Our trip to Thailand and Indonesia was beyond our expectations. Jess helped us plan an amazing trip to South Africa. This was our third time on the continent, first time in South Africa. Our previous 2 trips were all Safari, but for this trip we had less time and wanted a more relaxing, mixed trip. We started in Capetown and stayed at the Mount Nelson at Jess' recommendation. It was an amazing hotel on a stunning property with so much charm and incredible staff. Next step was Franschoek which was a beautiful little town in the middle of the Winelands. We explored some of the local wineries and had the best dinner of our lives a La Petite Colombe, a MUST if you are nearby. We ended our trip at Phinda private game reserve in Southeast South Africa. It was a beautiful game reserve where we had excellent wildlife sightings. The safari was laid back and relaxing, the camp and staff at Phinda Vlei Lodge were incredible. Jacada, and Jess in particular were always available when we had questions and when our flight got cancelled and we had to make urgent travel adjustments. We had guides/ transports every step of the way and didn't have to do ANYTHING on our own, unless we wanted to. Jess was extremely kind and flexible. She offered incredible recommendations and everything was spot on. She has impressive knowledge of South Africa having grown up there and been a guide herself. If you are planning an African vacation, Jess is your gal! I would 100% recommend Jacada to help plan any vacation and will be using them for our next international vacation, wherever it may be!

Meg was amazing! When we started planning our trip, she listened to everything we said and then implemented all our wishes. Our itinerary was full but not packed. The cities she recommended gave us a wonderful overview of beautiful Spain. The type of hotels she chose for us were perfect, small and luxurious with knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating staff.
Ana is incredible. All our excursions, tour guides, drivers and restaurants were wonderful. Everyone was on time and very professional. The guides were especially knowledgeable and very nice to be with.

We had such a memorable trip. Everything went like clockwork. The hotels were perfect in every way. All of the transportation was precisely on time, even in remote locations. The food great. The places we went to were fantastic. But, most important, all of the team members who cared for us along the way, from the venue staff, to the drivers to the guides were all interested, interesting, knowledgeable, fun, patient and excited to help us learn about their culture and their countries. It was truly a cultural exchange for us in every way. We enjoyed every minute.
We recently had Jacada book a family (parents & college aged boys) trip to Belize, and it was fabulous! Jacada worked with us on the planning to know exactly what our family wanted. The hotels they booked were amazing and all the excursions were perfect. And everything in Belize went so smoothly!! Everyone on the ground (hotel staff, tour guides) knew exactly where we needed to be and when. I normally plan trips on my own, but I am so glad I used Jacada for this trip. It was so stress free. And Belize is wonderful... great people, Mayan culture & history, and natural beauty. I highly recommend you spend time both in the Mountain Pine Ridge area and the beach.

Our Travel Experience with Jacada was first rate. We worked with them on planning the itinerary for our 3 week India trip, and the service both with the planning team and the travel coordinators on the ground was absolutely amazing. We saw and experiences things that I'm sure we never would have seen on our own, and our guide, Jay, was knowledgeable and fun and added immensely to our trip.
Communication and organization were excellent. The Jacada team was helpful and genuinely interested in our experience. The guides were personable, knowledgeable, and clearly enjoy their work. Vehicles were spotless, timely, and coordinators managed our every need brilliantly. I will recommend Jacada to friends and family. The only way to travel!
My husband I recently returned from a fantastic 10 day trip to Costa Rica. We were really looking forward to the trip, and it did not disappoint! All the recommended accommodations were absolutely top notch, and we had professional, friendly, knowledgeable tour guides for each activity. The English-speaking drivers were always on time and drove carefully while providing interesting commentary on the countryside. We had several phone calls with our Jacada trip designer well in advance of the trip, to discuss our interests, the specific activities we were not interested in, and to ask questions. Our trip designer was very pleasant, easy to work with, and listened well. She made superb recommendations of places to visit and specific tours available in those areas. Once our trip was booked, our Jacada Latin America concierge was in touch by email with restaurant suggestions, to answer any questions, and to provide tips about traveling in Latin America. Upon landing in Costa Rica, we had a welcome message from our Jacada in-country concierge who was always available via WhatsApp. The trip was well-organized and had sufficient “down time” in the schedule for us to relax and enjoy the accommodations. We felt very well-supported during our visit. We are considering where to go next, and look forward to working with Jacada again for our next trip.

