The arrangements were spectacular and everything was perfect and planned with our approval. Our family was very happy with the food tour, hotels, Iguazu falls, hike, sugar loaf mountain, tijuca forest. All of the guides were very friendly. More people were wearing masks than in US. We have the most amazing experience eating at Lasai.
We had a great time on our honeymoon in Thailand. We enjoyed working with Gilda and we appreciated the flexibility of moving around the location, dates, and activities around due to the pandemic. Our itinerary included Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Phuket. The local guides were all very knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming, and we learned a lot about the local culture and history of each city. We felt taken care of every step of the way and we were happy with how the trip turned out.

This is the second trip we have taken to South America with Jacada and every detail has been perfect both times. One of my favorite things about these trips is the local agencies they partner with have the best guides. We have loved all of them!
Jen and berni were our travel designers for our honeymoon in Costa Rica. They did an awesome job. We actually had to delay 2 years due to Covid and they were super helpful through the process of delaying, changing plans and actually picking a new itinerary. In the end, the trip was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Belize organized by Jacada. Accommodation was great, guides were excellent and our whole trip flowed seamlessly. I really appreciated the 24hour support line so last minute changes could be accommodated. Wonderful getaway, we will definitely travel with Jacada again.
The Trip of a Lifetime. We traveled to Thailand over the 2021 winter holidays and spent time in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Phuket. The whole trip was seamless. Jacada even helped us through the complicated Covid protocol. Thailand is very serious about masking, vaccinations, and testing so we felt very safe everywhere we went. All of our tour guides were top-notch. The properties we stayed in (COMO Metropolitan, 137 Pillars, and Keemala) were luxurious and welcoming. 137 Pillars was my favorite! In Bangkok, don't miss the street food tour! In Phuket, do not miss a boat trip to Phi Phi island and the cooking lesson at The Blue Elephant. I honestly do not have a single complaint about the whole experience.
Emily and Tamara were such a joy to work with! We used Jacada to plan our honeymoon so we would have had limited time to really plan our trip properly in the middle of wedding planning. But Emily and Tamara were so helpful in putting together a perfect itinerary, answering our questions and preparing all of the logistics. Jacada planned the most memorable trip our family has taken. In Botswana, the camps were each unique and special. They planned a variety of terrains so we could have different experiences with each stop. The service, hospitality, and food was outstanding. The guides were beyond amazing at finding animals. Wouldn't have changed anything! Every future trip will be compared to "When we were in Botswana...."
Jacada planned a last-minute trip for my family to Africa. Despite the time constraints during a busy travel season, Jacada planned us the most wonderful holiday including stays and guides. We traveled with our older children from the US to CapeTown and Sabi Sabi in South Africa, and then on to Botswana during the recent Christmas and New Year’s vacation. My husband and I have just returned from an amazing 2-week trip to Argentina. Jacada planned an immersive and well-rounded experience for us while maintaining the fine details of our trip behind the scenes. We received first class attention and service during the planning process and during the trip. This trip with Jacada can be categorized as a luxury private guided vacation. We were extremely impressed with the variety of excursions planned for us that incorporated so much Argentinean culture (e.g. food, lifestyle, dance, music, philosophy, history, architecture). We visited Buenos Aires, Mendoza/Andes Mountains, and Iguazú Falls. All 3 areas were beautifully different in their own way and essential to our understanding and appreciation of the country as a whole. I can honestly say that throughout the trip I felt very safe, well-guided, and prepared. We were one of the first U.S. tourists to visit Argentina since their post-covid reopening on November 1, 2021. The people of Argentina were welcoming and clearly elated that their country is open. Everyone was wearing masks indoors, hand sanitizer was readily available, and people were maintaining distance when appropriate. We were required to be vaccinated and have a negative PCR covid test to enter the country. These precautions gave us peace of mind as we travelled. I am so excited that Argentina is once again receiving tourists because this wonderful country deserves to be seen! I will definitely be looking to book another vacation with Jacada in the future because no other company can match their customer service and organization of such a luxury vacation. Jacada exceeded our expectations on our recent trip to Namibia! We are fortunate to travel frequently, so the bar has been set pretty high. First, Iain our travel consultant was incredibly knowledgable and passionate about Namibia and made excellent selections for us when it came to activities and the game camps. Right out of the gate, we had problems with the airlines cancelling our flights - Jacada helped us change our plans accordingly. Then my husband tested positive for Covid right before we were supposed to leave - Jacada was super accommodating and moved our trip to November without any hassle or penalties.
I felt like our consultant really listened to the type of actives we enjoy and planned a trip that reflected that. He also encouraged us to do the hot air balloon trip at sunrise, which my husband was really against - it ended up being his favorite day of the trip. All of the lodges were stunning and the food was amazing.
I have already booked another trip with Jacada for Chile next year. I will continue to use them for my travel planning for sure.
We had the most memorable vacation to South Africa due to the incredible planning by Jacada Travel. Every detail was handled, the hotels were beyond incredible with the absolute best customer service, our guides were knowledgable and covid safe, the restaurant recommendations top notch, and the overall planning took the pressure off of me! We could not have been happier with the overall customer service, especially since there was a new covid scare during our visit. We never felt alone or abandoned, we had someone 24/7 to call for advice and guidance. I could have never planned such a trip on my own! This was most definitely our dream vacation and we will be sure to use Jacada again for future travel.

