Song Saa is a beautiful eco-resort that sits across the islands of Koh Bong and Koh Ouen, which are affectionately known as the Sweetheart Islands. Accessible by a 45-minute speedboat journey from the mainland, Song Saa is the perfect place to completely unwind and explore southern Cambodia’s stunning coastline. This well-preserved village is a former residential area of the high mandarins and members of the royal family. Nestled among the green trees, the Ancient Hue Garden Houses are a unique relic of the Mandarin lifestyle that can only be found in Hue. There are five luxuriously appointed private houses – with either one or two bedrooms – bordering the landscaped garden around the pool. The decor features wood carvings, feudal architecture and traditional folk colours, designed to blend harmoniously with the surroundings.
