I did not face any issues with any of the hotels nor the drivers or guides during my trip. The flexibility by the on ground team.
At the last minute I planned a trip from the US with Jacada to visit London and Paris with my son who is studying in Italy.
Hanna Fischer and Alice Cosso, my contacts at Jacada, had the very difficult task of making arrangements for us during such a busy travel period and with not a great deal of time to make arrangements. They, along with the hotels, private tours and transfers/transportation they arranged for us, exceeded our expectations.
Both Hanna and Alice were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, timely in their responses and patient with the myriad of questions that I had. They did a great job in helping make this trip one that my son and I will always look back on very fondly.
We have just returned from a wonderful trip to India. Keith and Gilda from Jacada organized the tour, helping with recommendations for hotels and tours at each of our stops.
I cannot find superlatives good enough to describe the trip – the Taj Lake Palace, the Umaid Bhawan, Sher Bagh, the Imperial, and the two Oberoi properties were stupendous. The tours, particularly in Udaipur and Agra were fabulous. Our driver and tour guides were reliable, flexible, and extremely helpful.

The most important thing for us when we made our booking was trust. From our first phone call with Kate, we knew that we were going to have a fantastic trip. Which we did! Kate and Gilda both planned everything out with great detail so that all we had to do was relax and enjoy our trip.

This was our first time so we were a bit nervous but the experience was flawless. Our concierge was super helpful at the outset determining our needs and desires. She chose outstanding resorts, timely and pleasant guides and drivers( no bumps on Jacada’s end. We called the local people twice and they answered right away and helped us out. We are looking forward to our next trip!

To speak candidly it was a risk to move away from the more established tour operators that we’ve used in the past. However, the care and effort you put into planning our trip followed by flawless execution more than rewarded the risk. You’ve got an industry beating South Korea trip here!
We work too much to be able to spend a lot of time planning a trip. All we knew was that we wanted to go to Machu Picchu and the Galapagos. Lily and Melanie at Jacada took care of everything. Sometimes those two destinations are described as “the trip of a lifetime.“ That was definitely the case for us. Jacada planned every single thing even down to dinner reservations at fine restaurants. All we had to do was book our flight to and from South America… And show up. Those two destinations alone would have made the trip amazing, but Jacada arranged expert guides , competent drivers, architecturally interesting (something special for me) lodging, thoughtful meals (made more difficult for them because I have special dietary needs), And everything we needed to make our experience perfect! Much of it we knew from the itineraries, but there were also special activities and treats woven into our vacation that made it even better than we could have hoped.
We researched several travel sites and decided to go with Jacada based on the reviews. This review is adding to the outstanding service and amazing trip they arranged for us. This was our first time ever using a service like theirs and we were nervous about it but they did not disappoint! It was our 25th wedding anniversary and our celebratory trip was Rome, Florence, Venice. Also a day in Tuscany. Every suggestion that they made was spot on. They gave us several touring, activity, and dining options to choose from and went above and beyond with emails and calls answering all of our questions, and we had many. Our representatives were Melania and Marta. They were amazing! Can’t say enough good things about them. The service from them and everyone we encountered in Italy from the drivers to the tour guides were exceptional! Every part of the trip was special and first class. The dining reservations they made for us were at the most authentic Italian restaurants and the cuisine was absolutely delicious. Like any vacation, everything doesn’t go as planned, we had one minor issue with meeting one of our drivers, wasn’t a big deal to us. Well they more than made up for it, and they really didn’t have to do what they did. The hotels we stayed at were amazing. They really listened to everything we asked or requested and honestly we don’t think we could have ever planned such an amazing trip on our own. We feel like we saw the best Italy had to offer thanks to Melania and Marta. Walking tours with your own guide and no waiting in line to the Vatican, Pantheon, Coliseum, just to name a few, we’re outstanding and informative. The gondola ride in Venice was magical. Two things that they arranged for us that were surprisingly, a couple of our favorites, were a cooking class with an Italian chef, and wine tasting at a beautiful historic castle in Tuscany, we would highly recommend both of these along with the guided walking tours. They really know their stuff and obviously do their homework to provide their clients the best of everything! They even did a little something extra and special on our anniversary, which was unexpected and simply wonderful! We would highly recommend Jacada when planning your next vacation. We will definitely use them for our next big trip. Thank you Jacada!

We have taken two trips arranged by Jacada and both have been amazing. They pick the best hotels, restaurants and guides. This summer Melania and her team pulled together a 10 day trip in the Greek isles with only three weeks advance notice! Nothing about our itinerary felt rushed or not up to the standards of our previous trip. We were seriously impressed. Jacada is now our first call whenever we take a trip.
