A wonderful family holiday to Vietnam with just the right mix of fun and interesting activities, and downtime by the pool and beach. The organisation was excellent and local guides were friendly and knowledgeable, with some nice surprises along the way.
The team that organized our trip to the Galapagos and Machu Picchu were friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. They found amazing, top notch hotels; found great restaurants; took care of reservations for us, got amazing, knowledgeable, and accommodating guides; ensured a person from their local partners helped us during transfers between domestic and international flights; organized drivers for everything except to dinner spots, and put together an amazing itinerary of activities.
My elderly parents have significant mobility and breathing issues and the Jacada team made sure the hotels and guide could support our needs (e.g., made sure we stayed at hotels with oxygen available which is usually $50 USD per tank) and the activities were doable without sacrificing the core experiences we wanted from the locations which is a very difficult balance.
Based on our experience, we would easily recommend Jacada for any travel and especially if you have special health considerations and want to travel to more physically demanding locations. We knew this before contacting Jacada, but note that it specializes in a more luxurious travel experience, so be prepared to spend accordingly.

Our experience was meticulously planned. Each day of the trip felt seamless and we left Sicily having immersed ourselves in the culture, learned a lot about the history, and had a lot of fun along the way. Highlights of our trip included the cooking class in Trapani , San Corrado Di Noto hotel stay, off roading on Mount Etna, and boat tour along the coast of Taormina. Dan and Simone were wonderful to work with and we are so grateful for all their help in creating a trip that we will be looking back on fondly for years to come.
We cannot thank Jamey and Babalwa enough for planning the most unforgettable honeymoon to South Africa and Mozambique. From start to finish, every detail was flawlessly executed, and the entire experience felt like a dream come true.
Every hotel we stayed at was stunning, comfortable, and perfectly suited to each leg of our journey. The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the safari at Simbavati River Lodge—an experience we’ll never forget. We were in awe of the wildlife we encountered, from majestic elephants to elusive leopards, all while enjoying the warm hospitality and breathtaking setting of the lodge.
Mozambique was pure paradise. Our stay at Santorini Hotel was beyond luxurious, and just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, they surprised us with a helicopter ride that left us speechless. It was the perfect romantic touch to an already magical trip.

The preparation, follow up and execution of the trip was exceptionally well organized. The professionalism of all people involved was excellent, both before the trip and on the ground. The choice of the hotels / lodges and the suggested experiences were spot-on with our preferences and contributed to make our first Africa trip absolutely memorable. Certainly Jacada is not among the cheapest option but, in this case, you certainly get (more than) what you pay for.
I will undoubtedly recommend Jacada to friends and will hopefully soon use their services again myself soon.
Jacada and both Louisa and Rita are exceptional. This was our first experience both with Italy and Jacada, so we were not sure exactly what to expect. We were absolutely blown away by the trip they planned and the experiences they set up. First and foremost, the guides they set us up with in each city were above and beyond our expectations. So knowledgeable and wonderful to be around. Furthermore, the hotels they chose at each of our for different city locations during our trip, were also incredibly unique and were in excellent locations. The day trips and stops along the way were also well planned and organized. We will definitely be using Jacada going forward for our international trip planning. An experience we won’t ever forget.

