Jacada organised an incredible tour of Rwanda for us, which included two bucket-list gorilla treks. The tour was very carefully planned and their team had a high level of familiarity with the country, the hotels and the treks. We were very well looked after, both before and during the trip. Our driver, Kevin of Wilderness, was exceptional.
Jacada did a great job planning our Honeymoon. After wedding planning, it was great to go on a trip that had it all planned and we did not have to worry; it helped decrease stress that usually comes with travel. My latest trip with Jacada to Cambodia and Thailand was nothing short of incredible. Ellie & Jessica organized and planned a well-rounded and organized trip for me and my husband. They listened to our interests and desires to plan the perfect trip for us. There is nothing more luxurious than a Jacada-planned trip where the accommodations are spectacular, the private tours are intimate and personalized, and the level of attention and service are unmatched. The local guides were knowledgeable and very kind. We had so many beautiful experiences during our 3 week adventure. We requested an itinerary full of history, food, culture and adventure. We watched the sunrise over the ancient temple of Angkor Wat, rode Vespas through Chiang Mai, swam at the base of beautiful waterfalls in the jungle, enjoyed street food tours, got blessed by a Buddhist monk at a water ritual, took a Thai food cooking class, spent a day at an elephant sanctuary, shopped from a longtail boat at a floating market, admired the royal Thai architecture of Bangkok, saw a Cambodian circus, rode in too many tuk-tuks to count, crossed the bridge over the River Kwai, listened to survivors of the Khmer Rouge genocide tell their stories, and relaxed at a 5-star Thai beach resort. I highly recommend Jacada to organize any trip, as they will make sure you have a stress-free vacation.
Many thanks to Rosie and Grace for suggesting and arranging an incredible family trip to Oman. Prior to this trip, we knew very little about the country as it is not a common destination for Americans.

We booked a 10 day trip to Oman with Jacana Travel. It was incredibly helpful to have a knowledgeable team to rely on to help us plan and book this trip - as both my husband and I were too consumed with work to give it the full attention it deserved. The result was a tremendous 10 day trip to Oman which included a trip the Hajar Mountains, Wahiba Sands, Daymaniyat Islands and both the city center and coastal side of Muscat. Oman is a wonderful country. It is clean, it is accessible, the culture is special and the food delicious - especially the traditional sweets. Above all the people are warm and friendly and they were so incredibly kind with our 3 year old daughter who joined us on the journey. So much so that she said "I want to stay here forever" several times throughout the trip. We highly recommend Jacada and Oman!
I used Jacada to plan surprise trip to Iceland in December of 2024. Jacada's assigned country representative, James, that assisted me with the process was fantastic! He took the time to understand what I was wanting and added input that only made the trip better. He was accessible and extremely flexible, assisting me with potentially rescheduling due to some unforeseen issues. The concierge, Rita, was equally accessible and great to work with. She had some good recommendations and was available as needed. Also, I would be remiss if I didn't mention that our guide for the private tours was amazing. Knowledgeable, always on time, and just a great demeanor. Would recommend him and the Jacada team highly.
Our co-ordinators Rahma and Georgina were very helpful in assisting us in planning an itinerary that was well suited for our pace and style. The co-ordination in Thailand and Cambodia was excellent. Guides and drivers were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and always on time. Our hotels were great, clean, comfortable and friendly staff. My husband and I have recently used Jacada to help us plan a magical trip to Japan, for the fall colours. This was the third time we have enjoyed their superb services and each time has been top notch. We worked with Ros to plan a wonderful itinerary that captured all the places we wanted to visit, and our excellent concierge Gita took care of all the details. We just returned from a 2 week trip to India and Cambodia designed by Jacada Travel. The whole trip was absolutely fabulous and probably the best we have had amongst all our many other travels to 50+ countries. Our travel consultant, David, and coordinator, Gita, were super helpful and custom built our itineraries with numerous revisions for both countries to fit our needs and interests. The local guides and drivers in both countries were all very attentive, professional, and were always there for us. The vehicles are very spacious, always spotless, and fully stacked with fresh water and clean cool towels. All guides are very knowledgeable, esp. Mr. Virendra Singh Minda in Jaipur. They surely know what excellent customer service means. All hotels were the best in their class and very comfortable and safe. And to top that off, we received surprise souvenirs upon check in at each hotel from our consultants that ranged from handmade chocolates and delicacies to local handcrafted gifts with aromatic candles and cookbooks of local cuisines. We are very impressed with this trip and will definitely be choosing Jacada for future destinations!

