Our experience with Jacada Travel was positive, and added to our overall favorable travel experience. The initial planning process with Rachel was excellent and factored into account our unique travel requests. Her suggestions helped us to modify our trip planning accordingly in a positive way. Suggestions for hotels and resorts was generally spot-on. Several of the Jacada staff were available when needed, others not so readily. Several local tour recommendations were excellent, a few less so. Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend them to others.
First time I used Jacada. I have had the pleasure of travelling the world in style and was nervous to use a company I have never used. Happy to report the entire trip. From start to finish. My husband and I recently returned from a fascinating and fabulous month-long trip to China and Japan. This is the 4th major trip we've done with Jacada, and as we have come to expect, it was superlative in every respect. We found China particularly interesting because it is so vast and the culture, people, history and geography are so varied and absorbing. The changes over the past few decades are profound, and the itinerary that Jacada designed and the guides we had in every place we visited were excellent and helped us understand what we were seeing and experiencing even more deeply. Don't get me wrong -- Japan was great, too -- but China was more of a surprise.
We can't recommend Jacada highly enough for this or any trip you take with them. We have covered a lot of territory with them, and each of our sojourns has been planned and executed flawlessly. They design each trip to reflect individual interests and needs, and they have nailed it every time.
I went with my gut and chose Jacada to put together my Have-to-go-to-Chile trip. And I’m so glad I did. Emily and her team put together a trip that was what I had hoped to be and more. Although the time I was there got a little dicey due to the sporadic unrests, the staff and the guides were very supportive and reassuring.
Will definitely plan more trips with Jacada.
The devil is in the details. However, Jacada manages to go far above and beyond expectations and ensures you are wowed at every phase of your journey. We both wanted to email you having returned from our wonderful honeymoon in South America. Everything was organised perfectly and ran so smoothly which made it a dream trip. Special mention needs to be given to all the Guides and Drivers over the 3 weeks and we were very impressed with the hotels all of which had their individual styles and charms.
We also want to say a special thank to you both for pulling together the 3 week plan, providing us with great restaurant recommendations and the special treats you organised in each of the hotels as gifts :)
It really has been a unique experience travelling with Jacada. Based on our personal interests the trip was tailored exactly to our needs. Jacada Travel did an outstanding job arranging our 50th Anniversary Trip to India. Every last detail was flawless, literally from the moment we stepped off the plane in Delhi through to security upon departure in Mumbai. Sarah Kounnou's expert knowledge of India was instrumental in developing an absolutely perfect itinerary for us. I can honestly say that there is not one thing we would change over the the 16 day journey. All hotels, guides and support staff were excellent and we are totally satisfied with the experience. Jacada is definitely a First Class operation.
From trip inception to the final tour in Saigon, Jacada exceeded expectations. Keith cared about what types of experiences we wanted and curated a bespoke trip of a lifetime for my husband and me. We saw the hidden side of Vietnam, met locals, ate amazing food and stayed in world class hotels. Our personal guides were knowledgeable and knew so much about local history and culture. We will definitely travel with Jacada again!
We had the most incredible time in Africa booking through Jacada travel! This truly was the trip of a lifetime, the absolute best trip we've ever taken. The travel agents are very passionate about the places, the local people, and ensuring you will have a very enriching experience. Each activity was curated to perfection. Every detail was well thought out and they really tailor it to your interests, needs and requests. All of our tour guides throughout the trip were warm, knowledgeable and fantastic. The accomodations were also all excellent. The agents are extremely responsive and helpful. Throughout the planning process and throughout our travels, we felt that we were always well taken care of. Jacada travel and the team of Keith Jarman and Gloria To have done an amazing job whilst creating our family's wonderful adventure in Thailand. Jacada exceeded all our expectations. Keith created a truly wonderful exploring experience for us. We traveled to Chang Mai, Phuket and Bangkok. We received personal attention, private transfers and experiences crafted just for us from elephant sanctuary that amazed our children to beautiful temples in the Chang Mai jungle to gorgeous Phuket islands and sandy beaches to vibrant and beautifully diverse Bangkok.
This Thailand adventure was perfect for both our kids and my husband and I. We equally enjoyed all activities and could finally spent quality time together.
I would have never been able to make this magic happen without Jacada's team.

