Fantastic logistics with an eleven night trip which included 4 hotels between Sicily and Italy. Everything went smoothly with each hotel choice just fantastic. Restaurant selections also amazing and the guides and drivers were all super friendly and knowledgeable. The locals we met became instant friends and made the journey even more fun! The team in Peru really personalized our journey. Admil was an amazing tour guide who proudly showed us the sites, culture and history of his country. Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley should be on everyone's bucket list - incredible places! Seeing the Galapagos Island from the Endemic was absolutely the right venue for our family. The crew is amazing.
Our trip to South Africa and Zambia was unlike anything we’ve ever done before—absolutely unforgettable. We were spoiled every step of the way, from luxurious lodges to thrilling game drives and stunning landscapes. Every detail was perfectly planned, and we felt completely taken care of throughout. Jamey and Betty, were phenomenal, always available, thoughtful, and on top of everything. We loved every single second and didn’t want it to end. We can’t wait to experience something like this again.
Everything was perfect from start to finish. We were met from our flight and taken to the waiting car to be transported to our hotel.The accommodations were first class, beautiful rooms and each hotel had a fabulous view and an excellent restaurant. The guides were a delight to spend time with, very knowledgeable and friendly, always punctual and able to recommend good restaurants for lunch . Every area of Turkey that we visited was different and very welcoming. This was one of our favorite vacations. Thank you, Jacana we will certainly travel with you again.

We were very pleased with everything on this trip. From the very moment we landed in Costa Rica we were guided and transferred with ease. The people made you feel welcomed and we felt pampered even when in the jungle! The beautiful hikes, the top notch accommodations, and delicious foods were 5 stars. I don't even know what I could say to make this better. We are already talking about our next trip. It may be alittle while but we know Jacada is going to be our go to travel experience.

Cannot recommend Jacada enough. We have done two trips with them to Central America and both have been exceptional. The local tour operators they work with are knowledgeable and personable. Everything detail of both trips was perfect.
A spectacular trip to Botswana, Namibia and South Africa arranged by Jacada and Emily Wallington. We spent 8 nights in Botswana, 7 in Namibia before capping it off with three nights in Capetown. Each stop was filled with adventure, great food and unforgettable experiences. Emily listened to what we wanted and put it together. For high-end travel, Jacada is simply the best.

Having all details planned by Jacada Travel removed the stress of our travel between the sites we traveled. Western Austrailia and Northern Territories, Austrailia are not close together. Charlie asked what we wanted to do and delivered our requests. Help was available when needed. We are 75 and 80 and this is a fabulous memory.
From the time we landed at the airport, to the point where we were leaving. There was always someone with us to take care of us. That's very comforting. Through out the whole trip, there were a lot of personal touches and little surprises that enhanced the whole experience. The friendly guides, and the sweet people we met everywhere we went. That's what memories are made of. We love the arrangements of hotels and resorts; the restaurant suggestions and the easy going attitudes of all the guides. Lucy and the team did absolutely the best job on the whole arrangements.
The gardens - our prime reason for going to Cornwall area, were stunning. The restaurants were world class. The charming inns and hotels were elegant - with high-end on-site services. The sunsets were amazing. The little harbor towns and villages were so picturesque. So well planned by Meg and Ana, my memorable trip with my Mom was glorious. Most important - the experiences - were lovely. Garden walks, boat trips, kitchen garden guided tours, and walks near the seashore to spot small birds to add to our life lists!
Our trip was perfect. All of our drivers and guides were there as expected and very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Our accommodations were great and in great locations. As always, Jacada made our trip wonderful!
Our Travel Agent ,Charles ,listened to us and designed an adventure we really enjoyed. Our guides were well trained, the drivers made us feel safe , our boutique accommodations were absolutely stunning, the restaurants served excellent food and the staff were delightful. Moreover, we had busy days experiencing the high points of, Lima, Sacred Valley,,Machu Picchu, Cusco, Lake Titikaka, Colpa Canyon and Arequipa
Our trip to Cambodia was fantastic. I was impressed from the first conversation where David took the time to understand our interests and our budget, and was very open to our input. From there, he put together a fantastic and bespoke itinerary. Once in country, everything was seamless and it was lovely to have a personalized welcome note at each of our accommodations. I was equally impressed in the follow up to gather feedback.
We had the most incredible and seamless experience on our travels to Costa Rica. From the start, Dan was super responsive and helpful with adapting and design our perfect holiday. In our preparation towards it Flavia always made sure we had everything prepped for our journey from beginning to the end. The team on the ground were also phenomenal. Using Jacada was so helpful! Everything was planned and arranged ahead of time. We had someone guiding us from the moment we got off our plane to getting back on at the end of our trip. We would receive texts from our local contact each day reminding us of what was planned the following day, which allowed us to enjoy each day and not have to worry about planning or schedules and just enjoy ourselves and if we needed anything else, they were there to assist. It can be intimidating traveling to a new country, but with Jacada you're not alone and have someone with you every step of the way!
We had the best time in Frace. Louisa was amazing and found the perfect trip for us. We are foodies and wanted the perfect things to do in a limited amount of time. We needed away time, luxury and privacy, she couldn’t have picked better places, we know that because it was fabulous, and several locals looked at our itinerary, and said it looked like a local had done it, other words she knew all of the top places now, and that is invaluable
Keith and Rahma planned a wonderful honeymoon to Japan and Bali for my husband and I. They were able to create a unique experience that was gay friendly and safe. We loved most of the hotels. We stayed in and had an amazing time exploring these cultures. I would say your value in Jacada is their connections to guides and local travel agencies. Our highlights of the trip were the tour guides and the stories they told as well as the restaurant recommendations by the hotels we stayed in.

