Overlooking the waterfront in the historic village of Ahuriri is the Crown Hotel. The hotel is spread across two wings, one the original 1932 Crown Hotel building and the other a contemporary space.
Its 42 rooms range from modern one-, two- and three-bedroom suites to the beautiful art deco heritage suites. The majority of the more contemporary rooms feature private decking from which to admire the views.
There is an abundance of wonderful Hawke’s Bay produce and guests can enjoy room service or visit the Milk and Honey restaurant, located within the Crown Hotel Complex. And of course, there is a bar at which to enjoy the region’s famous wine.