I decided to use Jacada Travel to plan our Honeymoon in order to help take some pressure off with all of the other wedding planning that was happening. I have been on trips organized by other travel tour groups before, but this was the first time being involved with planning and organizing.
The accommodations chosen were excellent, were in great locations in the city, and well appointed. We also felt very special throughout the trip because Jacada noted that it was our honeymoon to all of the hotels. The guides were all very friendly and helpful and made all of the tours and transfers seamless. One guide in particular went above and beyond and offered to bring us to things not requested or required by the plan. Excursions were all great and Jacada did a great job of catering the trip to us. My only minor complaint is that some email communication between Jacada and I took longer than I liked. Even so, the trip itself was absolutely amazing and I would still use Jacada again!
We've used Jacada twice now for trips to Chile and Argentina, and we've found them excellent: thoughtful, attentive, and responsive. They found good guides to show us the sights in each place we've been, and all of our transfers from one location to another have gone very smoothly. Most importantly, we like their judgment in choosing things for us to see and do. We started using them because we were tired of paging through 400-page guidebooks trying to figure out what to do, where to stay, and how to get around. Jacada takes that particular kind of stress out of the experience and lets us focus on enjoying the country and learning new things every day.

I wholeheartedly recommend Jacada! They put together an amazing trip for my husband and I with only 3 weeks notice. Our coordinator listened to our wants/needs and asked questions to better understand who we were and what we would enjoy. Our vacation was wonderful and stress free! The hotels/riads/tents (!) they chose were unique and absolutely fantastic! Our guides were informative, amazing, and willing to be flexible to entertain our interest. Consistently excellent choices
We just finished an amazing trip to Ecuador over the Thanksgiving holiday with Jacada Travel. Our trip consisted of 3 nights in Quito and Otavalo, 4 nights in the Amazon and then 5 more nights in the Galapagos, splitting between a land based adventure on Isabella and Santa Cruz islands.
One of the things Jacada really nailed was the local guides, Juan in the Amazon (Napa Wildlife Center) and Fabian in the Galapagos were amazing, real stars of the trip. Their excitement for nature and knowledge of their area, really made the trip special. They were incredibly kind and patient with our kids and were so genuinely excited with all the new animal discoveries we had.
Some other highlights was the Napo Wildlife Center. We loved that it was owned and operated by the local community and the wildlife that we were able to see from there was amazing. From seven meter long anacondas to tiny poison dart frogs to 5 different species of monkeys swinging through the trees over head, it was fantastic. My kids (11, 9, and 6) would say they loved the Galapagos the most as beaches are always a win for them but when we get to share the beaches with sea lions and marine iguanas, that takes it to a whole new level.
We loved all the properties Jacada selected for us and the food was outstanding as well. I don't think we have any real negative feedback on anything.
We enjoyed our trip to South America. The guides and hotels chosen were excellent.
Things that can be improved, such as more details needed regarding documents required to enter a country.
We had an amazing time in Costa Rica thanks to Jacada Travel. Celebrating my 50th there and did not want to have to worry about a thing. Everyone was very helpful from planning the trip to helping us along the way. I felt they planned an amazing adventure and I look forward to another.
It was an incredible experience. Jacada took the typical stress associated with planning such a big trip & worry about any potential glitches completely out of the picture. Everything went perfectly. Jacada created an unforgettable trip for us in South Africa. The meet and greet at the airports (including expediter for visa formalities) , train stations and safari camps were seamless and made the transfers an almost enjoyable experience. Their choices of the safari camps were top notch and well worth the money. I plan on using Jacada for future travels and will recommend them to my friends and family.

We had a one week holiday in New Zealand in October 2019 and Jacada Travel planned the trip to meet our needs. The team at Jacada provided us with a wonderful set of options that we could choose from and then, once we made our choices, made it all happen and within our budget. When weather conditions required us to re-arrange our plans, Jacada's local representative was proactive and provided great alternatives. We had a wonderful trip, much better than we could have planned on our own.

