On the Via dei Condotti, one of the most fashionable streets in Italy, and overlooking the iconic Spanish Steps up to the Trinità dei Monti church, The Inn at the Spanish Steps’ location takes some beating.

The building itself is a former stately home that dates back to 1760 and is a listed national monument. Now fully renovated, it offers all the modern comforts one could ask for whilst retaining it’s historical charm.
There are 50 unique rooms, ranging up to exclusive apartments and many enjoy enviable views down on to the buzzing streets and piazza below.
A highlight here is the flower-filled rooftop terrace and its sweeping view over Rome’s rooftops and domes. Quite a setting for breakfasts or sundowner cocktail. There also a lounge bar inside.
