This was my first trip using Jacada and I must say that they under promise but over deliver. Everything was perfectly organised and their representatives and guides were exceptional. My wife and I travel a great deal, and we have planned trips ourselves and worked with travel agents; however, we decided to give Jacada a try since our ideas for an Ecuador trip were getting complex.
I reached out by email and Emily, a travel designer, called us shortly after. I had a lovely chat with Emily where she took notes on what would make the perfect Ecuadorian trip for us. We received a custom itinerary and Emily was able to tweak it from there to make it perfect. After booking we were connected with Romanet, our Personal Travel Concierge. Emily and Romanet handled everything.
All of the finer details were executed flawlessly. For example, at each airport, a representative was there to greet us. Private transfers, tours, and check-ins were standard. At every hotel there were personal notes welcoming us. These touches made us feel special at every stop.
My wife was concerned about her ant allergy since we were traveling into the rainforest. Upon arriving at the Napo Wildlife Center, my wife shared her concerns and that she carried an epipen. However, the manager explained that Jacada had already shared this information with them, so we need not worry. And they were right, everything was great.
Yet another highlight was when my wife and I decided we would like to add on another private tour. While we were still on the yacht Isabela II in the Galapagos, we emailed Romanet our request. Prior to disembarking, she had it arranged, our itinerary updated, and payment taken care of.
Emily, Romanet, and all of the people that helped us along the way were top-notch. In closing, I think the best compliment that we can give is to share our story and let everyone know we will use Jacada again in the near future. A trip to South Africa has been in my bucket list for a long time. Friends and relatives used to tell me it’s too dangerous to travel there. So I kept this dream destination on hold until I found Jacada. Kit and the team are real experts in travel. The itinerary was well designed and well planned. I just have to sit back and relax through the trip. I did not have to worry about anything upon arrival. Everything was seamless and luxurious. The local tour guides and Cape Town office staff were very friendly and helpful. I and my wife had a truly wonderful time in South Africa. This was memorable trip of a lifetime! Fantastic experience overall. Local guides outstanding. Byron and team did an excellent job helping to secure accommodation and make the whole trip happen and very very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. Accommodation at Bisate was world class. Rwanda was a delightful country to visit and clearly seeing the gorillas was an incredible experience.

We were absolutely thrilled with our vacation to Iceland that was planned by Jacada Travel. From the moment I contacted Jacada by email, the communication from Hanna, our Travel Designer, and later Michele, our Travel Concierge, was outstanding. Between numerous phone calls and emails, we were able to communicate our desires for this vacation and they were met perfectly.
We were looking for a private 7 day tour of Iceland for our family of 7. Having limited time, we concentrated on southern Iceland, the Golden Circle, and Thorsmork. Once we landed, we were immediately picked up by Ragnar (Eskimos Travel, Jacada’s partner in Iceland), our guide for the next 4 days. In short, Ragnar was absolutely amazing. He quickly learned our desire to see and do as much as possible in the time we had and he did not disappoint. In Reykjavik, we were treated to a walking tour through the city with a lot of explanations, stories, etc., from Ragnar. He was obviously very knowledgeable and had many stories to share. We had also opted for a “foodie tour” and Ragnar took us to several restaurants for a taste of traditional Icelandic dishes. All were excellent (although some of us may disagree as far as the fermented shark and dried fish jerky are concerned!).
After two days in Reykjavik, we departed for the countryside in southern Iceland. Again, Ragnar was an amazing guide, showing us so many beautiful sites (glaciers, glacier lagoons, waterfalls, volcanos, etc.), and spending much more time with us than he was obligated to do. Two of our days wound up being 12 hour days and we were thankful for Ragnar’s desire to spend so much time with us.
Besides the visits to so many beautiful sites, one of the highlights for us was definitely the glacier hike. This was quite strenuous but we all enjoyed it thoroughly and standing on top of the glacier, absorbing the beautiful views, was unbelievable. We also visited glacier lagoons that were some of Ragnar’s favorites, not supposed to be on the tour but he wanted to show them to us. Stunning!
After Ragnar’s time with us, Omar spent two days with us, touring in a heavily modified and luxurious 4x4. This enabled us to visit many sites that would be impossible with a typical vehicle. Omar was also a fantastic guide, so knowledgeable in Icelandic history and culture. In addition to visiting Geysir and the many sites of the Golden Circle, Omar took us to our glacier snowmobiling exhibition. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The experience of being on top of a mountain on top of a glacier, with the panoramic 360 degree views, was amazing. We all said we would like to do this again someday.
Thorsmork was a rugged mountain ridge and valley that is best explored by 4x4. Omar was a great guide here, showing us many sites and leading us on hikes through the remnants of glacier lakes, glaciers, waterfalls, and the like.
It’s hard to imagine we could have enjoyed our time in Iceland more. The hotels that Jacada picked for us were all exceptional 4-5 star hotels and since we ate most of our dinners at the two hotels once we left Reykjavik, it was great that the food was so good. Breakfasts were also always included in the hotel stays and were very good at all three of the hotels we stayed.
When the time came for us to leave for the airport for our trip home, Ragnar picked us up and made sure we were delivered to KEF on time.
We wouldn’t hesitate to have Jacada plan another vacation for us and look forward to it in the future.

Our family trip to Japan was absolutely perfect. The planning process was super easy and very well tailored. In Ubud we biked, toured, enjoyed time at the Chedhi club and ate like kings. We then moved to Seminyak where the wonderful experience continued at the Samaya and boating over to the Nusa islands as well.
Thanks to Jacada for everything in the planning, last minutes preps, execution and even for checking in after we returned. They are truly first class and we will travel as a couple and as a family as well with them again in the future. So many great adventures await.

