This really is one of the most special locations in all of South America, a genuinely unique spot that makes the visitor feel truly privileged to be there.

The archipelago is a couple of hundred miles off the north-east coast and the crystal clear waters that surround it are a protected marine sanctuary, making this one of the premier diving locations in the world. Furthermore, the beaches here are consistently ranked among the very best in all of Brazil.

Tourism here is also strictly controlled with less than 500 visitors allowed on the island at any one time. Dolphins and turtles frequent the waters, and we can arrange tours to see both.

What to do

  • Relax on the stunning beaches
  • Explore the rich undersea life by snorkelling and diving
  • Hike along trails across the islands
  • Witness turtles hatching (only at particular times)