Jacada gave me two options based on my interests and budget for going on an African safari. From the time we landed to the time we left Jacada arranged every step of the way and we were never left to ask questions. At each safari camp we stayed we were left personal notes by Jacada and I thought that was a very nice and thoughtful touch. I would and will work with Jacada for any of our future travel needs. They make you feel like you are the only trip they are planning.
My partner and I just returned from another Jacada trip. This one was to Mexico with a requested food focus (taco tour, cooking class, reservations at the best Mexico City restaurants). Once again, everything was smoothly organized and stress-free, including the required COVID testing at our hotel the evening before our return flight. We appreciate the nice touches like sitting down at a top restaurant and being told by the waiter that we are starting with wine tasting, compliments of Jacada.

Jacada was great to work with especially Iain he listened to what we would like to get out of our month long African Safari and he gave us some great feedback and helped us design a awesome trip. From our first stop in Uganda gorilla trekking to our 14 or 15 bush airports we went threw Jacada had it all set up. The little things that they set up for us were a surprise so even the parts that we thought were just filling time were way more than that. We had a bush walk with a Messi warrior and we just thought it was a little walk around camp but it was so much more than that it ended with a sunset cocktail bar set up on a hill side watching the most beautiful sunset then as we thought it was over a group of Messi came walking out of the bush and danced and sang songs we it was so cool. First Iaian McConachie has been an inspiration for your holiday in Namibia. We have been stuck in the US for over a year and we escaped in Sept this year for an unforgettable 3 weeks in Namibia thanks to Iain and Jacada. Our stay at the Olive Exclusive in Windhoek was great , nice helpful staff esp Yvonne at reception. All flights were on time . Walwedens was a breath of fresh air wonderful accomodations at the Dune Camp, Henrich was a superb host good food, and our guide Willie was great, very knowledgeable, Oryx and giraffe galore. Next Little Kuala was a well operated camp by Selma the lady with the personality, Johathan her asst was very helpful, food was wonderful. Our guide Obie was so full of information great animial photos, Looks like I can't review Honanib, serra cafima, Ongava or Okajima no more space. These places were fantistic, really! This is our first trip since the pandemic and it was wonderful. The accommodations and excursions that were planned by Jacada were exceptional.
Awesome experience! Jacada travel and their representatives in Kenya did a great job planning the trip and were there every step of the way from the minute we got off the plane in Nairobi (they were waiting outside the airline door to help with immigration and customs formalities) to the time we went through security in Nairobi for our trip home. The Masai Mara Great Migration was impeccable and amazing. Great guides and drives. Luxurious accommodations and safe and fun tours with privacy. Highly recommend Jacada Travel.
Even in the midst of Covid and all the complications resulting from it, everyone we dealt with at Jacada was able to put together an amazing adventure for us. We are seasoned world travelers, having been everywhere from the Great Wall of China to a safari in Botswana, and can say that the trip Jacada created for us in Iceland was a once in a lifetime experience. Everything worked exactly as planned and was seamless. From hiking on a glacier with harness and crampons to seeing a calving glacier sail toward our Zodiac, to hiking on a steaming lava field (did you know the hot stuff goes to the bottom?) we had a great time. We highly recommend Jacada and plan to use them again (after we get our booster shots!)
This was our 5th trip with Jacada and I cannot thank the team enough for another smooth and relaxing vacation, even in these difficult times. After a year of painful home schooling, my 11 year old son and I just returned from Normandy, France. From each private transfer, high-end clean lodging, and outdoor activity it was perfect and minimized risk. It was much-needed soul medicine to ride electric bikes along the war beaches, stopping for oysters and ice cream.

