Can’t say enough great things about my recent trip to Borneo booked through Jacada. My travel designer Rachel Rose was top notch. So enthusiastic, flexible and understood my needs immediately. Travel concierge Jessica took the reins after the trip was officially booked and miraculously managed every tiny detail - it was unbelievable how many great details she managed for us to make the trip spectacular. The “boots on the ground” in Borneo could not have been more fabulous. We were super impressed with Sticky Rice (the partner to Jacada in Borneo). We felt so taken care of. They anticipated our needs long before we even knew we needed them! Pleasant and kind - we felt like we had made new friends everywhere we went. Nothing we asked was ever too much trouble or too difficult. Everything ran so seamlessly and it made our trip so very relaxing. We never felt rushed even though we packed a lot into our agenda. The accommodations were spectacular and the food was outta this world.
Everything was perfect. Absolutely perfect.

I had a vision of our family trip. Places we wanted to go and see, things we wanted to do and a general idea of the experience (active, immersive, a knowledgeable energetic guides), In addition we wanted to know what are really special things that we should not miss. WE needed guidance to augment what we thought we wanted as well. David, Rahma and the Jacada team delivered on all of this.
David planned a safari to Kenya to perfection. My family and I went to Kenya in June and visited 3 different sites in Kenya including Nairobi, Laikipia, and the Masai Mara. We were booked with a camp called Governor's Camp who provided all safaris and food. Both of which were excellent. We were able to see the "big 5" and many more animals. We additionally were booked with a private safari vehicle (thanks to David), so we were able to ask the driver to see certain animals and then spend the day looking for them. In Nairobi, a city and coffee farm tour were booked for us. Additionally, all transportation was arranged and seamless; there was always someone waiting to pick us up and take us to our next destination. I cannot wait to use Jacada to plan our next trip!
We would not use a travel planner/agency for normal travel, but were concerned about language and logistics challenges in our trip to Japan. Setting up all of the transportation, transfers and good English-speaking guides were the main benefits, but we also appreciated local knowledge and advice in planning locations, activities and places to stay, etc. The trip was excellent. Jacada met and exceeded all of our goals, starting with the website information and calls and continuing through local assistance via your Japan partner.

We just completed an outstanding trip to Portugal. Dan was a great asset, and made the process run smoothly. We really appreciated the extra details, such as a private "hands-on" experience at a local chef's home. We have travelled extensively, and my wife remarked that she enjoyed the trip so much, she would like to go back. Mind you, we always enjoy our trips, but rarely feel the need to "go back." Overall, I would rank Jacada and Dan extremely highly.

I made this trip to honor my mother who lived in East London and lost her house in the Blitz and my dad who served in the 30th Division and was wounded in Normandy. Unique, creative, out of the box vacations. With as much adventure and novelty as you desire. Level of activity is extremely well tailored to the desires of the travelers. We had a fantastic experience with Em, Carlos, and the Peruvian ground team from Jacada! The trip was planned perfectly - all drivers and guides were professional, on-time and extremely warm and knowledgeable. In fact, our kids commented that our guides were the most incredible we've ever had on a family trip! One of our kids unfortunately got sick, but the Jacada ground team was there for us every step of the way - sending docs to our hotel room, making sure we had the necessary meds, helping us rebook some arrangements. I cannot thank the team enough for the hard work they put into making our trip as enjoyable and smooth as it could be!

Fantastic logistics with an eleven night trip which included 4 hotels between Sicily and Italy. Everything went smoothly with each hotel choice just fantastic. Restaurant selections also amazing and the guides and drivers were all super friendly and knowledgeable. The locals we met became instant friends and made the journey even more fun! We highly recommend James and Rita who manage to think of everything!

The team in Peru really personalized our journey. Admil was an amazing tour guide who proudly showed us the sites, culture and history of his country. Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley should be on everyone's bucket list - incredible places! Seeing the Galapagos Island from the Endemic was absolutely the right venue for our family. Our trip to South Africa and Zambia was unlike anything we’ve ever done before—absolutely unforgettable. We were spoiled every step of the way, from luxurious lodges to thrilling game drives and stunning landscapes. Every detail was perfectly planned, and we felt completely taken care of throughout. Jamey and Betty, were phenomenal, always available, thoughtful, and on top of everything. We loved every single second and didn’t want it to end. We can’t wait to experience something like this again.
Everything was perfect from start to finish. We were met from our flight and taken to the waiting car to be transported to our hotel.The accommodations were first class, beautiful rooms and each hotel had a fabulous view and an excellent restaurant. The guides were a delight to spend time with, very knowledgeable and friendly, always punctual and able to recommend good restaurants for lunch . Every area of Turkey that we visited was different and very welcoming. This was one of our favorite vacations. Thank you, Jacana we will certainly travel with you again.

