Every aspect of our trip to Australia was fantastic! Each experience was personalized. I have children 5 and 7 years old and their presence was thought of at every step - from wonderful events to cookies and milk in each room when we arrived at new hotels. I had a wonderful experience - it was the best vacation I have ever had!

From my first call to learn about Jacada travel to my follow up call after our trip - I have had only first rate professional and personal attention. Traveling at luxury accommodations as a family only group fulfilled our expectations.
Katie was awesome to work with and she designed a wonderful trip for our group of 6 to the North Island of New Zealand. Her knowledge of New Zealand helped our group tour the entire North Island. From Auckland to the Bay of Islands, Lake Taupo, to Hawkes Bay we stayed in wonderful lodges. Katie also planned the right amount of activities giving our group great tours but also time to explore on our own.
My husband and I took our 13 year old son to Iceland. Looking for a private to small tour, I reluctantly put my name and phone number on Jacada’s website. Byron called and informed me about his company. He asked for 24 hrs to present his itinerary which he assured me would be superior to one that I was considering.
Our trip was more than I could have anticipated. We felt our three guides were selected to fit our every need. They were knowledgeable about the culture,history,and geology of Iceland. They were passionate about our environment and protecting its mysteries and miracles.

My husband and I booked a fabulous Southeast Asia holiday in July. From the initial inquiry to the trip home, everything was flawless. Rachel and Gilda were our agents. They put together the perfect itinerary. We were very well taken care of by all of our guides and all of the hotels were beautifully appointed and had wonderful amenities. A trip to remember.
Katie created a beautiful, personalized Australian trip for us. Everything went so smoothly. We even had a number to call when I left my cell phone in a transport car. It was returned very quickly. Each of our four lodgings were beautiful and unique and completely unlike the other three. Our excursions were all so fun, informative, and well run. They even sent us a thoughtful goody bag at our first stop. All and all an amazing trip by a great company.
My family's experience with Jacada was wonderful! Our recent trip to Peru (Sacred Valley- Machu Pichu-Cusco-Lima) was seamless and virtually stress-free, thanks to Lily's able assistance on the front-end and Jacada's team on the ground in-country. Lily's suggestions and recommendations in trip planning were spot on. The accommodations were wonderful; our guides (especially Juan Carlos) were great; and the daily activity level and duration were just right for our multi-generational family of 5 (ages: 13-70). This was our first experience with Jacada, and I anticipate we will be repeat clients.
Jacada did a very nice job and I would recommend them again. I did feel that the overall cost of the trip was overpriced versus the sum of the parts but the premium means you don't have to think about anything during your travels.
Absolutely amazing trip - a dream come true.
You guys were the only ones of several agencies to look for what sounded impossible 5-day Polar Bear trip to Spitzbergen/Svalbard on sea, up north to the 80th parallel. And when I was proposed no/lousy solutions by others, you came with a -very costly BUT- very appropriate solution. And the delivery on charter Targa 52 boat and skipper/guide was beyond expectations... and we saw real full wild life polar bears and multiple “landings” in glaciers and in the middle of morse wildlife and surroundings we would not ever imagined could exist. So you are really Pros and highly “at cause”... especially since I was a perfect unknown to you when I called-up in February totally random from the sky, for that trip to be planned at very specific dates end july (flights already booked). Well planned itinerary by Jobi. We enjoyed our Croatian trip very much. The excursions were very interesting and well organised.
Our local guides were all very knowledgeable and our skipper/crew during boat transfers were very polite and offered their best service.

Jacada Travel is a wonderful agencies who do their utmost best to put the “perfect” itinerary together for you the client. I worked with Emily Opie who helped put our journey together as a birthday gift for my husband to visit South America and mostly to see macchu picchu. What an experience. The journey was exactly what we were looking for and so much more. The guides that helped out along the way were fantastic. The vacation did not have one flaw. It was picture perfect, as well as, travel perfect. I would recommend this agency out of the UK to anyone who would want a once in a lifetime extremely well done vacation. My daughter and I recently returned from a trip of a lifetime to Kenya which we planned with Tess at the Cape Town Jacada branch. We have nothing but the highest level of thanks and appreciation to Tess and Jacada and all her Kenyan partners that we encountered throughout our stay!
We were fairly last minute travelers in terms of how far in advance many folk have to book the places and activities that were on our bucket list. Tess worked her magic, skills and connections to get us into Giraffe Manor and the camps that really suited our travelling profile.
Tess took the time in the beginning to really hear what we wanted to do, and then she used her thorough knowledge of the country, the Mara, and the kinds of accommodation available to set us up with an amazing fit. We absolutely loved all the places we stayed at, and I can see that Jacada carefully picks their Kenyan partners for their high standards in hospitality and experience. We came away with hearts bursting with gratitude for such a special trip.
Tess and her team thoroughly prepared us for what to expect before we left and we had our own personal travel manual with all sorts of helpful info and tips. At every place we stayed, we found a thoughtful hand written notice from Tess. It was clear that she had really good relationships with the camp and lodge managers. She took care of a huge amount of planning in terms of multiple small aircraft flights and transfers, and getting around with a driver whether it was part of our initial itinerary or added in personal requests.
I could not more strongly recommend using Tess and Jacada to make your dream trip come true. We were blown away at every level at the seamlessness of our trip, the attention to detail everywhere, the highest level of service and the professionalism and quality of guides and staff at all the places we went to.

