and the beautiful mountain range of Mount Fitzroy and Cerro Torre hovering over the quaint village of El Chalten. Next, we traveled across the beautiful Argentinian steppe to arrive at Explora Patagonia situated at the base of the massif of Torres Del Paine. While there, each day we hiked with private guides into the wilderness. Stunning beauty!! And finally, we flew north to end our trip with 4 days in Rio de Janeiro.
Each destination was breathtakingly beautiful. But what made this trip stand high above all the others was the personal details that were made by James and Anabel. We will never use any other travel company except Jacada for our future travel needs.

What a great experience I had working with Travel Designer Lucy and Sandy our Concierge! Lucy was exceptional in designing my itinerary while listening to my objective, wants, and needs in visiting Northern and Central Vietnam. Sandy was wonderful in communicating with our travel group of 10 while putting on the final details of our trip. Communication was always professional and any questions/concerns were answered promptly.
The arrival and transfers to our hotel was seamless and just put us all at ease while traveling to a new Country. We loved our 1st accommodations but amazingly loved all of the succeeding accommodations even more! We just returned from an awesome 15-day trip to Sri Lanka. Jim Stacy planned the perfect itinerary for us, based on a few phone conversations and email exchanges. We were blown away by how stunning Sri Lanka was, how much diversity it had (cultural sites, tea plantations, beaches, mountains etc), how kind the people were, and how delicious every meal was. We didn’t have time to plan the Sri Lanka trip ourselves, so are particularly grateful that Jim did it for us on such short notice and nailed it!
Em and Flavia did a great job of putting together our trip to Easter Island and Iguazu Falls. The hotels were perfect and their choices of drivers and guides were outstanding. Their planning and execution made our trip incident free and without drama (no small feat when traveling overseas). Being rather detail oriented myself, I appreciated their attention to every step of the journey. Their advice on everything from luggage allowances to seat selections made this a superb trip. Furthermore, with their careful planning and strong relationships with local tour operators, Jacada made us feel well informed and safe in an unfamiliar part of the world. Finally, when world events required us to adjust our travel route home, Jacada, and it’s affiliates, we’re quick to pivot with the changes and with their suggestions and expertise kept the trip relaxing and magical to the very end. The itinerary put together by the travel team at Jacada couldn’t have been better! For our first trip to Tanzania, we wanted to have as many experiences as possible so we could really get a feel of life (and wildlife) there. The team put together a fantastic plan including Kilimanjaro, Ngorogoro Caldera, Northern and Southern Serengeti and a final stop at ChemChem! Each place had its own unique features, highly knowledgeable guides, and the accommodations were simply perfect! We loved the route they planned for us, each one building on the other - we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience with Jacada!

Our Jacada travel advisor Jack Bedford, curated an adventure of a lifetime for us through Egypt and Jordan! His extensive knowledge of the region allowed him to tailor an itinerary that exceeded our expectations, and was executed without a glitch! Every detail was accounted for, and the level of in-country guides, drivers, etc. assigned to us were superb. This was our second vacation with Jacada and we are already dreaming of our third!
Our trip to Costa Rica was truely amazing. James and Carlos put together an great itinerary over our 2 week trip, with our input and requests all met and exceeded.
All pick ups and transports were seamless and well coordinated. The various hotels and resorts were beautiful and each one unique. We arranged private guided excursions, many of them nature walks. We saw over 100 species of birds, plus many mammals and reptiles. The forests and jungle areas were superb and pristine. Our coffee plantation tour was great as well.
There were many extras that Jacada arranged for us including wine in the room, and a romantic dinner riverside with a bonfire just for us.
There was also an in country Concierge Michael available by WhatsApp who was very helpful and responsive when we had questions.
We highly recommend Jacada Travel, and will definitely use them again for our next big trip.

Everything went great on the trip. The detailed planning by Charles, with Jacada, was very helpful, from the pick up at customs in Costa Rica to the transfers between resorts and everything in between.
First, the country of Thailand is beautiful and the people are amazing. I would highly recommend visiting Thailand to anyone. Second, Jacada made it amazing. We worked with Taylor and Rahma to plan the trip, and then we had Benjy (Chiang Mai) and Ning (Bangkok). All were exceptional. They asked questions, listened to our feedback, and built a trip and experience that felt very bespoke to our family. It was white glove service every step of the way. Guides selected were amazing. They treated us as friends more than customers with many stories to tell. During our tours, Jacada arranged for every meal and drinks and breaks. We didn't have to pay anything while we were with them. Personal shopping excluded of course.
Hotels were fantastic at each location and the concierge and staff knew you. We felt like we got special attention at every hotel.
Transportation- all modes of transportation were private and top vehicles. Trains, Metros and cabs that they arranged were all part of the cost and we didn't pay out of pocket.
They pick you up from the airport, but they also check you in at each location and make sure you get to the departure section. They helped with luggage and everything else. We had three flights and they stayed with us and helped until we got to the departure lounge.
We just had to show up and enjoy the first class vacation.
They left personalized notes at most of our hotel rooms.
They arranged for a great surprise that we will remember for years to come. It still humbles our heart and brings tears of joy to us. This surprise has been a nonstop topic for us as family.
