The accommodations were all top notch, including the catamaran we traveled on through the Galpagos. All the guides were amazing and knowledgeable. Overall everything was well executed. The itinerary was well planned and we had an amazing experience, overall.
Our Southeast (Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam) trip planned by Leanne Anglo and Cathy Jocubeit was perfection. We had the most wonderful time, and it was because Leanne and Cathy listened to what we wanted on the pre-planning calls before our trip and executed. Everything was either what we wanted or even better. From the tour guides to the accommodations to the activities planned to the food experiences. It was all above and beyond. The tour guides were all spectacular. They were all thoughtful, friendly, and knowledgeable. You could tell they had pride in their craft and teaching and showing us about the country/city we were in and giving us the experience of being a local, which is what we wanted. Also, the food recommendations every tour guide gave us in addition to the places they took us to eat were amazing. We had the perfect blend of street/more casual food as well as more exotic and higher-end food. We enjoyed it all and gained some weight as a result, but it was well worth it. We honestly loved every meal and every single food item we ate. We had a wish list of foods we wanted to try before going on the trip and we were able to eat all the foods on our list and then some thanks to the tour guides. They too, listened to us and helped to accomplish our food goals. The accommodations were all first class and we immersed ourselves in every hotel we stayed at. They were all luxurious and perfect location-wise. We were always centrally located, so we were able to often walk around and take in sights on our own. The activities planned for us were varied and we enjoyed every single one from the Hawker tour in Singapore to the elephant experience and driving tuk tuks in Chiang Mai to watching the sunrise at Ankor Wat to visiting the CuChi tunnels and the vespa/food tour in Vietnam, which was a family favorite. We loved every activity, and it was everything we were hoping for and then some. All in all, this trip was a dream come true and there was not one thing we did not love about it and we are grateful to Jacada/Leanne/Cathy. We cannot wait for the next trip and creating more fabulous family memories! We will be in contact when that time comes. THANK YOU!
I worked with David in mid-2023 to plan a trip at the end of the year. I started thinking about Belize but as I thought more about it and described things I like to do, David and I agreed on Ecuador. I asked David to help me plan a trip on 3 pillars: culture, great food, and some physicality. David suggested Quito, followed by the Amazon (Napo Wildlife Center), and back to the highlands (Hacienda Zuleta). My trip culminated in three very different, immersive, and wonderful experiences. I did not have time to go to the Galapagos but when I am ready, I will contact David to help plan my trip. I highly recommend David and I will definitely work with Jacada in the future.
Our trip was to Thailand, Cambodia and Singapore. This is the second trip we plan with Jacada and they have both been outstanding. We were two couples travelling and we are very appreciative of the hotel and tours recommendations we received on the planning stage and the flexibility and courtesy of the local tour guides whom accommodated all our requests. Being a bespoke experience it is very important to get the right input in the planning stages and we adjusted our vacation plans a few times before zeroing in on what all of us thought we were looking for, and it all turned out great. Our Jacada Peru trip was a first-class experience. Everything was seamless. The guides were excellent, the hotels were appropriate (some were really excellent), the logistics were perfect. There were many thoughtful small touches that made a real difference (snacks, a boxed lunch on the day we were picked up and went on a long drive), water, small gifts for the kids, etc. We loved being on a complicated trip where we did not have to constantly be managing logistics, tickets, boarding passes etc.
Jacada planned our honeymoon across Thailand and Cambodia and we can’t say enough about how perfect it was from end to end! The variety of activities, the luxury of hotels, the friendliness of our guides, the communication and support from the whole team (thanks Keith and Gilda!) were all beyond our expectations. In Thailand, learning to drive tuk tuks and spending time with elephants really stood out as highlights. And we’re so glad the team recommended Cambodia as a part of our trip because the whole country just stole our hearts. Already planning our next Jacada trip!

They have experts for each continent and consequently there is a wealth of personal knowledge which goes into the planning of every journey. (On occasion, right down to which *room* on a particular ship is the best to stay in!!)
I cannot emphasise enough the peace of mind I experience when travelling with Jacada. Every airport or land transfer, every local phone number provided in case of emergency and the responsiveness when even a minor problem arises is second to none.

