The eight buildings that make up this village hotel date back to the 17th and 18th centuries and many of them were once family homes. Those family names remain as a homage to the village’s history.

Choose from rooms with beautiful views of Mount Ventoux or the Rhône Valley, or stay in one of the suites which boast their own terrace. There is also a small village house that is ideal for two couples or small families.

Enjoy dinner in La Table du Ventoux, the beating heart of the hotel. Throughout the year, local and seasonal products are interwoven into the menu: savour fresh vegetables from the market, poultry from Mazan, rice from the Camargue, goat’s cheese from the Ventoux and strawberries from Carpentras. For dinner, Chef Thomas Lesage reinvents his bistronomic menu, drawing on the best of the South of France – from the Vaucluse lands to the Mediterranean basin.

Spoil yourself with a treatment or two at Spa des Écuries, soak up the rays beside the two swimming pools, enjoy a game of boules or head out into the countryside on a bicycle.
