Located in the city’s bohemian district of Barranco and housed in a historical Belle Époque mansion, once the palatial, ocean view residence of the Peruvian president Augusto Leguia, this Relais & Châteaux property features and flair captures Peru’s colonial past in 21st century luxury. In fact, the Arts Hotel renovation team included sculptors from the Fine Arts academy and a host of talented carpenters under the direction of an Italian master woodworker.
Each of its 20 rooms (coming in three different categories that vary in size from Alcoba to Atelier) all display chic furnishings and modern amenities, with contemporary style and smart design blended together in a very refreshing and unique way.
