Delfina created an itinerary for us that matched our requirements perfectly. The information prior to our trip enabled us to prepare for it and the help and advice from Carlos was excellent. Tor and associates heard me and designed the PERFECT Africa trip. The customer service was amazing. All the airport greeters were on time efficient and pleasant. Jacada was our travel designer – thank you so much to Jody and Eugenia for such a perfect itinerary that met our desires and preparing us for the trip. We survived utilizing only duffle bags, and listened to your stresses of Namibia being cold (since it’s their winter) and packed winter clothes! Thanks ladies for the gifts (wool hats and shopping bag) and welcome notes left at the lodges throughout the trip.
Wilderness provided the “ground and air” services. We were very, very impressed by the expansiveness of the company (pilots, lodging, airplanes, staff, etc.). You were always there when needed – escorted from the planes, driven between lodging and airports. We never stressed because you took care of us – we’re so sorry we didn’t record all the members names, but please thank them. Also, Andrea, thank you for such prompt communication – you kept us informed of upcoming activities and were always responsive to our inquiries.

Our Sri Lanka trip was amazing. We added Sri Lanka to our already planned Maldives vacation and engaged Jacada to design our trip. Rosanna understood our goals and expectations right off the bat. She put together an itinerary that was perfect. We have engaged travel agents prior, and this was by far one of our best experiences. She is absolutely lovely, easy to communicate with, a fabulous travel designer and a true professional. Our trip was perfect! We especially enjoyed our food tour guide in Columbo, our adventures and stay at Wild Coast Tented Lodge and the choice of luxury boutique hotels we stayed at. We are spoiled and very well-travelled and this review is very well deserved. We will definitely book with Jacada and Rosanna for all our future travels.
Our experience was top notch from start to finish!! The travel, camps, food, excursions, guides, accommodations, and hosts all deserve 5 stars. All of our exceptions of the trip were blown out of the water. We not only loved seeing Namibia, but we learned so much along the way. Our guides at every camp were truly ambassadors for their country and the region. We received personalized care and our experiences were perfectly curated. My family was so impressed and we are already planning our next adventure with Jacada.
We used jacada to plan our Southern Africa and they truly went over and above our expectations. We planned and the trip about 7 months ahead of time and were immediately impressed with the professionalism and the comprehensive itinerary put together. At one point, one of the properties we wished to stay at was sold out on the original planned dates, but within hours our travel expert, Jacob, had a newly crafted itinerary to accommodate new dates at that property. If we had any questions, Jacob would answer via email within a day, despite a 5 hour time difference. Even though we never met Jacob in person, it felt like we had numerous in person meetings given the detail and precision with which things were planned. I also have to commend our concierge coordinator, Angela. She was able to secure exclusive reservations at top restaurants and provided in depth details about our day to day activities. Once we actually arrived at our destination, we could completely shut our minds off and enjoy because every single second of the trip was taken care of. At every airport we had someone there to receive us immediately off the plane and assist with baggage, transfers, etc. The guides on excursions were all top class. We also had an “on grounds” crew available via WhatsApp who would be in contact with us everyday and provide the important, specific details for that day.
I cannot commend Jacada enough. I would 100% use their services again and would recommend to any of my friends and family.
This is my second time using Jacada, and once again, they delivered. Tor and Angela, our travel planners, went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our trip was thoughtfully attended to. We are a family that has used Jacada over the past 10 years to arrange our travel to Peru, Argentina, Spain and most recently Ecuador including the Galapagos. We clearly think very highly of Jacada - the experiences have been consistently excellent, very tailored to what we like and the service has been excellent. They curate terrific accommodations, the travel logistics are hassle free even in remote locations, and the local experts and guides are really wonderful and nice people. We recommend Jacada very highly!

Jacada helped us plan the most amazing and seamless honeymoon around Indonesia. I have never used a travel agent before and am usually extremely Type A when it comes to planning my own vacations but I am so thankful I let them take over the planning and scheduling so I actually got to relax on my own vacation. I was kind of nervous about this trip because my husband has never been to Asia before and this was going to be outside of his comfort zone, but Jacada really made sure we were taken care of from the beginning. The guide and drivers we had during our trip were fantastic and everything that was planned was unbelievably thoughtful and organized perfectly. I am so grateful to Charlie and the Jacada team, they made this the most amazing trip ever and I would recommend them to absolutely everyone.

