My wife and I just returned from a great trip to Thailand organized by Keith at Jacada Travel. Jacada was in charge of booking our 3 hotels, all domestic flights and a number of private tours.
We started in Khao Lak (an hour north of Phuket) at The Sarojin - this was selected by Jacada. Simply said, The Sarojin is one of the nicest boutique resorts we have ever stayed - exceptional service, attention to detail and quality. Jacada also organized 2 private tours (canoeing in a mangove - was just ok and a day going to the "James Bond Island" at Phang Nga Bay - well worth it) , with a guide and driver through The Sarojin - both tour guides were excellent.
In Chiang Mai, we picked the hotel (137 Pillars) and Jacada did the rest. A driver and tour guide met us at the airport and remained with us throughout the 3 days with 3 tours. Again, the tour guide (and driver) were excellent. The highlight was a day at the Patara Elephant Farm - I would highly recommend it.
Next was Bangkok, we chose the Peninsula and again Jacada did the rest. Jacada even surprised us with a birthday cake for my wife (the reason for the trip) after we checked into The Peninsula. Jacada arranged a driver and tour guide on 2 of the 3 days and once again, the service was excellent and the tours gave us a good overview of the city.

We are a Canadian couple,senior in age,and we came across Jacada while planning a trip to Viet Nam and Cambodia. Though we had never heard of Jacada,my husband called them and we began planning our trip with Keith Jarman who is one of Jacada's travel designers.He was very patient,courteous and informed. Better yet,he listened to our needs. He was able to get a feel for the kind of trip we wanted to make and used the info as a basis for designing our journey. We then were put in touch with Gilda Tang who became our concierge. Jacada has employees in many parts of Asia and they also have links to local touring companies that are reliable. Gilda introduced herself to us and asked us about dietary preferences, likes and dislikes and gave us information on spas along our trip should we want to avail ourselves of treatments. In fact,she booked our selections in advance. Gilda (we also dealt with Gloria when Gilda was away,very efficient concierge as well) booked our restaurants after sending us a list of recommended dining places to choose from, got us tickets to a show we wanted to see and arranged for our entry visas to be looked after. For the most part,the guides we had were excellent. We had wonderful,knowledgeable guides,particularly in Hoi An, Hue, Ho Chi Min city and Cambodia. When we decided to change some of our daily plans,the guides were flexible and adjusted or schedule.We decided to go to Hue for the day and Jacada accommodated us and we traveled with Nam ,a well spoken woman who was terrific .
Keith left notes for us in each hotel throughout our trip and as it was my birthday, there were treats for me in each of these hotels. This made it very special. I would highly recommend Jacada,and particularly Keith and Gilda to any travelers contemplating a similar trip to Asia.
this was our second experience with Jacada and I will continue to use them! This time it was for our honeymoon and every detail was planned and thought of in advance! We felt so comfortable and thankful that we had Jacada travel plan our trip, especially Tess! Can’t wait for our next trip!
Everything was wonderfully planned and executed. The only hiccup was the yacht in Phuket but Joyce quickly found us an alternative.
Amazing trip to South Africa
Jacada planned a wonderful flawless holiday for our anniversary to South Africa. It was our first time in Africa and we had a wonderful experience. Our planner Riki was amazing, she got to know our likes and dislikes, gave us numerous options on what we could do and designed a detailed travel itinerary for us. We were greeted straight from the plane when arriving in Cape Town and had a private tour guide and driver throughout our trip. We got to see many iconic sights in Cape Town and the Winelands and finished our trip glamping at the iconic Kruger Safari. Everything was luxurious, fun and planned perfectly! It was our first time with Jacada and we are already planning our next trip!
They get to know you as a person before you travel in order to ensure your trip is incredibly personalized. The Jacada staff, as well as the local tour companies/guides they contract with, are all professional and entertaining. They thought of every detail on our trip to SE Asia, and I hope to use them again and again for many vacations to come.
Jacada planned a wonderful trip to Iceland for two that included private guiding and driving all around the wonderful geologic and geothermic delights. We had a great time even though the Northern Lights did not cooperate. The highlights were two amazing guides from Eskimos who shared lots of knowledge and insight and an Uber Jeep tour into glacial rivers and extremely remote areas. We saw and stood behind waterfalls, tectonic plates and historic sights, had a food tour and swam in hot springs. Go!
What a magical trip to beautiful Chile, but it could not had been as magical with the professional help of Jacada Travel.