Working with Rosie and Grace at Jacada on our girlfriend’s trip to Morocco was so easy and enjoyable. They both were so great in helping us think through the itinerary for the trip, making adjustments, and even helping out on a few things during the trip that needed addressing. They were always ready to jump on the phone leading up to the trip too. This is my second trip with Jacada and I think their level of service is terrific. The hotel where we stayed was fantastically beautiful and staff could not have been better (La Villa Des Orangers) and we really enjoyed our guide as well. Will do another trip with them for sure.
My husband and I traveled to Japan from March 16 - April 1, 2025. We went to Tokyo, Hiroshima, Kyoto and Okinawa. Jacada Travel helped us with our itinerary and did an excellent job planning the hotels, site visits and restaurant reservations. They also helped transfer our luggage from Tokyo to Kyoto so we were able to take only small overnight bags with us on the bullet trains to simplify our train travel.
The tour guides and drivers were outstanding and made our visits to temples, shrines and parks so easy and enjoyable. Jacada Travel also provided people who assisted us with our Bullet Train travels in terms of getting us to the train station, getting us on the correct train platform and waiting until our train left the station.
Very professional organization. They planned every minute of our vacation and it was all done with the highest level of service possible. My wife got travel sick one of the days and they went above and beyond to ensure she was ok. I would highly recommend using Jacada if you're looking for a high-end, first class experience. of course you get what you pay for, and this is a premium service.
I loved how we were asked what activities and interests we look forward to on our trips . Knowing this in advance allowed our travel expert to mold our trip around OUR interests.
The welcome notes received when we arrived at a new destination were a nice personal touch as well.
My one concern was that a couple of our guides could have been a bit better in their communication but overall it was a wonderful trip.
Jacada was absolutely amazing! I wanted a trip where I showed up, they take my hand, tell me where to go, and handle everything for me. Jacada delivered on that above and beyond. The amount of work that goes into coordinating a lengthy trip across the world is unreal and they made it happen seamlessly. There was always a person with you, to reach out to, waiting for you, plus a kind note in every hotel room, and a beautifully designed itinerary that takes your family and their needs into consideration. Plus, they communicate incredibly well and have a strong follow up game making you feel supported and cared for through the entire process from your first inquiry to the "How did it go!?" call. We went to Egypt and I would say if you're thinking about it at all, go through Jacada. Literally one of the best vacations I've ever had. Bravo!
This was my first time using a travel agent, I was anxious about putting an important trip into someone else’s hands. I shouldn’t have been at all. From the start, I felt heard and understood. If I thought the budget crept too high, they worked with me to get to a more comfortable place. When I was adamant about staying at a certain hotel, they made sure it happened. Rita and Meg answered all my questions and fulfilled everything I wanted to do. The whole trip was timed and coordinated perfectly, and from the moment I landed in Rome I felt taken care of. A small hiccup where the itinerary didn’t match the pickup time for our first tour, but otherwise everything was perfect. We got upgraded at a few of our hotels and there was special treats and unexpected surprises, that made the trip unforgettable. It was worth every penny, and I will definitely be using Jacada for any luxury travel I do in the future.

The planning was excellent, we were supported the entire time by knowledgeable, helpfull people for a stress-free vacation. Accommodation and tours were all first class. Will use Jacada in the future.
Jacada's attention to detail is unmatched. This is our second trip with them and they did not disappoint! We had an ambitious wish list and our travel concierges were able to check every box. They are extremely knowledgeable about each location. They were realistic about how long the trip should be, given our wish list. When we wanted to add a city toward the end of the planning process, they were upfront about the fact that we would need to add time to the length of the trip (rather than just trying to squeeze it in). We listened to their advice (which was correct) and lengthened our trip. They gave us practical advice along the way as to what to pack, made restaurant reservations for us in every city, provided a detailed itinerary and gave us lots of support throughout the planning process and during the actual trip. All of the guides we worked with were fabulous (particularly Roland in the Lofoten Islands and Cornelia in Helsinki). The itinerary was incredibly well thought out, alternating between cities and more remote, nature based locations. We have some challenging food restrictions/limitations and every place we visited had options for us (and most knew in advance about our situation). Jacada tailored the trip to match our specific interests and suggested (and ultimately booked) some great excursions we didn't even know were possible. They are excellent with communication and very responsive - it was always possible to schedule a call if we preferred to speak directly with our travel concierge (rather than communicate via email). Highly HIGHLY recommend - we can't wait to plan our next adventure!
Our trip was well organized and well communicated. Our tour guide, Fernando, in an absolute gem. He expertly navigated us through our trip, educating us about the history and culture of Peru. He was careful to ensure that all of our needs were met, including pivoting our schedule when the unexpected arose to ensure that we made the most of our time in Peru. Freddy, our driver, was incredibly attentive, ensuring that we were safe and well cared for. During our visit to Lima, Miguel hilariously walked us through the city sights. We stayed in luxury hotels that were unforgettable and had the best cuisine. It was a magical experience - one we were grateful we could just experience without much concern knowing that we were in good hands the whole time.

