Chalets at Blackheath

Nestled at the top of the ancient Grand Canyon

Escape to the Blue Mountains

Located at the top of the ancient Grand Canyon, Chalets at Blackheath comprises four freestanding chalets discreetly spread out through the expansive resort grounds. These chalets are designed with local textures and sustainable materials. The calming interiors of the chalets feature wood burning fireplaces and rammed earth walls, with spacious bathrooms showcasing twin rain showers and a deep soaking tub.

You’ll find a multitude of activities waiting for you outside. Lounge on your own private sun deck, soak in the sun’s rays on a daybed, sizzle a delicious meal on the barbecue, or toast marshmallows over the crackling flames of the fire-pit at dusk. Indoors you can enjoy in-room massages and daily breakfast in the library. You’ll also be able to take part in private meditation or yoga sessions if you wish.

A range of adventures await you outside Chalets at Blackheath. These include exploring the Grand Canyon, during which you’ll head to the Evans Lookout only a short walk from the chalets. After arriving at the Grand Canyon’s entrance, you’ll complete the loop through the canyon, with a slow stroll making it last a few hours.

You can also enjoy trail rides with views of the Blue Mountains escarpments, truffle hunting, and waterfall abseiling.