Every logistical step was planned to perfection, our lodgings were beautiful and welcoming, and we had the exact trip we were looking for. We would definitely use Jacada again.
It was so nice to have a custom or bespoke itinerary to allow us to do what we wanted in Costa Rica. Additionally, their in-country concierge was there as a safety net, should we have any questions, issues or anything else come up. Everyone and everything performed and/or functioned perfectly. The team at Jacada (led by Lily Bunker and Flavia Toledo) did a fantastic job for our trip to Argentina and Chile. Their advice during the planning phase, their organization, and the itinerary that they planned were all top notch. We also really appreciated the many small touches that made our trip feel like a luxury vacation. Everything from small notes at hotels, to arranging fantastic dinners, to checking in during the travel phase. I have used other travel agencies in the past, but none have come close to Jacada in terms of the overall level of service they provide.
We’ve traveled with Jacada several times (5 or more) and each one is spectacular. The hotel selection, local guides, and trip coordination are all customized and on target with our style. Our most recent trip was to Morocco….
Our favorite part was a toss up between the Agafay desert stargazing vs the Essaouria exploring vs the food tour in Marrakech.

We have traveled with Jacada four times; to Patagonia, Tanzania, Colombia and a longer trip to northern South America. Each time we had a wonderful trip and felt very supported throughout. We stayed in world class lodgings in amazing places and had experienced guides. Never once did we wait to be picked up. On the rare occasion that there were hiccups they were immediately addressed. Class operation all throughout.
Jacada exquisitely planned every part of our 2 weeks in Peru - set up by Jen in London and Carlos in Peru. It was an ambitious itinerary to see as much as we could in a short period of time. They did not miss a beat with flawless execution with drivers, guides and tours all as scheduled. From Lima, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, Cusco, Lake Titikaka and finally to the Colca Canyon. Each guide was knowledgeable about their area (Edgar and Miguel were excellent). The 5 hotels were exceptional and perfectly located for each area. Well done Jacada.
Jacada came through in putting together the vacation of a lifetime. There was no detail that was looked over. Every accommodation, activity, meal, transport... all of it was planned perfectly and exactly to our liking and personal style of travel. Expensive, yes, but actually worth every penny and then some. Can't recommend highly enough.
My experience with Jacada was truly special. First, they very carefully took note of my interests, likes and dislikes and incorporated them into the trip. Second, everything was planned well and ran like clockwork. I do recommend getting and trialing the WhatsApp number beforehand for your pickups in the airport as there were numerous people waiting to pick up their clients in the airports that were very busy and overrun with people. If I did have to communicate, I was quickly given info and found my airport pickups rapidly. Third, the majority of the sites chosen were exceptional and fascinating. Fourth, a great variety of experiences were provided ranging from a cooking class, boat rides to floating markets and to islands, a yoga class, temple excursions, etc. to the highlight of my trip to feed and bathe the elephants. Fifth, the tour guides were local, knowledgable, pleasant and accommodating of my needs. I'm not sure I would have had such a great experience in Thailand trying to negotiate it on my own but Jacada not only provided an exceptional experience but whetted my appetite for future trips with them!
We booked a 9 day trip to Egypt through Jacada travel (we are avid travelers but had not worked with Jacada before). Trip was for four with two of our adult children.
We visited Cairo/Aswan/Abu Simbel/Luxor and Hurghada on the Red Sea. We did this trip by land vz a boat on the Nile (either means are a great option).
We were a little concerned about timing given the activities in the Middle East but the Jacada team assured us that this should not be a problem given the areas we were traveling to and that was correct. We did not feel unsafe anywhere and everyone was super friendly
We were very happy with all the hotels (Cairo Hilton /Oberoi Sahel Hasheesh/ Old Cataract and Al Moudira. Service standards were high and the food excellent. The latter two hotels had not been suggested by others that we investigated the trip with and are "must visits"
All the guides that we were assigned were excellent and knowledgeable and importantly personable. In addition to all the must see sights we enjoyed some different authentic experiences such as street food in Cairo
Jacada did an excellent job of the planning asking many good questions in terms of our interests and priorities to make sure that the trip was tailored to us.
We highly recommend both a trip to Egypt and using Jacada.