Extremely memorable vacation with excellent guides & drivers along our route. Berni & Emily even arranged notes and gifts along our route to ensure we were knew that we were being looked after. Route was carefully designed to minimize altitude effects and avoid any potential ill effects. Lima-Sacred Valley-Cusco-Lake Titicaca-Silustani-Colca Canyon-Arequipa-Lima. A beautiful country and wonderful people. I highly recommend visiting.
Wonderful experience
The overall tour was great but the service was not consistent in all the hotels. The guides were knowledgeable but some stood out more due to their warm personality.
My Husband and I booked our Honeymoon through Southeast Asia with Jacada. I am so happy that we used Jacada. It was our first trip using this travel agency and it definitely will not be our last. The entire process was very professional. Our agent, Sarah, was very knowledgeable and helped me plan the most amazing custom itinerary. Sarah was extremely patient and kind and very quick will all her replies. When the trip arrived I was nervous because I had never used Jacada before. However, every part of the trip ran smoothly from the minute we landed in Singapore to the moment we left. All the accommodations were exceptional and Sarah went above and beyond to send welcome letters to each of our hotels for us. It was such a lovely touch receiving a thoughtful note each time we arrived in a new hotel. The drivers and guides they hired for us were all great. We thoroughly enjoyed our Honeymoon. We likely will always use Jacada for any upcoming international trips we plan to take in the future. Jacada is truly five stars!!! We can’t wait to travel with them again soon!
Our party of 6 city folks from Hong Kong was thrilled by the 5-day sojourn earlier this month. Despite all the preparation, mental and otherwise, Iceland was the proverbial jaw-dropper. 3 words to capture what we covered were; Vastness, Freshness and Friendliness. Firstly we were floored by the miles and miles of vast land masses, of unpolluted water, of emptiness .. not to mention the accompanying "loneliness" which surprisingly carried an appeal (at least to me) that outflanked the vulgarity of cities. Secondly we were surrounded by freshness, of almost everything and everywhere, starting with the beautifully cool air which is second to none. One cannot begin to describe it, one can only find out in-vitro. Thirdly it is mind boggling even to imagine only 350,000 Icelanders occupying 103 square miles verses 7,400,000+ in Hong Kong sharing 430 square miles. Icelanders are not gregarious by nature probably due to the stoic weather and Lutheran heritage but one can feel they are inherently friendly, welcoming and proud of being who they are. Their food scene somewhat reflects that. Standard Icelandic fare is limited with less flair but their chefs do well in what she is famous for eg Icelandic Lamb, Arctic Char, Cod and catch from her surrounding waters generally. Our party was impressed by and certainly grateful for the immaculate planning, organization and execution which made our short, far too short, visit unforgettable. We have only touched the tip of the icebergs, almost literally, when we visited the glaciers. There is no question Iceland deserves a Round #2. Incidentally a trip to Iceland is not complete unless you have driven a snow mobile on the glacier, preferably while it snows, amidst misty visibility. Not only can one brag about it one can share with grand kids over hot chocolates next to an open fire. Well done Jess and well done Team Jacada .. thank you!

Oaxaca and Mexico City offered great history, food, culture, people, interactions, adventure and comfort. Upfront questions could have matched my goals better, but that doesn’t overshadow the overall experience, which was terrific. Jacada handled people on the ground so we always had a contact if needed. Hotels, guides and recommendations were good and we would use Jacada again.
Jacada planned our trip to Patagonia flawlessly! We only had 9 days of vacations dm Jacada was able to deliver an itinerary that hit all our must-dos and not feel rushed at all during the travel. Highly recommended!
Really a fantastic experience for us. It met or exceeded most of our expectations, and definitely made traveling in an unfamiliar environment comfortable and stress free.
Every detail was addressed by Jonny and his team. All transfers were on time, the hotels and itinerary were excellent for a first time safari. We also appreciated the slight changes that were made due to bush plane schedules.

They can and do cater to your individual needs and all the tours can be personalised.

Design and planning of the trip was well prepared and monitored. Local guides were well equipped and well presented. Variety of dinning experiences and different kinds of food added to the taste of the trip.