We were very pleased with everything on this trip. From the very moment we landed in Costa Rica we were guided and transferred with ease. The people made you feel welcomed and we felt pampered even when in the jungle! The beautiful hikes, the top notch accommodations, and delicious foods were 5 stars. I don't even know what I could say to make this better. We are already talking about our next trip. It may be alittle while but we know Jacada is going to be our go to travel experience.

I just returned from a trip organized by Jacada Travel, and it was truly incredible. Everything was seamlessly planned and completely tailored to my preferences, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish.
What really stood out was the quality of the on-the-ground staff — they were attentive, friendly, and genuinely made sure we were having a great time at every step. You could tell they cared and were always a few steps ahead.
Making last-minute changes was surprisingly easy too — everything was handled efficiently and with a smile. That kind of flexibility is rare and made a huge difference.

Cannot recommend Jacada enough. We have done two trips with them to Central America and both have been exceptional. The local tour operators they work with are knowledgeable and personable. Everything detail of both trips was perfect.
A spectacular trip to Botswana, Namibia and South Africa arranged by Jacada and Emily Wallington. We spent 8 nights in Botswana, 7 in Namibia before capping it off with three nights in Capetown. Each stop was filled with adventure, great food and unforgettable experiences. Emily listened to what we wanted and put it together. For high-end travel, Jacada is simply the best.

My wife and I wanted to experience the rugged natural beauty of Western Australia and the Northern Territories. Charlie, Ryan, and Gita of Jacada Travel helped us immensely in making our trip worry free and absolutely delivering for us what we wanted. They helped us pick the right dates for the best chance to swim with the whale sharks as well as helping guide us to the Northern Territories at a time when the temperature had cooled which added to our enjoyment of this fabulous region. Our trip was a complete success.
Having all details planned by Jacada Travel removed the stress of our travel between the sites we traveled. Western Austrailia and Northern Territories, Austrailia are not close together. Charlie asked what we wanted to do and delivered our requests. Help was available when needed. We are 75 and 80 and this is a fabulous memory.
From the time we landed at the airport, to the point where we were leaving. There was always someone with us to take care of us. That's very comforting. Through out the whole trip, there were a lot of personal touches and little surprises that enhanced the whole experience. The friendly guides, and the sweet people we met everywhere we went. That's what memories are made of. We love the arrangements of hotels and resorts; the restaurant suggestions and the easy going attitudes of all the guides. Lucy and the team did absolutely the best job on the whole arrangements.
The gardens - our prime reason for going to Cornwall area, were stunning. The restaurants were world class. The charming inns and hotels were elegant - with high-end on-site services. The sunsets were amazing. The little harbor towns and villages were so picturesque. So well planned by Meg and Ana, my memorable trip with my Mom was glorious. Most important - the experiences - were lovely. Garden walks, boat trips, kitchen garden guided tours, and walks near the seashore to spot small birds to add to our life lists!
Our trip was perfect. All of our drivers and guides were there as expected and very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Our accommodations were great and in great locations. As always, Jacada made our trip wonderful!
Our Travel Agent ,Charles ,listened to us and designed an adventure we really enjoyed. Our guides were well trained, the drivers made us feel safe , our boutique accommodations were absolutely stunning, the restaurants served excellent food and the staff were delightful. Moreover, we had busy days experiencing the high points of, Lima, Sacred Valley,,Machu Picchu, Cusco, Lake Titikaka, Colpa Canyon and Arequipa
Our trip to Cambodia was fantastic. I was impressed from the first conversation where David took the time to understand our interests and our budget, and was very open to our input. From there, he put together a fantastic and bespoke itinerary. Once in country, everything was seamless and it was lovely to have a personalized welcome note at each of our accommodations. I was equally impressed in the follow up to gather feedback.
We had the most incredible and seamless experience on our travels to Costa Rica. From the start, Dan was super responsive and helpful with adapting and design our perfect holiday. In our preparation towards it Flavia always made sure we had everything prepped for our journey from beginning to the end. The team on the ground were also phenomenal.