We had a great time. The transitions were smooth, and there were no hassles. Though the entire trip was awesome, we had our best time in Folegandros; where we spent an entire day in the sea in a 9meter boat, we snorkeled, swam and had a great diving experience there.
It is decided all our trips are now going to be handled by Jacada.

This was our first safari to Kenya and the total experience exceeded our expectations. Jonny Humphreys and his team from Jacada Travel did an amazing job in designing a trip that met everyone of our interests and pursuits. Horses are an important part of life and we had the opportunity to gallop along with the plains with zebras, giraffes and other fast moving game. Each stop had wonderful accommodations with excellent food and drink! The staff at each locations were very attentive and focused on our needs and interests. It is difficult to describe the thrill of seeing lions four to five feet away. The daily game drives provided the opportunity to witness numerous species which added to the overall experience. Our trip included 4 friends and we were absolutely thrilled with every detail of our trip that Anton and his team provided for us. I do not normally write reviews but, when one receives absolutely top class service, then it warrants taking the time to share it with others.
We were in Argentina late April and had booked return flights for over 4 weeks later. I was attending a conference and would be in Buenos Aries for 10 days and had a wish list of what we would like to do for the reamaining time. I spent a considerable time researching those agents who looked as though they had some expertise in South America. Whilst Jacada was a company I had not heard of previously I contacted them for some suggestions. They were very efficient in their response and after a number of telephone calls were able to send me a proposed itinerary covering Chile, Bolivia and Peru. All that I had on my wish list was included and we had no hesitation in placing our booking albeit the company was not known to us nor was recommended by friends.
I can only say that all we could possibly have desired was delivered and more. We have had the great fortune to travel throughout the world and can only say that this was the best organised trip we have ever been on. All worked seamlessly. We had private guides and drivers throughout and they were of the highest standard. The guides were all enormously experienced and highly qualified and the drivers were amazing particularly having regard to the most incredible roads/ llama routes we travelled at high altitude. It was what we would describe as the trip of a lifetime and neither of us would describe that lightly. Needless to say some things can go wrong and that occurred when we were in Cusco and due to travel to Machu Picchu the next day. There is some understandable dissatisfaction by the workers about what is happening with the government and they called a strike at short notice. This involved closing off all roads in and out of Cusco. Although this was not anything our agents could control, the office in London worked closely with the office in Lima and all that could be done by way of damage limitation to our trip was done at very short notice. We are so grateful for their kindness and, most of all professionalism, in sorting everything so as to enable us to complete our trip.
Our main contact was Jacob Jewitt -Jalland in London who kept in contact with us throughout, Romanet in the Santiago Office and Claudia in the Lima Office. We thank them for their professionalism and superb organisation. Our main guides were Marcel in Bolivia, Sylvia and Jose in Peru. Our sincere thanks to them for their kindness, knowledge and passion for their countries and for making sure we enjoyed our epic trip to South America.

I've always been impressed with the originality and authentic experiences that Jacada provides to any destination I choose for travel. Their itinerary for Morocco, of which I was just able to experience, hit the high bar they've always set for themselves and me. I was blown away by the quality of the guides, the accommodations arranged, the unique experiences in the Souks, desert, and dining adventures. I can't recommend this trip enough. The sights, sounds, colors, textures, smells.... all, unlike anything I've experienced.

Responsive and made sure they were readily available, both before the trip and during the trip. My Husband Mike and I worked with Kate to design an 18 day honeymoon. We traveled on our own to China and met up with Jacada for 2 weeks in Thailand and Cambodia. It was fantastic from start to finish. We both travel regularly, but we did not want the cumbersome task of planning our honeymoon while planning a wedding. Jacada delivered beyond our expectations. While they are a luxury travel agency, Jacada worked with us to find a honeymoon that was in our budget. We felt that we got a great value for our money with the service they provided.

Jacada arranged my south-america trip tailored to all my requests within a week, including accommodation, tour guides, airport pickup and local tours. During my trip, they were constantly communicating with the local offices to make sure everything went well and I was greeted with a heart-warming note from Jacada in every destination. They were so professional that they monitored every flights that I was going to take, and when one of my local flights was cancelled during the LATAM strike and I had no way to know as I was deep in the Chilean Patagonia, they tried every way to get in touch with me and they had already arranged an alternative so that I could catch my international flight home (Otherwise, I might end up stuck in an airport in south Chile and missed my flight home to Hong Kong as well). All in all a very knowledgeable, friendly and professional travel agency. I would definitely recommend Jacada to friends and travel with it again.

My wife & I toured Indochina (Vietnam & Cambodia) over 18 days. It six destinations, nine flights, two boats & several tuk tuks.
We experienced superb personal concierge service every step of the way from flight arrival to baggage claim to transportation to obtaining permits to tours and tour guides. The minute you step off your international/arriving flight Jacada had everything covered, I mean everything. And everything was completely PRIVATE, no large groups, buses and stragglers.
Local guides & drivers were unbelievable, knowledgeable, helpful and gracious. As well as spoke excellent English which was good because our Vietnamese & Cambodian wasn't so good.
Each hotel was hand picked and was truly Five Star. Every time we checked in we got VIP service and treatment. Rooms were impecable, unique, and represented the area's culture and style.
The entire trip/site went without a single problem. Not a single delay, or closure, or missed transportation, absolutely perfectly executed.
