Villas Foch is an exceptional small hotel located in the heart of Bordeaux, a UNESCO world heritage city. The hotel itself is a restored former mansion that has kept all its original charm with the added beauty of a high-end classic modern finish and a few well placed contemporary twists within the interior design. The hotel’s huge porch opens into the tiled, bright hallway and the magnificent staircase rises up before you with a large, chic, modern chandelier filling the space with twinkling light. The Chateau Hotel Domaine de la Tortinière is a peaceful and charming 19th century manor surrounded by a acres of parkland, overlooking the landscape where the Indre River flows. There are 30 rooms in total, 11 that are in the château itself with others in neighbouring outhouses including a charming 200 year old cottage with its own private, all decorated with antique furniture and warm fabrics. Domaine de la Tortinière is also home to a well known restaurant that offers refined cuisine served either in the old orangerie of the château or on the sunny terrace looking down to the pool.
