My husband & I had the delightful opportunity to travel to Vietnam & Cambodia for 2 weeks. Keith & the entire Jacada team could not have been more accommodating, with every detail being executed to perfection, from the transfers & hotel choices, to the adventures & cultural excursions created to match our tastes & fulfil our hopes to learn of the beautiful people, places & history. Having travelled over my birthday, Jacada even managed to create a wonderful set of surprises to help in the celebration. Jonny is a pleasure to work with and we cannot thank him enough. We contacted him about 4 weeks before our departure date and he planned us the most amazing trip to Southern Africa with not much time to spare! He is is extremely knowledgeable about the area and made us feel like we were in good hands from our very first conversation. From the time we landed in South Africa to our very last minutes there, he made us feel like royalty. The guides and lodges he chose were above and beyond our expectations. He was always available to chat should anything go wrong and we never felt alone. We cannot say enough good things and have already passed his name onto more than a few people interested in a similar trip. We cannot wait to use him and Jacada again!

After many back and forth in planning, Tessa and Angela made my trip to South Africa a dream come true. I didn't want just a sightseeing trip, I wanted to experience the culture, the good and the bad. My short time in the Townships of Largo and Cape Flat, meeting and talking with locals was enlightening. I also wanted a culinary experience the foodie tour with Anine from Cape Fusion was joyful day. The winelands was beautiful and the ending with the safari at Camp Jabulani with the elephant experience are memories I'll not soon forget. Thank you for making a dream come true.
I cannot thank Jonathan and his team for putting together our South Africa experience. From the time we landed in Cape Town to our departure everything was first class. All of our guides were very friendly and knowledgeable about the areas we visited. I would recommend Jacada to anyone for a well put together travel package.
Jonny designed a safari in Tanzania for my group and it was everything we hoped for and more! It was a seamless, painless process from start to finish and they were able to easily accommodate some last minute changes in our plans. Angela was available to answer any questions I had about the trip and even gave me some recommendations about Cape Town, which was above and beyond the call of duty since Jacada had nothing to do with our trip to Cape Town. Everything was very professional, payment was quick and easy, they sent over a very helpful and very expensive looking information package a couple weeks before (and were very patient when multiple attempts had to be made to deliver because no one happened to be home during the day). Everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend and I would definitely come to them again!
I was sceptical at first about Jacada as we had only got their name from media and after some research.
It got worse when I had to change person who was dealing with me thrice as previous ones were off on vacation so there did seem some loss of not having a personal travel agent.
When we did embark on our very well pit together trip we were most pleasantly surprised.
There were few if any hiccups and in the few days we had we did get a comprehensive taste of South East Asia.
The guides were amazing.
The only thing I would change is the street food tour in Kuala Lampur which though we were adventurous with experiences we found a bit off puttingly real.
All in all I would certainly recommend Jacada and their partners in Asia.

We traveled to Cambodia and Vietnam for three weeks in October, 2017. We are an active retired couple traveling with our 86 year old uncle whose mobility is limited. Jacada had several phone interviews with us in the planning stages to learn as much as they could about what we wanted to see, where we wanted to go and our traveling styles. They definitely fulfilled our expectations for the kinds of experiences we wanted to have, and for us that meant getting out into the countryside and having contact with the rural populations.
We can't say enough about the quality of the trip. The hotel accommodations were well appointed, immaculate, with friendly, gracious staff. The guides were knowledgeable and helpful, the drivers made us feel comfortable and safe in the midst of crazy traffic. The trip included two cruises, one on the Mekong River and one on HaLong Bay, both run by Heritage Lines which we would highly recommend to anyone traveling in this region. The planned activities and the pace of travel were all excellent. So my uncle could participate there were always wheelchairs provided, and rides in sidecars, rickshaws, tuktuks, and cyclos around the cities.
Should we need a travel company to help with more travel we will certainly call on Jacada. They won't disappoint!