Amazing trip – four different stops running the length of Chile and then Antarctica, all flawless in terms of logistics, support service of local agency, and perfect hotels/ excursions/ guides etc….just a joy to travel and see the world without having to worry about all of the complex arrangements. Jacada really listened to our vision of the trip. They found beautiful out of the way eco lodges with terrific food, guides who were knowledgeable, and a driver who was professional and helped us explore places that weren’t full of tourists. Jacada designed a once-in-a-lifetime trip to India and the Maldives for our honeymoon. We spent 9 nights in northern India, traveling to Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, and Udaipur then 4 nights in an overwater villa in the Maldives. The travel designer and concierge team member from Jacada assisted us with planning every last detail and provided excellent, well-informed recommendations for all aspects of the trip. The local guides from Banyan, Jacada’s partner on the ground in India, were excellent. The Banyan guides possessed significant expertise on the different monuments / sites that we visited, were extremely friendly and conversational, and had fantastic recommendations for dining and shopping. After our Air India flight from Bangalore to Male was unexpectedly cancelled a few hours prior to departure, Jacada’s partner went above and beyond the call of duty. Upon hearing about the cancellation, the Banyan team quickly sprang into action and rebooked us on to another flight (1 hour later than the original flight) with a separate airline, ultimately helping us avoid an issue that could’ve ruined our trip and prevented us from getting to the Maldives all together. We stayed at the Imperial in New Dehli, Oberoi Amarvilas in Agra, RAAS Rajmahal Palace in Jaipur, Oberoi Udaivilas in Udaipur, and Varu by Atmosphere in the Maldives (all-inclusive resort). The luxury hotels in India were spectacular – each offered world-class service and accommodations – arguably better bang for your buck on hospitality than any other destination in the world. Jacada’s team sprinkled in different surprises throughout the trip that we will remember for many years to come. This trip was truly an end-to-end experience, exactly as Jacada advertised, from the moment we stepped off the plane in India to the moment we departed to return home. We look forward to using Jacada on future trips.
Our itinerary to Sri Lanka and Maldives was PERSONALIZED and CUSTOMIZED! Travel agent, Leanne Anglo, personally called me, asked our desires, LISTENED, and established a FABULOUS itinerary!! Our 2-week vacation was perfect as it included so many highlights that you’d want on a wonderful, relaxing and memorable vacation. We spoke with Leanne several times over the 16-month planning stage – to make sure all was good and for her to answer any questions. She was very reachable, responsive, pleasant and professional. Gilda Tang from Jacada was also introduced into the picture once the itinerary was established and was also responsive to questions we had in the interim. My husband and I are world travelers and have gone on many, many trips throughout the decades. We’ve dealt with many travel agents (usually just on-line, not conversing), but never did we get such attention to our wants as we did with Jacada (we were usually provided an already established itinerary). Jacada is unique in that they actually talk to you to plan the trip. (We had also mentioned to Leanne some “don’t want” activities like tacky shopping! So, our itinerary excluded it!) We will stick with Jacada for future travels…already booked with them our Namibia vacation for this year!
My husband and I really enjoyed our Australia Whistle-Stop tour! Ellie did a fabulous job organizing it and allowing us to experience Sydney, The Blue Mountains, GBR and the Daintree Rainforest in 8 days. The private tours were top quality as were all of our accommodations especially The Chalets at Blackheath. We had an amazing tour by Tim and a picnic breakfast with the Kangaroos! Zip-lining in Daintree was another highlight of our time in Australia.
It was well organized, very informative and a fabulous way to travel. We highly recommend Jacada for a stress free, personalized vacation!!!
My husband and I booked our trip to Chile during a time that we were extremely busy. We felt like the time they saved us during the planning stage was well worth the price. The travel planners met with us a few times to understand what we wanted from our trip and find destinations and hotels that would interest both of us. We went through a couple of iterations of the itinerary to get the exact dates and times settled, however, they really did a great job without much direction. They worked within our schedule constraints and really guided us to make sure that we were making the most of our time and spending appropriate time in each location. They sent many reminders and material that also made sure that we were prepared for the trip. On-site one of their representatives met us for each internal transfer to/from hotel or next flight. We actually felt like some of the transfers having a guide meet us was overkill, but if one is not comfortable with international travel they will make sure that you are taken care of. The hotels and excursions at their suggested hotels were good, of course, we had our own preferences with regard to how each individual hotel operated but overall they were all very good. I would use Jacada to book another trip to a different destination in the future.
We took a ten-day four-person family vacation in Cambodia and were very very pleased with the planning and the result. Phnom Penh, driving, touring, daily guided destinations and guides… all were exceptional. Our trip was a huge success. We saw Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and temples in and around Phnom Penh all the way to Siem Reap and beyond, bazaar and architectural tours… it was all great including the accomodations.
Our trip was well planned-we saw a lot of the country and our tours were enjoyable. The hotels were exceptional and well located. We also had enough free time to check things out.
Everything was planned and executed perfectly for our trip to Argentina. The hotels booked were spot on to our style of travel and all our guides were knowledgeable, friendly and had a good English. Also, appreciated all the restaurant recommendations for our trip.

