Hacienda La Caravedo

The home of pisco
The hacienda is famous for being the oldest working distillery in the Americas, dating back to 1684, and is where the celebrated Pisco Porton is still handcrafted under the world’s foremost pisco authority, Johnny Schuler.
The estate still has the original distillery as well as a striking modern facility which encloses copper pot stills, each used in the creation of La Caravedo’s two distinct piscos, as well as acres of vineyards and new building which houses the hotel’s bedrooms and swimming pool.
During a stay here, learn all about the pisco making process, explore the property by horse or bicycle, and explore the surrounding desert. The famous Nazca lines and coast are also close by.