Jacada from the beginning was responsive and really listened to details of the adventure we were hoping for, and did experience! My husband and I embarked on a once-in-a-lifetime kind of trip to Iceland and Norway, curated by Meg and Sabina. We felt supported the whole trip, with real time updates and adjustments if needed. We received 5 star service from all the knowledgeable, professional, and happy tour guides! Excellent hotel choices, excellent food/restaurants, and unique activities (large part, which were private or small groups). I cannot wait to book with them again!

From the moment we stepped off the plane in Belize, our every need was attended to by the company they had subcontracted to take care of us on the ground.
We stayed three nights at a resort location named Chaa Creek resort, just outside of San Ignacio, which was absolutely beautiful. The staff there was extremely helpful, personal and willing to attend our we very need. The food was fantastic.
We visited the ATM Caves which were phenomenal, we also toured Caracol. Stopped at the Rio On Pools for swimming, and toured the Belize zoo.
The companies that hosted these tours were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and educational.
On the second half of our adventure, we traveled by small plane to Matachica Resort, located just outside San Pedro, on Ambergris Caye.
The staff, though not quite as personal, (this location had a much more resort feel) were still very friendly and accommodating. The rim was fabulous, and the food in the restauraunt was great, the view of the Caribbean was breathtaking.
While there, we did snorkeling at HolChan Marine Reserve, and Shark-Ray Alley which was wonderful.
Valentines Day, we are rewarded worth a complimentary dinner from Jacada, which was very much appreciated and amazing!
We also went fishing along the reef, and the chef at Matachica prepared our catch to our choices, one of which was Chefs Choice, which we decided on, and we were very pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the preparation.
Thank you both, Dan and Melanie for everything! Our trip was something we'll never forget, with memories that we will forever cherish!

This was our second trip with Jacada. Like the first, everything was perfectly planned and executed. From the time we exited the plane, until we returned, every detail was taken care of.
This is our second trip that we planned through Jacada and again we were very satisfied with the service we received. David and Cathy planned a wonderful itinerary for us. There were a couple of minor hiccups but they were immediately resoived and we thoroughly enjoyed our amazing time in Thailand. All of the guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. My experience in Panama was wonderful. Isla Palenque was an incredibly beautiful place and the excursions were great. Every last detail is always taken care of by Jacada. Their attention to detail is always impeccable. I ever have to worry about one single thing when they have planned a trip for me.
I was very impressed with how personalized my travel adventure was. Shortly after arrival, I learned that my guides had been informed of my interests and preferences which were discussed with Em, my travel planner at Jacada, during our initial planning sessions. This led to the addition of an extra museum visit in Bogota. It also allowed me to stop at some cafes I had inquired about. When my hot air balloon flight encountered a weather delay in starting, I was pleasantly surprised at my return to the hacienda that the staff was well aware of this and kept the kitchen open so I could have a fresh hot breakfast. Communication among the local team members was outstanding! Throughout the trip I was introduced to and had wonderful conversations with local people who I found to be very warm and welcoming. The trip well exceeded my expectations. I expect to engage with Jacada on more adventures in the future.
We’ve just returned from two and a half dreamlike weeks in Vietnam and Cambodia, brilliantly curated for us by Ellie and Jessica at Jacada. Every aspect of our trip exceeded our expectations. We had never worked with a travel concierge and weren’t sure what to expect, we just knew we wanted an introduction to Asia and that we’d need help navigating a new continent where the language barriers would likely be challenging. A Google search led us to Jacada and from our very first call with Ellie, we were confident this would be the trip of a lifetime.
Jacada’s website promises “authentic, responsible travel planned by experts,” and that is precisely what Ellie and Jessica delivered. Our conversations with Ellie early on helped tremendously in narrowing our visit down to these two extraordinary countries and it was clear that she really listened to us and understood our interests. The itinerary she and Jessica crafted for us hit every travel wish we had, and many we didn’t know we had! They expertly handled our visas, arranged all of our regional flights and other travel, and guided us through every step.
Each hotel had its own charm and beauty (all with superb amenities, impossible to pick a favorite!) and the lovely people staffing the hotels took excellent care of us. The pace of our trip aligned perfectly with our need to have a balance of on-the-go activity and time relaxing and exploring on our own.
It’s tough to articulate just how amazing our local guides were, and the time we spent with them left a lasting impression. To us, every one of them was so much more than a guide. In addition to being some of the loveliest, most welcoming people we’ve ever met, it was like having our very own charming, fun, brilliant history/art/religion/archaeology professors as travel companions! Each in their own way went above and beyond to give us rich and unique experiences and we are forever grateful to each of them.
Ellie’s and Jessica’s expertise in this area of Southeast Asia is impressive and we simply wouldn’t have had as rich or as authentic an experience had we tried to plan this on our own. Their communication throughout was impeccable and they snuck in some delightful surprises for us along the way.