We had such an amazing trip to Guatemala and Belize. This is the second trip that I have planned with Jacada and both experiences were superb.
It was a great experience from the beginning to the end.
Our travel agent, Lily, did an excellent job making sure that the trip included all of the things that we were wanting to do. When COVID guidelines changed she made appropriate arrangements allowing us to cross the border between Guatemala and Belize on land rather than air. This saved us an entire day of travel on our trip. She also recommended amazing resorts.
Our consultant, Berni, made sure that everything from dinner reservations to spa accommodations were arranged beforehand.
The tour guides were also fantastic. They were very educational and made sure that we got the most out of our time. Additionally, all were COVID vaccinated and made us feel very safe and at ease throughout the course of the trip.
I can't say enough positive things about Jacada. We will continue to use them in the future.

I have had three amazing trips with Jacada on three different continents (Ecuador and Peru, Cambodia, Vietnam and Singpore, and most recently Mexico) and another trip to South Africa planned that we've had to postpone for two summers now because of the coronavirus pandemic. Each separate travel designer has been able to craft unique experiences that appeal to our entire family.
Due to covid and some cancellations from our airlines this trip was very difficult to plan, however the staff at Jacada stayed with me at every turn and somehow managed to make our trip wonderful. There were really no issues while we were on safari and everything went according to plan. fI don't know how they did it but we are very thankful for their time and efforts.
Jacada was amazing from start to finish. Having a international vacation during covid was a little nerve wracking but everyone with Jacada made it seamless. Emily was so helpful and supportive and managed ever obstacle we encountered. Will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

We travelled to the Okavango Delta, Botswana from 21 June to 3 July. We stayed in 3 different camps, all of which were excellent. Transport between camps arrived on time as did the helicopter to do our departing PCR test. As a travel company Jacada should do all in its power to ensure that the staff working in the Delta camps get vaccinated. The camps in the Delta are small and accommodate between 10-15 guests only. Therefore, the risk of COVID is diminished. The animal life is still as wonderful as even.
We take our grandchildren who are graduating from Highschool on a two-week trip to any place in the world they would like to go that is interesting, fun, and educational. Our graduating senior in 2020 got hit with Covid issues in traveling to the Galapagos Islands and Ecuador. Berni De Luca of JacadaTravel did an incredible job of multiple changes to be safe from Covid. The trip was wonderful with all the folks of Ecuador being so wonderfully hospitable. We would recommend Berni and her team to all and will use them on our next adventure.
Our trip to the Galapagos Islands was originally scheduled for 2020, but COVID 19 brought those plans to a screeching halt. Bernie at Jacada worked tirelessly to help us rearrange our original plans so that we were safe to travel in June 2021 and saw to it that we had all of the necessary documents for each step of the trip. We had an excellent experience with all of the service providers Jacada used: the LaPinta expedition yacht - Wonderful crew and naturalists with great food, Finch Bay resort was very enjoyable as well, again with great food and attentive staff and EB Hotel, Quito, who went above and beyond to see that we got excellent medical attention for altitude sickness. Thank you Jacada, Bernie and all those who made this such a memorable excursion.

Namibia was one of the most beautiful places I've ever been and definitely the trip of a lifetime. We stayed at 3 Wilderness Safaris camps and were bowled over at each location, not only by how luxurious the accommodations were, but how friendly and accommodating the staff was. Jacanda planned an excellent trip to Ecuador for my husband and me. We were looking for an adventure in a country open to tourist and Ecuador did not disappoint. Lily planned the trip meticulously and I can say that everything was perfect. Berni made sure we had all of our travel documents in place along with Covid tests and insurance. The guides that Jacanda provided on the ground were excellent and made the vacation special. The accomodations and excursions were all top notch and could not have been better planned. I will definitely use Jacanda and Lily & Berni for future trips.

We had another wonderful trip planned from beginning to end by Jacada. Their attention to detail sets them apart from the pack. The drivers, tour guides, hotels, excursions, restaurants; nothing is picked at random. All are excellent. Can’t go wrong with Jacada. We have traveled ro SE Asia and México with them. Both trips exceeded our expectations.

From the beginning in San Jose to white water rafting down the Pacuare river (twice!) to ziplining and rappelling in Fortuna to experiencing what has to be one of the world's most stunning beach in the Osa to chilling out in the warm Pacific waters in Manuel Antonio, the trip was perfect and all the local coordination was totally on point.
We saw sloths (including one hanging out with us at breakfast - literally!), toucans, rainbow macaws, monkeys, tree frogs, and even a fer-de-lance snake up close! And more butterflies, hummingbirds, and beautiful flowers/plants than we can count.
Everything was super clean and covid-compliant with masks being worn, etc. and the Jacada team even helped coordinate testing and appointments at the clinic in Quepos when the requirements changed less than a week before our travel date - they went above and beyond to make it happen!
