Located within the tranquil expanse of Belize’s Mountain Pine Ridge, Hidden Valley Wilderness Lodge was originally a logging home. Spanning 7,200 acres of lush forest and rolling hills, this reserve has become a tranquil retreat for nature lovers and adventurers alike.

The Garden Cottages offer a perfect escape, crafted with locally sourced mahogany furniture, luxury linens and spa-inspired amenities, including handmade soaps. Each suite features a cozy wood-burning fireplace, inviting you to unwind as the crackling fire casts a warm glow in the evenings. With stunning views and expansive sitting areas, these rooms serve as a peaceful sanctuary to retreat to after a day of exploration. You can also choose to stay at the Fire Tower. Inspired by traditional fire lookout towers, this four-story retreat rises above the forest canopy, granting uninterrupted 360-degree views of the surrounding mountains. Meanwhile the villas are perfect for couples or families, offering extended living spaces as well as a private heated plunge pool.

The property offers an array of activities tailored to all types of adventurers. The Lodge at Chaa Creek

Started more than twenty years ago, Chaa Creek has grown organically to be one of the very best eco-lodges in Belize with a real sense of place, character and history. The lodge is set in a 365-acre private nature reserve on the banks of the Macal River.

Mountain Pine Ridge

Blancaneaux

This is a wonderful luxury mountain lodge set overlooking a small river and waterfall and close to the Caracol Mayan site. This is one of two properties in Belize owned by Francis Ford Coppola and was used as his private family retreat until it was opened to the public in the 90s. The decoration and construction of the lodge has a distinctly Balinese feel with ornately carved hardwood furnishings throughout.

Accommodation is all in spacious private cabanas or larger two bedroom villas. The deluxe honeymoon cabanas come equipped with their own private infinity pool. The lodge has two restaurants (Italian and Guatemalan), a spa, swimming pool and stables. As one would expect service is excellent and the lodge is very well run.

Located a short drive away from the main town, Victoria house is an wonderfully elegant beachfront property with beautiful gardens and pool area.

Service is very professional and helpful and the gardens and beach are immaculately manicured. On-site services include a dive-shop, massages, bar and a good restaurant. There are a range of different accommodations on offer from private casitas, to beachfront houses suitable for families or groups of friends.
