Set in 60 hectares of the Jock of the Bushveld Conservancy, umSisi House is handily located in the Peebles Valley between the town of White River and the Numbi Gate entrance to the southern Kruger National Park which is just 15 minutes away.

The house only caters for private groups of between four and 10 people on an exclusive-use basis, with a personal service that only a small, privately owned country house villa can provide, making it ideal for families and friends. umSisi House sleeps six people in three en suite bedrooms while the cottage, just 50 metres away, sleeps four.

With panoramic views of Legogote Mountain and the African village of Masoyi, guests enjoy beautiful gardens, majestic trees, abundant birdlife, walking trails, a relaxing jacuzzi, inviting swimming pool, enormous veranda, extensive library and entertainment room when at home. All meals are planned in advance to ensure that the dining experience is a daily highlight.

Private safaris into the Kruger can be arranged while the Lowveld offers a range of adventure activities from fly-fishing to white water rafting. The beautiful Panorama Route is close by, as are some fine golf courses, spa treatments can be arranged and you can get an insight into local life here on community tours in the neighbouring Masoyi community
