Our anniversary trip to Bali was such a great experience. We would use Jacada Travel again to assist us for future trips. Keith listened to our requests and made several suggestions for resorts, day trips, activities and restaurants to meet our needs. On Keith's recommendation we split our stay between the Belmond Jimbaran Puri for some relaxation on the beach and then The Chedi Club in Ubud for some quiet cultural exposure. The tour guide and driver arranged through Jacada were knowledgeable, polite and courteous, and made the trip smooth from the moment they met us at the airport until they dropped us off for our return flight home. Thank you for making our celebration so special!

Lily and Berni worked very closely with us to plan every detail to achieve our goals and fit our budget, and the on-the-ground tour guides made certain that we were loving every second of it.
We experienced personal concierge service every step of the way from flight arrival to baggage claim to transportation (literally planes, trains, and automobiles) to obtaining permits to tours and tour guides.
Based on the size of our group, outsourcing the planning/booking logistics to Jacada was critical. With Jacada's help, what might otherwise have been a very stressful and tiring 3-4 days became a seamless and relaxing voyage that we will all remember for a lifetime. We just got back from our Honeymoon in Thailand and loved every minute of it! We visited Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Phuket. We worked with Keith Jarman and Gloria to plan the trip and everything was ridiculously easy. All the details were worked out for us and the hotels were amazing. We left for our honeymoon right after the wedding and didn’t have much time to focus on planning the trip while we were finalizing the wedding details. I would recommend using Jacada for your next trip!

Jacada planned a fabulous tour of Southeast Asia for my daughter and I. We had a guide at every location with a private transfer. The trip itinerary included the perfect amount of guided time and free time. All of our guides as well as Jacada made recommendations of things to do and places to eat during our free time. Our tours included a number of off the beaten track venues which was an added bonus. Additionally, our guides changed the tours at times to meet our requests. We stayed at excellent facilities where we were spoiled with luxurious rooms, fabulous pool settings, and excellent venues both for relaxing and eating. Jacada was available by email, responding timely to my questions and changes. We will definitely be using Jacada to plan our next adventure.

Jacada Travel did a super job of arranging every detail of our adventure in Argentina. Based on our input they arranged tours/outings that were great! We had knowledgeable guides who were local to the area we visited which made each tour very special and memorable. Jacada handled all in-country flight reservations and assisted us at the airports and all transfers to/from airport/hotel and tours/hotel. We also worked with Jacada on dining selections and Jacada made all dinner reservations in advance for us. Jacada took all potential stress out of our trip by being so attentive to details. Jacada did an outstanding job planning our vacation. The itinerary perfectly balanced exposure to, and gaining knowledge of local cultures with the creature comforts westerners are accustomed to. The exceptional parts (and there were many) include the outstanding guides in each country, the luxurious hotels, and of course the exacting coordination of everything.
I would not hesitate to recommend them and to utilize their service for my next trip.
We had an outstanding experience with Jacada on our trip to Chile in April 2018 (Santiago, the Atacama Desert, Valparaiso, and wine country.)
They did an excellent job of setting up our flights, guides, and car trips inside the country, and of answering various questions along the way.
They especially outdid themselves in setting us up with Phototour in Valparaiso, whose young proprietors talked with us in depth about the Pinochet era of military dictatorship in 1973-1990 and Chile’s resumption of democratic rule thereafter. We were especially interested in this as Americans resisting the Trump administration, and wanted to talk to thoughtful Chileans about the history of their resistance strategies instead of just going to the Human Rights Museum in Santiago (which we did.) Our guides were very well-informed about this history -- their families had suffered under Pinochet -- and it was fascinating to get their perspective first-hand. I’m grateful we had the opportunity to talk at length with young Chileans instead of just tromping around looking at things. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jacada to travelers wanting a deeper experience of a country.
From initial inquiry to end of our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia, the entire experience was exceptional. Our agent, Keith was extremely professional and helpful in adjusting a private tour to fit our interests. No detail was missed. As an example, our food preferences were communicated to our guides and were fulfilled everywhere--in Hanoi on a street food tour, on an isolated river or at a dinner in a country villa in Cambodia. Our guides were knowledgeable and accommodating and made sure we had the most complete experience at every stop.
Jackda sent us helpful documents clearly outlining flight and tour itineraries. Hotel choices were exceptional--excellent locations , amenities and staff. One even included a secluded villa with our own private pool.
Without question, I would again use Jacada's services for another trip.

