The Rosewood is located in the charming city of Puebla and draws inspiration from its rich colonial heritage. The hotel features 78 rooms and suites filled with beautiful textiles, traditional Mexican touches and local artwork.
Dining at the Rosewood is a real treat. Local ingredients are given a European twist in the open kitchen of Pasquinel Bistrot. Choose to dine in the main restaurant or on the outdoor terrace that overlooks the hotel’s garden. Café Azul Talavera is inspired by the classic streetside cafes and here you can sip Mexican wine or beer alongside tasty small plates.
Bar Los Lavaderos takes its inspiration from the remains of an adjoining 19th-century communal wash house. Enjoy premium mezcal and tequila here or at the rooftop bar where you can also drink in views of Puebla and the snowcapped volcanoes of Popocatepetl and Iztaccíhuatl.
The rooftop is where you’ll find the hotel’s swimming pool, and there is also a small fitness centre and spa.