Rachel planned our amazing honeymoon to Northern India and the Maldives. We loved everything from the hotel selections, to the very knowledgable guides and experiences. The itinerary was designed perfectly so we had an action packed agenda in India followed by R&R in the Maldives with delicious food, incredible service in a beautiful setting. The attention to detail throughout the trip was so thoughtful; with everything from hot coffee in our room every day to a balcony dinner with a view of the Taj Mahal. From planning and conception to the 16-ish days we spent on safari throughout Botswana and Rwanda, we had an incredible experience with Jacada. James and Eugenia took care of every detail and all we really had to do was sit back and enjoy the amazing food, culture, and wildlife. We stayed at 4 different camps and our favorite by far were Wilderness Kings Pool and Wilderness Magahsi. We saw rhinos, wild dogs, hippos, elephants, lions, leopards, gorillas, and so many more for a true bucket list experience. The planning and logistics of the trip were seamless for a luxury experience, and all of the staff at the camps were so kind, knowledgeable, and fun to spend time with. Special shoutout for the team at Magashi that taught me to play Igisoro, I bought the game and am teaching my finance to play now :) I traveled with my mother and we would both 100% recommend James and the Jacada team as well as Wilderness camps.
Kudos to Jack and Grace for coordinating all the details for our spectacular two weeks in Egypt and Jordan. They listened to our preferences and selected perfect, luxurious properties where we seemed to always land in one of the best rooms. We moved around quite a bit, and their drivers, airport valets and guides were with us every step for a flawless experience. Give Jacada a try! And don’t be afraid to travel to these two bucket-list destinations because of issues elsewhere in the Middle East. We felt perfectly safe, and with tourism down, not only do these places need your business, but it’s a great, less crowded time to visit.

The moment we contacted Jacada and talked with the representative I knew this company was differential. We took time to work through the agenda, accommodations and expectations. Before the trip we were contacted about making dinner reservations as well as going over the itinerary to make sure we were all set. We were also given ideas on books to read prior to the trip. Off to Peru!! The people on the ground in Peru were spectacular. First the logistics were very well planned and executed. The drivers were very professional and courteous. The best part were our guides.. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very proud to share their country and culture with us. The guides seemed to have as much fun as we did exploring! We were given a "picnic" lunch in the Andes that was extraordinary. We also had a cultural experience with the locals that was absolutely wonderful. Kate and Symmone exceeded all expectations by crafting for us a personalized 4 country, 29 day cultural journey focused on different cultures, local people, local food, "off the path" excursions, history, scenery, stories, smiles, and laughter. During this trip we were fortunate to enjoy ethnic foods with local families; goat farms; truffle hunting; bee keeping; wineries; homemade brandies, and raki; cooking classes, olive oil tasting; Lipizan stud farm; oyster farms; bike riding; hiking and waterfalls; and so much more.

Throughout the whole process our experience with Jacada has been excellent. Ellie worked closely with us to develop an itinerary which when set was administrated efficiently by Jessica. All the arrangements were flawless once in Bhutan. The accommodations were incredible - all among the best we have ever stayed in. Also, very importantly the Guide (Dawa Zam Wangyel) and Driver (Kumar Mongar) were top notch, and we would strongly recommend that they be considered for future Jacada clients. They took very good care of us, and we learned a lot from them and genuinely enjoyed their company.
