    The Residence Mauritius

The Residence Mauritius is situated on the east coast of Mauritius along a mile-long white sand beach. Taking inspiration from the island’s stately turn-of-the-century plantation houses, the resort blends modern elegance with classic, colonial style throughout its 135 rooms and 28 suites with sunlight sifting through shutters.

The resort is fabulous for both romantic getaways and family adventures with an array attractions and activities on, including some of the best fishing and diving in Mauritius, island explorations to discover nature reserves and a rich culture, plenty of water sports and a fabulous spa.

Three dining venues  include a poolside restaurant that becomes more sophisticated in the evening where you can sample both Mauritian and international flavours, an oceanfront spot specializing in fresh seafood and Creole cuisine, and the relaxed Verandah.