We planned our trip with Tessa van der Walt at Jacada Travel in NorthernTanzania. This was our second trip to Africa, so we had certain expectations that on this trip were met and exceeded! Attention to detail was impeccable. But further, the properties and activities that were recommended were very well thought out and planned to provide us with extraordinary experiences. We booked our safari with Legendary Expeditions, a bespoke safari company. The accommodations were outstanding but, more importantly, the people we stayed with were wonderful. We have found that a travel agency is only as good as the people they contract with to provide the services to the client. Jacada we found to surround itself with excellent resources for all aspects of our travel. We would not hesitate to use them again.
Jacada organized a fabulous trip to Japan for us this September. It was seamless in everyday from our accommodations, guides, drivers to the choice of places to visit and eat.
We were extremely impressed with the gracious communication during the planning of the trip all the way through to the end.

Jacada Travel made our first trip to South Africa a memorable one. We did not realize in the correspondence that only duffle bags could be taken on the small aircraft that took us to Singita lodge. This created some logistical issues which for a higher cost, Jacada solved for us.
Other than this minor hitch, they organized a great customized trip from Cape Town until we left from JBG. They were more expensive than couple of other alternatives but it was worth it. Singita Lodge was outstanding
The staff at Jacada are excellent and would highly recommend them to plan your trip. They will be on our list to call for our next trip

We are very glad we went with Jacada versus a local travel agency. We were a little weary of communicating over the phone and via emails, but the Jacada group have the experience first hand of going to the countries, places, even restaurants you want to visit, and I think with this approach, we knew exactly what we were getting out of a trip because Jacada knew exactly what they were giving. The trip itself was amazing and everything seemed to be taken care of for us. This allowed us to just enjoy our surroundings. So great!
My six grandchildren said this was the best trip we had ever taken and they have
been to Hawaii, Europe and also enjoyed several cruises with Disney and other cruise lines. Costa Rica is a wonderful country to visit but certainly the great work Susann and Jen did by helping me to plan the trip,providing great guides and choosing wonderful hotels for us including the Peace Lodge where the children received extra special attention.

Our travel planners listened to what we wanted from our trip to Sicily and devised an itinerary that was everything we asked for. And more. Lovely hotels in each city, excellent guides and drivers throughout, and a number of really fun, unique experiences. Excellent on the ground support as well. Next time, we will ask for a bit of down time in the schedule. But we would definitely work with Jacada again.
Jacada travel put together an experience of a lifetime in Iceland. I loved working with Melania and Michele. Everything was perfect. The guides Bergita and Thor were exceptional. I would use them again for another destination!

Very good trip to Peru and Ecuador. Fabulous local guides and beautiful locales chosen. One particular hotel in Quito was just ok but the others were wonderful. Small details were taken care of. I also got help for my stolen cash in terms of police filing etc. Well done Jobi and Jacada. I will recommend Jacada to friends and am looking forward to my next trip with Jacada in December.

Jacada recently worked with my husband and I to plan our 30th anniversary dream trip to Africa. Fantastic itinerary, outstanding service and attention to our interests. They did such a good job listening, helping and guiding. We were so happy with our honeymoon. Only critique is that they have good inside knowledge on accomodations and other nuances in a country and there were some things that caught us by surprise and we would have appreciated notice about those things.

I could not have had a better travel experience! Kate Herz was able to plan a last minute India extravaganza that proved to be exactly what I hoped for and more. The drivers, guides, and in country support were all beyond expectation. Even when we needed to fly rather than drive due to a local protest my in country guide sorted everything quickly and without disruption to the joy of the trip.

This is the second time we have traveled with Jacada. Each time it has been a wonderful experience. They seem to have everything covered. All we had to do was show up and have a great time.
From start to finish, Jacada Travel did an incredible job of organizing and laying out our almost 3 week trek to South Africa and Namibia. All of the details were attended to, and each individual we met along the way was superb! It would have not been easy to plan our essentially private light aircraft to the remote parts of the country, but Jacada made it seamless and the folks in country from our pilots, to private tour guides were fantastic! We would without reservation use their expertise again - perhaps for our next trip sooner rather than later!

My wife and I used Jacada to plan a honeymoon to Tanzania. We wanted to do a week of safari and a week on the beach. Right from the initial phone call (which they did on the weekend, working around our busy work schedules) Jacada made it easy for us. We got back from the trip a few weeks ago and our high expectations were exceeded by trip they had arranged. There are probably cheaper ways to go to Africa, but if you want to have an incredible time and not worry about any of the details, definitely use Jacada.

We decided to travel to Japan with minimal lead time.