What a fabulous trip to Morocco! We enjoyed every moment as we moved from adventure to luxury - and with the ease of every detail being covered. My partner and I recently returned from a fabulous 4-week holiday in Sri Lanka organised by David and Cathy at Jacada.
They really listened to the kind of holiday that we wanted to have - the places and areas that we wanted to visit, the style of accommodation that we were after, the types of activities that we would enjoy, and the pace at which we wanted it to go – and created an itinerary that reflected all of this. They also included some additional options that we hadn’t even imagined, but which were right up our alley.
David and Cathy kept in touch regularly through the trip to make sure that everything was going as we were hoping. They were supported wonderfully by Susanna from the local on-the-ground support team as well as our delightful driver, Salinda, for whom nothing was too much trouble.
It was a very memorable adventure that worked smoothly and seamlessly from start to finish. The lack of any hiccups was indicative, we are sure, of a lot of thought, planning and effort behind the scenes to ensure that everything ‘worked’ and that we had such a special time.
When we did encounter the unexpected (when I accidentally broke a bone in one of my feet), they did everything they could through the Jacada ecosystem to both support us and to ensure that we could complete our holiday with minimal interruption and re-organisation.

Our trip to Thailand and Indonesia was beyond our expectations. We saw temples, had a private cooking lesson from local grandmas, experienced intimate moments with rescued elephants, walked across the bridge at the River Kwai, rode a Vespa through the countryside of Chang Mai, looked out over the Golden Triangle, snorkeled with sea turtles and giant manta rays, walked among Komodo dragons, and so much more. Jess helped us plan an amazing trip to South Africa. This was our third time on the continent, first time in South Africa. Our previous 2 trips were all Safari, but for this trip we had less time and wanted a more relaxing, mixed trip. We started in Capetown and stayed at the Mount Nelson at Jess' recommendation. It was an amazing hotel on a stunning property with so much charm and incredible staff. Next step was Franschoek which was a beautiful little town in the middle of the Winelands. We explored some of the local wineries and had the best dinner of our lives a La Petite Colombe, a MUST if you are nearby. We ended our trip at Phinda private game reserve in Southeast South Africa. It was a beautiful game reserve where we had excellent wildlife sightings. The safari was laid back and relaxing, the camp and staff at Phinda Vlei Lodge were incredible. Jacada, and Jess in particular were always available when we had questions and when our flight got cancelled and we had to make urgent travel adjustments. We had guides/ transports every step of the way and didn't have to do ANYTHING on our own, unless we wanted to. Jess was extremely kind and flexible. She offered incredible recommendations and everything was spot on. She has impressive knowledge of South Africa having grown up there and been a guide herself. If you are planning an African vacation, Jess is your gal! I would 100% recommend Jacada to help plan any vacation and will be using them for our next international vacation, wherever it may be!
