The 15th century house oozes character from every brick, with walnut coloured timbers, original Jacobean features, and wildflower-scattered gardens. All the rooms are unique – choose from stay in the Main House, with views across the headland, the Stonehouse, with its own traditional courtyard and garden views, or one of the four romantic Garden Wagons.

The Pig ethos focuses on hyper-local fare, made all the easier by the richness of its surroundings. The Kitchen Garden is where you’ll find everything the hotel can grow and rear themselves, and everything else coming from a 25 mile menu, allowing them to support local suppliers.
