Aqua Mekong Cruise

Cruising the cross-border Mekong River, Aqua Expeditions’ new boat has all the luxurious facilities required to ferry passengers through Cambodia and Vietnam in style.

Guests can watch the world go by from the outdoor deck, which has a plunge pool and an indoor section for those sudden afternoon downpours!

The suites are all air-conditioned and have California king beds, flat screen TVs, and sitting areas. Some suites have balconies with daybeds and panoramic windows; the suites without balconies have daybeds inside and panoramic windows, so you still get the great river views. For families, there are four pairs of interconnecting suites.

When you’re on board, you can take advantage of the two spa treatment rooms, relax in the library, or chill out in the private cabanas around the plunge pool. The food comes courtesy of Michelin-starred Chef David Thompson, and is a fusion of Khmer and Vietnamese cuisines, centred around the catch-of-the-day and fresh produce from local markets.

Excursions depart throughout the day, offering guests the chance to explore the shores of the Mekong with expert English-speaking guides. You can trek through the jungle, hop on a bicycle and cycle down the banks of the river, or visit one of the local villages for a glimpse into life by the water.