Everyone connected with this company was great! Sara picked us up at the airport, and took us to the Blue Lagoon. Louli took us up to the snowmobiling on a glacier, and Bjorn was our driver back to the airport. They were all wonderful! All very willing to answer questions (and I ask a lot) and even went out of their way to show us interesting places. I would definitely use this company again to plan my next big outing! And Alex and Michele (our travel advisors) are also very committed to planning a wonderful trip!

We chose to travel to beautiful Costa Rica with Jacada Travel and it was the best decision we made! Having found them on google even though they had fabulous reviews I was still apprehensive as I didn’t know anyone else who’d heard of them and being a country we weren’t familiar with and taking our three young boys, I was very keen to make sure that they knew their stuff and that the holiday would be well organised.
I couldn’t have been more impressed with their service. From my initial telephone conversation with Jen Richt I was put at ease and her clear enthusiasm for Costa Rica was infectious. Jen set about organising a quite incredible two week holiday for us, which covered jungle, rainforest, mountains and coast. The hotels we stayed in were simply fabulous- amazing staff who looked after us incredibly well and always with a smile on their face and who were ready to share with us their knowledge of their beautiful country. We had a lot of private transfers which were reliable and in time and always with an enthusiastic driver who spoke perfect English and got the English sense of humour.
We ate wonderful fresh food and saw the most incredible wildlife. The children were fascinated by the tiny tree frogs, monkeys and fire flies, snakes and birds that were always close enough to see clearly. We travelled to the Rio Celeste waterfall which my son had studied for a school project - this was truly incredible and it made it so real for him to see it in all its beauty in real life.
We zip wired through the tree top canopies in Arenal and sport fished in Manuel Antonio - it was the holiday of a lifetime! I can’t recommend Jacada highly enough and will definitely be in touch when we choose to book our next adventure- a Safari!

Am amazing experience. Emily was terrific in helping us plan our trip to South America including dealing with visa issues. We worked closely with Emily on the itinerary, there was lots of communication and consultation and the trip was exactly what we wanted. Everything was well planned and executed perfectly.
We had a great trip. Every place and experience that they set up for us was wonderful. Wherever we went our tour guides made us feel like we were getting an exclusive experience. The accommodations they arranged were lovely. We felt like we were able to experience the true culture and history of Peru.
We had an amazing time in Patagonia. The trip was very well coordinated by Jen and all local guides. All lodging was excellent and their restaurants were well prepared with alternative options as our family has multiple food allergies. We highly recommend Jacada Travel!
Well structured holiday and tailored to our needs. Smooth transition from base to base. Tour guides generally were excellent but one wasn't very knowledgable when touring Quito.

Rebecca and Angela were exactly who you would want to entrust with your important family vacation. All of us are busy and can only get together once a year, so it’s a big deal when we do. We left the planning in the capable hands of Jacada, and it’s a good thing we did, because they delivered a spectacular time that exceeded all of our expectations.
Arrival - slightly less smooth than it should’ve been, only because our original flight was canceled. Jacada adjusted accordingly, reacting quickly to get us to Kruger.
Kruger - An unforgettable safari par none. Even though we wavered on our plans and missed the opportunity to book at our desired lodge, Rebecca understood how important this was to us and shifted the entire itinerary to make sure we were able to get a reservation. I’m not sure what kind of magic she pulled, but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. Rebecca also gave us the suggestion of surprising one of our family members for his birthday with a breakfast in the bush, a one-of-a-kind experience we would’ve missed out on if it weren’t for Rebecca’s astute guidance.
Cape Town - Really charming city, and we stayed right on the waterfront. Angela provided some excellent dinner suggestions that injected some culture into our trip. Our tour guide was excellent, proving knowledgeable and friendly.
Overall, I was truly pleasantly surprised at the trip. Typically after a week, I can feel a tinge of homesickness; during this trip arranged by Jacada, I felt none at all.
My wife and I just had an amazing trip exploring the wonders of Morocco. Thanks to Jacada, we were set up with an amazing driver and tour guide who were clearly focused on ensuring we had the best experience possible. The accommodations were spectacular, the information given by our guide was extremely interesting and insightful, and the transportation to and from cities and sites was safe and comfortable. We fell in love with Morocco thanks to Jacada!!
In general, we had a fine experience working with Jacada. The plans that we put together with Jacada worked quite well - all flights went smoothly, we were greeted at each site and transferred to hotels efficiently, the arranged tours were valuable and generally enabled us to appreciate the varied regions of the country that we visited, and the hotel bookings consistently met high expectations. There were a few glitches that we wished had been anticipated and this prevents us from giving 5 stars.