We wanted a trip that would highlight the amazing food that both countries had to offer, and we were not disappointed! Our trip was filled with food tours, cooking classes, and even more experiences that we will never forget. Rosanna and Cathy were wonderful at organizing the whole trip from beginning to end. They were always prompt with responding to messages and gave us a lot of important information on the countries prior to departure. Jacada planned us an incredible bucket list trip to Africa. Our travel designers really took time to get to know us, our travel preferences, and what we were looking for, which was so important since it was our first time to Africa and first time booking a trip through a travel company. We didn’t know where to start between Southern & Eastern Africa with our budget and travel dates, but asked them to organize us a 3 week trip to be on safari for as many days as possible in a few differentiated locations each with unique experiences. They certaintly delivered – sending us to South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Botswana each with their own special touch, especially Little Makololo in Zimbabwe and Kanana Botswana. Jacada was clear with all communications and handling any changes along the way and the hospitality of the staff, guides, and lodges were superior.
Travel designers were very friendly and put together the custom trip that we asked for and also added a few special surprises. We received good information, our guides were professional and helpful and all went smoothly as planned.

Our trip to Peru was perfect in every way! Jen did a great job laying out our itinerary, listening to what we were looking for and exceeded all our expectations. The one day Inca trail hike was a dream come true. We visited Lima, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, Cuzco and Lake Titicaca and they were all wonderful!! I can’t wait to book our next trip with Jacada!

Our experience with Jacada exceeded our expectations. They were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I started working with them in 2020 right before covid hit and had to postpone for 3 years, but even after 3 years, they were there and so excited to help plan our once in a lifetime honeymoon. We travel to Thailand for 2 weeks. They gave us great recommendations on hotels and excursions that fit our budget. We landed in Bangkok and stayed there for a couple days. Then flew to Chiang Mai and stayed there for a 4 nights and then finally flew to Phuket and stayed on Koh Yao Noi island. All of the transfers were flawless, our domestic tickets were all booked for us. We felt safe and taken care of the entire trip. Not to mention all the little notes left in each hotel from the Jacada staff that worked with us and some little special extras we received while staying at the resort curtesy of Jacada. We had a great mix of things to do and just enough time for flexible roaming which we wanted. Smooth transfers and pickups at the airports. Our guides looked after us so well. FANTASTIC!!! We used Jacada for a trip to New Zealand and I cannot say enough amazing things about Ellie and Cathy who helped create the trip of a lifetime. We have travelled around the world, with a driving tour of Switzerland and South Africa Safari as our previous top trips, and this surpassed those. The trip was tailored perfectly to our travel preferences with private tours, drivers, unique hotels tucked away from touristy areas, and a food experience on par with our trip to San Sebastian. We saw whales, gazed at stars in an area free of city lights, saw the Tasman Glacier, experienced local culture in Rotorua, the glow worm caves, the amazing Lake Taupo, Mt Cook, and ended in Queenstown, the most beautiful city I have ever been to. There we capped the trip off with Air Milford, taking a 30min flight to the Milford Sound with reserved tables on the cruise through the sound, a walk with the pilot through the forest and another 30min flight with different flight path back to Queenstown so we could see more of the unbelievably beautiful southern Alps. It was truly the trip of a lifetime and Ellie and Cathy made it so easy, book with them, and go here, you will not regret it and may consider moving there 🙂 THANK YOU!

As returning Jacada customers, our Brazil trip was a spectacular 22 day adventure that took us from Sao Paulo, to the Falls, to the Pantanal, to the Amazon, and Rio. Everything from pre-planning to execution and all things in between were handled flawlessly as Charles and Melanie created an outstanding itinerary with a good pace, locations, guides, and accommodations. Every aspect of the trip was truly a “WOW” moment. There was nothing more we could have wanted or hoped for. The entire trip was stress free, relaxing, and very educational.