Excellent experience with Jacada, through a complex custom itinerary of private drivers and guides. One minor snafu with train tickets, that was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The rest of a nine-day trip in Portugal and Spain was flawless. Three out of four hotels were excellent, the other was good.

This was a vacation with many moving parts and a lot of logistics. Yet, everything worked like a charm and all connections worked without a hitch. This allowed us to enjoy our journey from S. My employer recently implemented a sabbatical policy which allows for a four week paid sabbatical every five years. With plans to take my sabbatical in 2018 and New Zealand at the top of my travel bucket list, I reached out to Jacada Travel to plan a memorable four week New Zealand holiday. Travel consultant Katie Holmes was a pleasure to work with and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable - especially given she had lived in New Zealand for four years. Katie spent a generous amount of time helping me plan my four week long holiday - booking amazing accommodations, some wonderful excursions, as well as my rental vehicle. She also made some excellent recommendations for sight seeing, activities, and restaurants throughout New Zealand. Everything was seamless from the upfront planning to my entire trip from the moment I arrived in the Bay of Islands to when I left Queenstown. This is my fourth time using Jacada Travel and they never disappoint. I highly recommend Jacada to anyone looking for luxury travel and an unforgettable travel experience.
At the start I will say that Jacada are not the cheapest you will find, but we initially chose them because of their complete attention to detail, their flexibility and their complete understanding of our requirements and were we glad we did!!!
From the start and throughout, the whole experience was seamless, our every whim was catered for in exemplary fashion and we experienced the best of everything South Africa had to offer, from Capetown, The Garden Route (the Plettenberg Hotel was amazing), The wine Region, The Kruger, Rovos Rail and Victoria Falls, everything was beautifully organised and every detail attended to.
Jonny Humphreys and Angela were just great and we appreciated their attentions throughout the trip with little notes in our hotel rooms to welcome us and offer advice specific to the region, a very nice touch.
They even booked a meal for us at a top restaurant, The Food Barn, on our return from Cape Point and what a meal it was!
We are well seasoned travelers to all parts of the world but without doubt this was the best organised and most amazing experience.
Katie and the staff at Jacada did a great job selecting really wonderful B&Bs and hotels for us. The drivers we had were so informative and helpful.They accommodated us when we asked for something unique--a lunch reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary, a special garden tour.
However, when we were confronted with dealing with Cyclone Hola on the North Island, it was a little hard to get advice about what to do. We had to resort to making our own arrangements to fly out of Auckland to Christchurch in the wake of the cyclone.

Excellent attentive agency to deal with
We are frequent travelers who love to research where we are going and handle our own reservations. In planning an extensive trip to New Zealand, I knew specific places and lodges where we wanted to stay in the north and south islands, but decided we needed professional help to fill in gaps. We were lucky that we stumbled into London-based Jane Dumble at Jacada Travel. New Zealand is one of her beats and she got what we wanted immediately – beautiful vistas, great spots for hiking, luxurious accommodations, exceptional farm to table dining, and exciting activities. She not only secured the best accommodations at the places we had already planned to visit, but booked us at amazing lodges along the way that we never would have known about. She also helped us map out a trip with the right combination of domestic air, ferry, helicopter and car travel throughout New Zealand. Frankly we were a little uncomfortable with Jacada's policy of one overall price with no breakdown of costs. That said, we were extremely pleased with their overall service and we had a spectacular trip. We highly recommend Jacada and Jane's team.

I would highly recommend Jacada and would use their services again. The only thing we were unhappy with was one extremely expensive hotel they did not come anywhere near our expectations. I believe this had to do with new management.