Our Tanzania Safari was the second trip through Jacada. Jacada continued to live up to our expectations of personalized experience and attention to detail. Our travel designer (Jamey) and travel concierge (Betty) worked tirelessly to ensure that we had the travel experience we wanted. They took our feedback and made adjustments to the trip. During the trip, we had great communication during the transfers, and never once had a time that we felt we were in the dark over upcoming transfers or travel plans. The trip itself was magical. Personal guides throughout each of our safari experience. In particular Wilderness Usawa was everything we wanted. From romantic private delicious dinners to comfortable and luxurious accommodations (in the middle of the Serengeti!), we had an amazing 4 days stay. We are looking forward to planning our next trip with Jacada (seriously, we are actually planning our next trip with Jacada)

Jacada was helpful and responsive every step of the process. Jamey Lowis designed our amazing trip to Tanzania. He spent time figuring out what my family was interested in and created the best itinerary. Our Serengeti safari was fabulous. We stayed at the Olakira migration camp, where everyone was wonderful. Our guide, Daniel, was top notch and went out of his way to make sure our game drives were spectacular. We saw lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffalo, zebras, giraffes, hippos, wildebeests, and a host of other animals. The Olakira team was super accommodating and the food was great. The Manor at Ngorongoro Crater was also wonderful. It was a beautiful lodge with luxury accommodations and amazing food! Altus, the manager, and his team were very inviting and helpful. Overall, Jacada made sure that every detail was taken care of—once we landed in Tanzania, we didn’t have to worry about anything. I would definitely recommend Jacada to family and friends!
Hello. The connection made with our tour representative (Meg Simpson) was established very quickly and I felt comfortable and trusted her advice and her manner of representing her company. She quickly helped me get some great ideas for our trip and put together an itinerary that we were able to fine tune, make some adjustments and move forward. She kept us informed on a timely basis and was so very kind and helpful. Our consiege Ana White Vilardell was equally as proficient, knowledgeable and kind.

We had a family trip to Brazil with Jacada Travel and what a wonderful time we had. Our travel designer Delfina put together an exciting itinerary that was suited to our needs and travel concierge Flavia worked with us booking travels in Brazil.
We met with local guides in each place we visited. Their expertise, enthusiasm and passion for each city truly made our experience unforgettable. I felt safe and relaxed in a foreign country, able to enjoy the joy of travel while they take care of the logistics. Private transport was comfortable and drivers very professional.
Jacada delivered a fully customized Japan vacation for my wife and I that was outstanding in every respect. The itinerary was developed in close coordination with our specific interests and needs. On the ground support for guides, transfers and restaurant reservations was top notch.

We had an amazing time and experience that was truly above and beyond what we could’ve planned or imagined. Everyone was so professional and warm and the schedule was so well organized and planned for every detail which eliminated any stress on our part. This was truly unforgettable. I loved the special excursions especially our enchanting lunch with the chef on our drive down to Dubrovnik and our visit to the abandoned village in hvar where we met the family who runs the small restaurant. Absolutely gorgeous. So many unique experiences that we will never forget. I don’t think we will be able to travel without your team again, haha.
Extremely professional and everything was exceptional
The trips was an amazing overview of Australia! We traveled to Sydney, Uluru, the Daintree Rainforest and Lizard Island. Each place had uniqueness that made it memorable. We especially loved the glamping in Uluru and the "private jet" to Lizard Island. The accommodations were fantastic and the care that Jacada offered made this trip quite special.
The details are what always matter, and it’s the details where Jacada’s people excel - they were available throughout the trip to make sure even the little things click and our questions about logistics answered. It’s why we keep coming back and, each time we wonder if we should try to arrange things on our own, we realize they’re worth every penny. (And a special shout out of thanks to Rosanna & Cathy for their help in Malaysia!)
From the planning to the arrival to our trip to the hotels and incredible experiences, we were blown away over and over by Jacada! We cannot stop raving about our experience to our friends.
Me and my family recent returned from a 2 week family trip in Greece-- my wife and i and out 2 early 20s daughters. Throughout the planning process Jacada was great-- as we brought up ideas of what we wanted to do they came up with suggestions- in the end we had a great tripped planned. Hotels were amazing, activities were as well- we did some biking in Crete, some hiking in Crete and Santorini, we even had a few private yoga classes which we wanted. All but one of our guides were fantastic. We were also surprised when Jacada footed the bill for an amazing 9 course very special dinner on Santorini to help my wife and i celebrate both our birthdays which happened to fall during the trip. We took home memories we will all never forget as well as great pictures and a few great souvenirs including some wonderful pottery. I would definitely do another trip with Jacada-- it was not cheap, but for a high end trip i think well worth it.
Ellie has done a fabulous job listening to our interests, needs, wants and desires in customizing our Australia/Tasmania/New Zealand itinerary. She has put together a spectacular trip for us.

We booked our honeymoon in South Africa with Jacada. Once we got to South Africa, we felt really well-taken care of - with a dedicated WhatsApp group with on the ground 24/7 concierge support and special welcome amenities in all of our accommodations. All of the recommendations from James and team were perfect, from the hotels to restaurants to private tours to safari, everything was luxurious and top tier. We had an incredible trip and we’ll definitely be looking to use Jacada again in the future!

Jacada was instrumental in planning VIP-access activities and organizing comfortable transport prior to the trip and provided emergency contacts if things went wrong. The front facing components they used - hotels, drivers, tour guides - were first class, engaging, on time, and knowledgeable. They also scheduled restaurants for us and when the first round of restaurants didn’t meet expectations (my family wanted more casual than fine dining), it was so easy to work with them on options to get the exact right experience.