It would be hard to recommend Jacada more enthusiastically. Keith Jarman worked patiently with us to help craft a spectacular, almost three-week trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. There was not one hitch on our visit. The hotels were lovely and the guides, informative and helpful. Every car that met us carried cold water and cool face cloths to help us battle the brutal heat. We may not have been the easiest clients to work with because we had specific concerns about this trip. Keith worked diligently and produced a fantastic agenda. We also found hand-written welcome notes from him at each hotel we visited--a really nice touch, for which we were grateful.
I used Jacada Travel to plan our family trip to Costa Rica. It was perfect and the entire team at Jacada was amazing. Lily panned an amazing adventure that was exactly what I asked for and Bernie and the entire group in Costa Rica were so helpful and accomodating in making the trip happen without a single problem. Everything turned out almost exactly as advertisied - in some cases it was better! There were few if any "bumps in the road" while we were away, and the response from the local contacts was immediate and professional. My suggestions apply to all that took place prior to leaving: 1. the Jacada Black Book was too generic to be of real use, and heavy (we were traveling carry on). It should be customised to each trip. 2. The final itinerary and travel tips arrived too late to be of real use - it can take time to get foreign currency and the right clothing and I would not leave that to the last week prior to leaving. They should arrive 6 weeks before departure at a minimum. 3. Pertinent detailed information (length of tour etc.) about some tours was provided once arrived - had we known that information beforehand we might have packed differently/chosen different tours.
Jacob and his team developed the trip of a life time. He spent time understanding what my daughters and I were interested in doing in Peru. He helped us create the perfect itinerary. He and his team were available throughout our trip in case we wanted to modify any of the details. He had team members on the ground who were efficient, considerate, and who took care of everything. It made the trip very easy and added to our enjoyment. I can't wait to plan my next trip with Jacada!

My experience with Jacada Travel has been nothing short of spectacular. The combined efforts of Keith Jarman in London and Gloria To in Hong Kong provided my wife and myself with an experience of a lifetime. The Jacada over the top moment for me was my surprise private birthday dinner planned by Keith and Gloria in the Anantara Hoi An. Five Star Honeymoon
Everyone at Jacada put a truly amazing amount of thought and effort into planning the honeymoon of our dreams. Working with Jacob, we had numerous calls to understand what specifically we were looking for and he provided information, suggestions and specific recommendations for our three week trip. When unforeseen problems happened, Jacada responded immediately with their in-country team to get us back on track. We'll 1000% be coming back to use Jacada again in the future!
I had been on the search for travel experts. This search spanned over many months but for multiple reasons, it continued on until I came upon Jacada Travel. I was initially drawn in by their website’s aesthetics and its ease of use. Everything was very cohesive, professional in appearance. I was also attracted to the fact that they organize travel to worldwide destinations, whereas most travel agents specialize in one specific region of the world. I decided to submit an inquiry and from there, everything took off. I never looked back. Within a short period of time, Susann Pietschmann contacted me. She was amazing in multiple ways. I never felt pressured to commit to this trip. She was professional, organized. She always followed up and remembered everything I said or suggested. With an 8 hour time difference, she somehow always managed to contact me via phone or email. Did I mention that Susann is amazing? Ha.
Anyway, back to the trip. We went to Ecuador/Galapagos. She sent me multiple itineraries, each one tailored more to my preferences. I had done my own research on which cruise vessel I wanted to voyage so she booked it and finalized it for me. She provided suggestions for us based on our timeline. I chose from her recommendations, and they planned everything. All costs were combined and submitted to Jacada Travel, versus multiple vendor for entrance fees, domestic flights, hotels, etc. They tailored our payment plan based on our preferences. Before I got in touch with Jacada Travel, I was attempting to book everything on my own. I’m not sure how Jacada Travel makes their money, but their prices were pretty comparable to the prices when I was organizing it on my own.
Closer to our trip date, they reached out via phone and email to ensure we were set. Bernie was our local contact for the trip. She was also very helpful. They also mailed us an information package. I was so impressed with this package! It was nicely bound and super swank. I still have it as a souvenir from my experience with Jacada Travel.
All the suggestions I received from Jacada Travel were top notch, great quality. I especially loved our hotel. Our tour guide was very professional and helpful. The private transportation between all our destinations were all luxurious.
