Very good trip to Peru and Ecuador. Fabulous local guides and beautiful locales chosen. One particular hotel in Quito was just ok but the others were wonderful. Small details were taken care of. I also got help for my stolen cash in terms of police filing etc. Well done Jobi and Jacada. I will recommend Jacada to friends and am looking forward to my next trip with Jacada in December.

Jacada recently worked with my husband and I to plan our 30th anniversary dream trip to Africa. All of our travel, transfers, check ins, and transitions were seamless thanks to the experience and excellence of Jacada's exceptional staff. During the planning phases we were given tons of information and options. Once we settled on an itinerary we were provided a tremendous amount of information and documentation. We knew exactly what to expect on each leg of our journey. There was ALWAYS a smiling face waiting to greet us and guide us.
Every staff member we dealt with interacted with confidence, knowledge and care. Each step of our journey was truly enjoyable and care free as Jacada worked in the back ground to ensure top notch service and high quality accommodations.

Fantastic itinerary, outstanding service and attention to our interests. They did such a good job listening, helping and guiding. We were so happy with our honeymoon. Only critique is that they have good inside knowledge on accomodations and other nuances in a country and there were some things that caught us by surprise and we would have appreciated notice about those things.

I could not have had a better travel experience! Kate Herz was able to plan a last minute India extravaganza that proved to be exactly what I hoped for and more. The drivers, guides, and in country support were all beyond expectation. Even when we needed to fly rather than drive due to a local protest my in country guide sorted everything quickly and without disruption to the joy of the trip.

This is the second time we have traveled with Jacada. Each time it has been a wonderful experience. They seem to have everything covered. All we had to do was show up and have a great time.
From start to finish, Jacada Travel did an incredible job of organizing and laying out our almost 3 week trek to South Africa and Namibia. All of the details were attended to, and each individual we met along the way was superb! It would have not been easy to plan our essentially private light aircraft to the remote parts of the country, but Jacada made it seamless and the folks in country from our pilots, to private tour guides were fantastic! We would without reservation use their expertise again - perhaps for our next trip sooner rather than later!

My wife and I used Jacada to plan a honeymoon to Tanzania. We wanted to do a week of safari and a week on the beach. Right from the initial phone call (which they did on the weekend, working around our busy work schedules) Jacada made it easy for us. We got back from the trip a few weeks ago and our high expectations were exceeded by trip they had arranged. There are probably cheaper ways to go to Africa, but if you want to have an incredible time and not worry about any of the details, definitely use Jacada.

We decided to travel to Japan with minimal lead time. Kate was very knowledgeable and did an incredible job pulling together an itinerary that was tailoried to our family's interests in a short amount of time. Our itinerary and guides were incredible! This trip was a real treat as we were so well taken care of all we had to do was sit back and enjoy the experience.

Everything very well organised, people meeting and greeting were aways dead on time and very pleasant company. Accommodation, food etc. in all cases excellent and all guides very informative and helpful.
Only one reservation. Despite being given some guidance by Jacada we found tipping very awkward. I hope we were generous, because we received a fantastc service, but we really did have difficulty deciding who and how much to tip.
Jacada was terrific - they threw together an Iceland trip for our family with a week's notice - and it went quite seamlessly! They have excellent quality contacts and guides and were a pleasure to deal with.
Our safari trip to Africa was way beyond our expectations! Tessa had organized all the details and we just waited to see what the next adventure brought. From first meeting our guide at the airport to being brought back 11 days later we didn't have to worry about anything. All was taken care of and we were treated like royalty.

We just returned from our second trip, planned by the team at Jacada Travel. Once again, the overall experience was exceptional. No detail is lost by their team. We felt we were in very good hands, during our entire trip. We spent 20 days in Peru, including the physical challenge of hiking the Inca Trail. Our guide made changes on the fly, to accomodate my difficulty with the altitude, without which I probably would have been forced to turn back. With his experience and knowledge, I was able to successfully complete the hike. There is so much work that happens before departure, seriously, they think of everything. Thanks once again. Jacada Travel curated a flawless travel experience for our family to Ecuador and Peru. Our trip was packed with activities ranging from mountain biking, hiking, snorkeling, cooking classes and cultural and architectural tours. All of the guides provided by Jacada were super friendly and knowledgeable. The hotels and restaurants recommended by Jacada were fantastic as well. This was a trip with a lot of moving parts - travel by planes, train, car and boat - all without a hitch! I highly recommend Jacada Travel, and will use them again in the future.

Jacada Travel did a phenomenal job for my family and me in planning our time in Argentina. Our early June trip included several days in Buenos Aires, the Patagonian Lake District, Southern Patagonia Glacier, and some time at the beautiful La Bamba ranch north of B.A. Just a perfect trip. Time in each location was just right. The weather was perfect for hiking the Patagonian Lake District, exploring The Glacier National Park, touring Bueonos Aires and riding with the Gaucho's in La Pampa. The local guides who looked after us in each of the areas we visited in Argentina were top notch. I can't imagine how our trip could have been any better!

Jacada Travel has been there behind us from the start of our very first honeymoon/safari in Tanzania, and has grown along the way as we developed an interest in wildlife photography. They have learnt our new preferences along the way, and has planned and delivered a travel experience that STILL manages to impress and amaze us. We have tried another safari company in between, but in our experience it has only made too clear the competency and thoughtfulness of Jacada Travel is far above the rest. For example, on long car transfers, they always make sure they have little snacks and drinks in the vehicle prepared for us - it's a very minor detail that we took for granted. They also book us the best rooms/tents possible - we were so grateful for the awesome waterhole view at one of the camps we stayed at that wasn't visible from all the tents - Jacada really took the time and effort to look into the details (including campsite layouts) to get us the best. Their planning is meticulous and full of little personalized surprises that really make you smile - thank you Joyce for the surprise baked cookie + ice cream!!!

Byron from Jacada Travel planned the perfect Iceland vacation for us. Not only did he listen to my requests and implement my ideas, he organized the trip in such a way so that each experience built on the previous one. The other staff at the agency was in continuous contact to make sure that our packing list was complete and that we understood our itinerary. Our trip was filled with excitement, and our guides were specifically selected by Byron to match our family's needs. We could not have asked for better guides - they did everything they could to ensure our experience was the best it could be. Iceland is not an inexpensive place to travel to. We may have spent a bit more using the finest travel agency, but it was a worthwhile investment in ensuring that our trip was phenomenal.

From the day I contacted them, from New York, and told them that I wanted to go back to Japan on a trip centered around Naoshima the art island, they listened to me, ask for my preferences for food, hotel etc....
I knew it would be expensive, because I chose only 5 stars hotels and the best around, but it was worth it, worth every penny. I travel alone, so I enjoy spoiling me. Their local correspondant was very efficient in changing a plan when i wanted, and i had first class guides (english speaking) and drivers. I felt like a princess. In every hotel i had a little note from Jacada, and at Benesse house (Naoshima island), they knew that i wouldn't be able to have room service, so they gifted me with wine and nibbles. I thought it was a sweet gesture.
I would definitely recommend them. I lived in UK for 5 years, and I always though that the brits were the best for travel, very precise, very stylish.
