        Itinerary in detail

Every Jacada trip is tailored to your personal preferences and interests. Below you’ll find a sample itinerary to inspire your own custom-designed journey.

        Days 2–7

Five days on safari in the southern Serengeti

An area of the Serengeti characterised by vast short-grass plains, the southern Serengeti is known for playing host to the Great Migration during the green season (December to May).

We recommend spending two nights at one camp or lodge of your choice before a further three nights at another in a differing area, so you get a comprehensive experience of both the migratory and resident game, plus a wider choice of specialist activities.

These short grasses and flat open plains give you wonderful wildlife viewing, vibrant colours from the flora, and dramatic landscapes and skies to photograph too. Spend your days on daily safari game drives, spotting both plains wildlife and predators in this wild and beautiful expanse.

        Days 7–8

        A night back in Arusha

You’ll spend one night back in Arusha before flying home.
