Located just a short walk from the Sydney Opera House and Circular Quay, the Establishment Hotel is a stylish city bolthole with plenty of character.

There are just 31 rooms, including two penthouse suites. Décor is contemporary and chic and the exposed beams and rustic details of the suites pay homage to the building’s former life as a warehouse.

You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating and drinking with some of Sydney’s top dining destinations in the building. Enjoy elegant modern Australian cuisine at Est. or travel further east at Sushi E and Mr. Wong, serving sushi and mouthwatering Cantonese cuisine.

The Garden is a bright space with exposed brick walls, pendent lamps and lush plants where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun then return in the evening for a cocktail or glass or wine. Alternatively, enjoy a tipple at the Establishment Bar which boasts a 42m marble bar flanked by tall iron pillars.
