Places to combine Blue Palace with

Paros

Cosme
Set in the charming, whitewashed village of Naouss on the island of Paros, with the clear blue Aegean sea all around, is the Cosme resort; is a little slice of paradise. The design and decor here is quintessentially Greek with a sophisticated and a nostalgic feel to some of the furnishing. White washed walls reflect the powerful sun and a combination of clean, straight and inviting, curved walls and staircases feature both internally and externally. Calm and tranquil grounds lead you to the restaurants, bar and wellness area. Volta Restaurant serves delicious breakfasts every day. Parostià Restaurant sits in an enviable location overlooking the beach and shimmering sea offering lunch and dinner everyday serving generous portions of delightful greek food, including fresh fish. There’s a cooling outdoor swimming pool with inviting sun loungers for guests to relax on. The hotel also boasts its own beach club where you can enjoy days in the sunshine with your feet in the sand on the hotel’s own comfortable loungers with parasols for shade. The resort’s location means you can easily visit the picturesque little town of Naouss where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, bars and winding cobblestone streets of this typical Greek island town. This beautiful resort offers 40 suites over 6 room and suite categories, all are very well appointed and many come with outside terrace areas and beautiful views. All the rooms have a one-of-a-kind feeling to the decor with art work, carefully selected wooden furniture and an array of pared back, yet comfortable soft furnishings. Neutral tones are used throughout; this is a wonderful place to feel calm and relaxed.

Paros

Parilio
Defined by striking yet traditional Cycladic architecture, and showcasing contemporary Greek design pieces which blend with artistic features from leading European designers, Parilio is a hotel of the utmost style and sophistication. Enjoying a wonderful location close to the beach, the hotel puts guests on the doorstep of what is recognised as ‘quintessentially Paros’, with the likes of secluded, pine-fringed coves and charming white-washed fishing villages within easy reach. Themed by a soothing colour palette, natural materials and pieces of local art, as well as enjoying plenty of space, light and authentic character, the hotel’s 33 suites provide wonderful spaces in which to relax and feel at home during an escape to Paros. The suites differ in their offerings, with some enjoying wonderful features such as separate living areas and even private plunge pools or private swimming pools. There are countless avenues for relaxation and rejuvenation during a stay at Parilio, and not solely through its proximity to the beach and the blissful natural surroundings of the island. The inviting and sleek sunloungers surround a delightful pool, where you can enjoy a refreshing afternoon soak or perhaps a cocktail from the poolside bar, while a magnificent Asian-styled spa offers a range of soothing treatments. Dining is also a rewarding experience here, with the hotel’s restaurant, Mr E, serving up seasonal Greek and Mediterranean fare in a light-filled space with huge arched windows.

Paros

Rooster, Antiparos
Antiparos is a jewel in the Adriatic sea, just a short ferry trip from the main island of Paros. Here, on this tranquil island, rich in natural beauty you’ll find The Rooster. Set in 30 acres of rolling hills and giving way to soft sand dunes and eventually twinkling crystal clear sea waters. This exclusive beachfront property is made up of 16 private houses, with a design, architecture and decor that’s respectful to the island. Each of the private guest houses are individually designed to offer privacy without distracting from the connection to the views and natural landscapes. The furniture and decor is in keeping with the island’s own heritage. For example, walls are painted with neutral tones or whitewash and there’s comfortable low slung wooden chairs with soft furnishings made from traditional textiles. Each house is complete with a bedroom, living area, bathroom (with outdoor shower) and a luxurious private pool with secluded lounging areas shaded by greek gardens or cabana style, wooden canopies. Aside from the private houses guests can also choose to stay in the Farmhouse, around 1.5km away from The Rooster the private Farmhouse is surrounded by kitchen gardens, calming outdoor social areas and it has its own private pool. The house has its own kitchen where your meals will be prepared or where you can dive in yourself to enjoy the fresh produce from the nearby farm – a great option for families.  The Rooster is a lifestyle and wellness retreat that allows guests to connect with themselves and nature. The House of Healing is an intrinsic part of daily life at The Rooster where a journey of mind and spirit centeredness can be achieved through personalised therapies such as Rooster Rituals, Ayurveda treatments, facials, massages and yoga. There’s also a gym for those who want to compliment their beach walks and sea swimming with extra activity. Close to the main hotel is The Farm, another venue to be explored. At The Farm guests are invited to experience a traditional ‘bostani’ (kitchen garden), vegetable fields, open kitchen cooking, private dining and the chance to learn about local, seasonal ingredients. The hotel itself offers its own indoor restaurant with huge windows and doors that open out to the gardens and with sea views. There’s an atmospheric bar with loungers for total relaxation as you sip your drinks, a secret garden and courtyard and the cuddle puddle. The cuddle puddle is a wooden tipi that sits within the dunes to capture the island’s signature, glowing sunsets.
