What’s the process of planning a trip with Jacada?
We craft trips that are not just seamless, but also deeply personal, delightfully surprising and entirely one of a kind. Every Jacada journey begins over a conversation with a travel designer, a specialist in their destination of expertise.
During this first discussion, we want to know what moves you, your passions, your pace, your travel style. Do you crave remote wilderness or lively cities? Museums or markets? A sunrise in the Serengeti or pasta-making in the Tuscan hills? Your story is the blueprint for everything that follows.
Once we understand what excites and inspires you, we begin crafting an itinerary – with intention. Behind each journey is a wealth of insight, gathered over years of on-the-ground exploration. Our travel designers frequently go on research trips to vet hotels, scout new experiences, revisit favourites and meet the people who help shape your trip.
Do you provide a concierge service?
Yes. Our in-region concierges are there to smooth every step and open doors few even know exist. You’ll be introduced after your trip is booked. Whether it’s a private gallery viewing, a last-minute restaurant table, or meeting a local expert who shares your exact passion – they’ll help you experience the world as an insider.

Can you arrange local guides?
Some of the most unforgettable moments on a trip happen through connections with the people who call your destination home. One of the secrets to a Jacada adventure is our incredible network of local partners and specialist guides.

Our travel designers are highly specialised in their regions of expertise. If you’re thinking of planning a safari, you’ll speak with an expert who has lived or travelled across Africa and is regularly on the ground reviewing the most exclusive camps and experiences.

Jacada is a leader in positive impact luxury travel. We believe travel can be a force for positive change, and part of the solution to some of the world’s most complex societal and environmental challenges. Through the trips we plan, we set out to help preserve, support and regenerate culture, biodiversity and heritage, guided by our Positive Impact Principles.

Who founded Jacada?
Jacada was founded in 2008 by Alex Malcolm, who continues to lead the brand. Our story and his philosophy is shaped by a vision for travel as meaningful as it is memorable.