This a great company and would have received 5 stars (excellent planning, great local guides, first class accommodations) except for the following:
The tour promised that at each stop we would be greeted by a Jacada rep with a sign with our name on it. This worked perfectly except for our arrival in Iquitos for the start of our Amazon cruise where we were unable to find any signs with our names or Jacada's.
After waiting a half hour outside the terminal, we decided to call the 24-7 emergency numbers provided by Jacada - NONE OF THEM WERE ANSWERED.
We were finally rescued by the cruise line employees who,unbeknownst to us, were desperately searching for us. The frustration could have been avoided if we had been told to look for the cruise guides instead of a Jacada rep.
Despite the above, both Nancy and I had a great vacation and have no problem recommending Jacada to anyone seeking a first class adventure.
We worked with Jacada, Tessa specifically, to plan our trip to Africa, and while our trip is still a ways out, we had such a good experience planning with Tessa that we wanted to preemptively write a review. Working with Tessa has been a fabulous experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable, answering our numerous questions with detailed responses and great ideas to enhance our trip. She planned a trip for 2 of us to Namibia as a starting point. We are joining friends after Namibia in Botswana and again she put together a great option for the group, meeting the various price and time constraints while giving us wide variety of experiences. We are extremely excited about our trip and can’t say enough good things about Tessa!
Our trip was planned and executed flawlessly! I simply told Jacada what I had envisioned for our vacation, and they made it happen. Every detail was anticipated and covered to make this the smoothest and most carefree vacation ever.
Everything was great and came off seamlessly. Jacada is our go to for international travel. If Dubai becomes one of your destinations, we highly recommend The Palace Downtown hotel; and and for pass through travelers, the Intercontinental at the airport.

My parents and I were looking to make memories and all of the travel advisors at Jacada as well as the guides and travel arrangements they booked for us were amazing and truly memorable! We went to Peru and Argentina. Every guide was knowledgeable and catered to our every need. Every hotel was comfortable and with beautiful views. Another thing I want to point out - we always had someone we could call and talk to with questions before, during and after. Plus, they surprised us with a level of comfort, great tours, and even a dinner reservation at one of the world's best restaurants. I couldn't recommend them more!
My partner and I were utterly delighted with the fantastic trip around Malaysia that Jacada put together for us. The planning was above and beyond, all our guides and drivers were wonderful, the hotels were blissful and the schedule was evenly paced with a perfect balance of activities and relaxation. The attention to detail was noticeable, right down to the coffee birthday cake I received on my big day (along with a rendition of Happy Birthday from the fantastic staff at Cameron Highlands Resort). The trip was exceptional, it exceeded our expectations. They gave us the itinerary we wanted, and arranged to have us met at each destination, making us feel so welcome and special. The wonderful accommodations and food enhanced the beautiful surroundings. We loved the communal dinners, having met so many interesting people, both local and international. So many personal touches, we are already planning our next trip.
This was my first trip using Jacada and I must say that they under promise but over deliver. Everything was perfectly organised and their representatives and guides were exceptional. Everyone was always punctual and very courteous and knowledgeable. My wife and I travel a great deal, and we have planned trips ourselves and worked with travel agents; however, we decided to give Jacada a try since our ideas for an Ecuador trip were getting complex.
I reached out by email and Emily, a travel designer, called us shortly after. I had a lovely chat with Emily where she took notes on what would make the perfect Ecuadorian trip for us. We received a custom itinerary and Emily was able to tweak it from there to make it perfect. After booking we were connected with Romanet, our Personal Travel Concierge. Emily and Romanet handled everything.
All of the finer details were executed flawlessly. For example, at each airport, a representative was there to greet us. Private transfers, tours, and check-ins were standard. At every hotel there were personal notes welcoming us. These touches made us feel special at every stop.
My wife was concerned about her ant allergy since we were traveling into the rainforest. Upon arriving at the Napo Wildlife Center, my wife shared her concerns and that she carried an epipen. However, the manager explained that Jacada had already shared this information with them, so we need not worry. And they were right, everything was great.
Yet another highlight was when my wife and I decided we would like to add on another private tour. While we were still on the yacht Isabela II in the Galapagos, we emailed Romanet our request. Prior to disembarking, she had it arranged, our itinerary updated, and payment taken care of.
Emily, Romanet, and all of the people that helped us along the way were top-notch. In closing, I think the best compliment that we can give is to share our story and let everyone know we will use Jacada again in the near future. A trip to South Africa has been in my bucket list for a long time. Friends and relatives used to tell me it’s too dangerous to travel there. So I kept this dream destination on hold until I found Jacada. Kit and the team are real experts in travel. The itinerary was well designed and well planned. I just have to sit back and relax through the trip. I did not have to worry about anything upon arrival. Everything was seamless and luxurious. The local tour guides and Cape Town office staff were very friendly and helpful. I and my wife had a truly wonderful time in South Africa. This was memorable trip of a lifetime! Fantastic experience overall. Local guides outstanding. Byron and team did an excellent job helping to secure accommodation and make the whole trip happen and very very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. Accommodation at Bisate was world class. Rwanda was a delightful country to visit and clearly seeing the gorillas was an incredible experience.
Everything from start to finish was wonderful! Jane Dumble and her counterparts all made our trip to Australia amazing!