The visit to each place, especially the Amazon and Iguazu Falls, was thoughtfully planned. Anavilhanas Lodge and Awasi are incredible places. The settings are peaceful and luxurious and the guides are awesome.
Working with Yvonne and Gita on planning this trip to Vietnam was seamless from the very beginning. Yvonne seemed to quickly understand our needs and was most flexible, available, kind and helpful. Incredible safari experience; lodges/camps were great; people at the camps even better (especially our game drive guides). Tor Saner did a fantastic job understanding our interests, preferences, and needs. She curated an astounding trip. The trip to Botswana and then to Victoria Falls was excellent and well coordinated. Having been on other safaris, the visits to the Jao and Mombo camps provided the very best for animal behavior, especially of leopards, painted dogs, hyenas, elephants and more. Jamey Lowis designed a wonderful trip.
The best part of the experience was everything was planned out perfectly. Every detail, from the drivers to the private guides. The private guides and the experiences that you planned where perfect. The guides were extremely knowledgeable and each gave us a wonderful experience that we will never forget. It made the travel very easy.
We absolutely loved our trip to Morocco! Jack and Grace helped customize our trip as we wanted to bike in the Atlas Mountains and climb Mount Toubkal. Even though they never had guests ask to climb Mount Toubkal, they found us an excellent guide and made sure we had a safe and outstanding experience. We highly recommend Morocco and working with Jack and Grace to create your perfect trip there.
This was my first trip to Africa and they took care of absolutely everything and made the process super convenient and easy. Jess and Bee did a fantastic job making sure all my requirements were met. The staff that met me at the airport were also especially useful as there made the immigration/security process incredibly quick. I highly recommend Jacada and especially Jess and Bee and I will be going back to them on my next trip to Africa.
Since our first steps in South Africa, we were taken care of in 10 hands; we were never left in doubt or uncertainty. What was left was to enjoy ourselves and each other's company. Can’t say enough great things about my recent trip to Borneo booked through Jacada. My travel designer Rachel Rose was top notch. So enthusiastic, flexible and understood my needs immediately. Travel concierge Jessica took the reins after the trip was officially booked and miraculously managed every tiny detail - it was unbelievable how many great details she managed for us to make the trip spectacular. The “boots on the ground” in Borneo could not have been more fabulous. We were super impressed with Sticky Rice (the partner to Jacada in Borneo). We felt so taken care of. They anticipated our needs long before we even knew we needed them! Pleasant and kind - we felt like we had made new friends everywhere we went. Nothing we asked was ever too much trouble or too difficult. Everything ran so seamlessly and it made our trip so very relaxing. We never felt rushed even though we packed a lot into our agenda. The accommodations were spectacular and the food was outta this world.
Everything was perfect. Absolutely perfect.

Jacada did a fantastic job organizing our trip to South Africa and Zambia. The trip was very well organized in all details.
I had a vision of our family trip. Places we wanted to go and see, things we wanted to do and a general idea of the experience (active, immersive, a knowledgeable energetic guides), In addition we wanted to know what are really special things that we should not miss. WE needed guidance to augment what we thought we wanted as well. David, Rahma and the Jacada team delivered on all of this.
David planned a safari to Kenya to perfection. My family and I went to Kenya in June and visited 3 different sites in Kenya including Nairobi, Laikipia, and the Masai Mara. We were booked with a camp called Governor's Camp who provided all safaris and food. Both of which were excellent. We were able to see the "big 5" and many more animals. We additionally were booked with a private safari vehicle (thanks to David), so we were able to ask the driver to see certain animals and then spend the day looking for them. In Nairobi, a city and coffee farm tour were booked for us. Additionally, all transportation was arranged and seamless; there was always someone waiting to pick us up and take us to our next destination. I cannot wait to use Jacada to plan our next trip!
We would not use a travel planner/agency for normal travel, but were concerned about language and logistics challenges in our trip to Japan. Setting up all of the transportation, transfers and good English-speaking guides were the main benefits, but we also appreciated local knowledge and advice in planning locations, activities and places to stay, etc. The trip was excellent. Jacada met and exceeded all of our goals, starting with the website information and calls and continuing through local assistance via your Japan partner.

We just completed an outstanding trip to Portugal. Dan was a great asset, and made the process run smoothly. We really appreciated the extra details, such as a private "hands-on" experience at a local chef's home. We have travelled extensively, and my wife remarked that she enjoyed the trip so much, she would like to go back. Mind you, we always enjoy our trips, but rarely feel the need to "go back." Overall, I would rank Jacada and Dan extremely highly.

We had a fantastic experience with Em, Carlos, and the Peruvian ground team from Jacada! The trip was planned perfectly - all drivers and guides were professional, on-time and extremely warm and knowledgeable. In fact, our kids commented that our guides were the most incredible we've ever had on a family trip! One of our kids unfortunately got sick, but the Jacada ground team was there for us every step of the way - sending docs to our hotel room, making sure we had the necessary meds, helping us rebook some arrangements. I cannot thank the team enough for the hard work they put into making our trip as enjoyable and smooth as it could be!

Fantastic logistics with an eleven night trip which included 4 hotels between Sicily and Italy. Everything went smoothly with each hotel choice just fantastic. Restaurant selections also amazing and the guides and drivers were all super friendly and knowledgeable. The locals we met became instant friends and made the journey even more fun! We highly recommend James and Rita who manage to think of everything!
